I had SO many questions and he answered all of them with patience and kindness- and in a way that I could actually understand. He put me at ease about my back pain and shared with me some PT exercises that I could do at home to help heal. Their office staff is knowledgeable and also helpful, in that they will send you what needs to be filled out, paperwork-wise, or what you need to know before a procedure via PDF, etc etc... They specialize in back pain, typically, but they can do MANY different things. Dr. Bainbridge as well as the other body therapists and NPs, Doctors, etc are all very knowledgeable and can usually tell you if they can help you out with your issues, or if you may need to see a surgeon, or whatever else may be needed... but they will for sure take good care of you, and get you through the "process" with minimal bullcrap. They of course have to follow the rules and restrictions that the State and Federal government place on them, but they are also understanding people and they will help you if you are in pain, for sure. I still have some day to day pain, that peaks in between doses of my medicines, but considering that my spinal column is in pretty awful shape... they have got me to the point where, I can at least sort of get out and do some things. I was basically stuck in the house all the time before I got in to see them, and I don't regret my choice in provider at all.

When I get a hold of someone here, I am told that they are working on it, but am never given a timeline. In December, I learned that the owner of the practice was holding onto my money because they were moving locations and funds were tight. This is just plain wrong. Posting here to see if some public shaming will finally make this refund happen. Would not recommend if you have to deal with them regarding payments...so I guess would not recommend.
