He's flexible with my schedule, quick to respond and a true professional. And finally, he clearly knows his stuff; you can tell that he's passionate about physical therapy and how and why the body moves the way it does. I love that you have an option to do an hour session- which is ideal to focus on multiple areas. They don't take insurance but can help with sending you super bills to submit to insurance if you have out of network benefits. There are also options to for payment plans or to spread out payments. It can get pricey, but it is an investment to your health and well-being, which is worth every penny! They have a holistic approach and target the treatment to individual needs. In my experience most places that take traditional insurance do not have the same philosophy and can only focus on one target area. I am overweight and never felt shamed or told to lose weight at anytime. I have not always had the same experience with other providers, so it was refreshing. Andrew got to the root cause of my symptoms and provided me with stretches and exercises to help alleviate pain and improve my workout goals. I am able to squat lower and lift heavier than I ever have before. My endurance for walking and day to day activities has improved greatly as well. After just two appointments with Dr. Fischer, my calf is back to normal thanks to a combination of DN and the exercises and stretches she prescribed. At our first session, I was immediately impressed with Dr. Isaac's knowledge and thoroughness in providing a comprehensive overview of his services including what chiropractors actually do and focus on (on your entire nervous system and not just your back). Even though after discovering Dr. Isaac was an out of network provider, I stayed. His thoughtful, transparent, and passionate approach convinced me that it was worth paying a bit more for him to guide me through my healing journey and bring me back to better health. My visits were always met with warm energy and an attitude that was focused on how I'm feeling and providing tailored tips or reminders for continuing my own care at home including suggestions for stretching, Wellness Way herbal supplements, and relevant information that I could also consider when working with my other medical and holistic providers. Another fabulous quality of his office is his wonderful assistant, Dené. She was always extremely kind, thoughtful and thorough when handling visits and insurance claims.
