Dr. Fischer was close to me and had excellent reviews, so I decided to see her for my first ever dry needling appointment. I'm so glad I did! After just two appointments with Dr. Fischer, my calf is back to normal thanks to a combination of DN and the exercises and stretches she prescribed. She also helped me address milder issues in my lower back, arms, and lower body. DN can be an intimidating intervention, but Dr. Fischer made me feel totally safe and comfortable during the process, communicating with me throughout. I appreciated that she also followed up and was available for check-ins over the phone in between appointments. I will definitely be back with future PT concerns!

I'm so incredibly grateful for being referred to her. I've been seen by many over the years and never received anything more than a temporary bandaid. Nobody that I've seen would try to really find the cause, which is so frustrating when you're living in agonizing pain and discomfort for so long. I'm finally healed and if I could give a million stars, I would. If you're looking for top of the line physical therapy, I HIGHLY recommend her! What sets her from the rest is her passion to heal. She's not only incredible with her work, but as a person. In short, if you're looking for a proactive approach this is it.

Rachel has been a lifesaver in a million different ways for me. I have always struggled with what I…read morewant to be controlled by medicine, and what would be good to consider a more natural holistic approach. What I learned from her is priceless, and were also things I don't feel as though doctors would have ever shared with me. When my hormones were off, I struggled with getting a doctor involved. Rachel got me to do a hormone panel to evaluate where I was. Then we attacked it head on, seeing what would be best for my levels. Something I learned was, if I had chosen to address that change with drugs/prescription from my doctor, my body would eventually forget how to produce the hormone that was low. I was so pleased with how things went by taking a natural approach with supplements. I have been on a training ride or two with her, and she is so encouraging. I can only imagine what it would be like to train with her on a more committed level!

We've been working together for a few months now- after I went to the doctor and realized my weight and health was out of control. I thought I knew everything there was to know about weight loss, but she has really opened my eyes to some very interesting facts regarding health and wellness. I learn more each week we meet and I love talking with her- she feels like a good friend though we recently met. She might want to add therapist to her job description as well. Haha! I have lost weight by cleaning up my diet based on Rachel's suggestions, and I feel so much better! Now we are focusing on movement for my body. This is a slow process for me, but Rachel always asks me what my body feels like doing and some of the time it happens and sometimes not. lol But she just helps me to move forward either way with no judgement or guilt. She told me right at the start this was going to be a long process with the smallest of changes, but the steps really add up and you feel the results! I was really feeling miserable physically when we met and Rachel has really helped me to turn it around- and this is only halfway through my time with her! If you need any help with health, fitness and wellness goals I highly recommend you reach out to her! And no, I was not paid to write this review. Lol It's completely honest because I want to let everyone know that Rachel is awesome!

She is detailed, a tireless researcher, advocate for treatments that are not necessarily mainstream, and she's a big believer in in-depth testing to know where to begin. Her specialty is treating Lyme Disease, and she is well versed on women's issues, hormones, and getting as close to the source of dis-ease as possible, so as not to simply treat symptoms. Her initial consultation is free, and I highly recommend reaching out to her if you have been unable to get help elsewhere. This place is giving me back my health and my life!…read more I've struggled with a lot of GI issues for about 7 years now and for the last couple years they've been debilitating. I've been to many regular doctors and one other integrative doctor, and so far nothing has helped cure anything, it's just put a mask over it (and even then, it wasn't really helping all that much). It's very frustrating and for those who have been there, you know how hard that can be to continue to try your hardest and still not get answers. That changed when I was recommended by a family friend to come here and see Franca. I've been seeing her via Skype/telephone calls for about 3-4 months now (I live out of town) and finally was able to make the trek today to meet her in person. In the past several months, with her very extensive knowledge base, she's been able to help me more than I've ever been helped in the past 7 years combined. It's not always easy, and required some life changes, but I figured being healthy and actually feeling happy is worth all that and more. We have a little bit of a journey still left to go, but Franca has outlined each step thoroughly so I know exactly what to expect along the way (I love that). She is very personable, friendly, and gives her full attention to you every time you meet. She also is very quick to respond to emails if anything needs to be tweaked outside of appointments. All in all, she's the best I've ever been to and the world needs more practitioners like her.
