Love Yoga Box so much! All the instructors rock and the environment is amazing. I leave every class totally refreshed and relaxed (and soaked in sweat). I've tried a few yoga studios in the past, but Yoga Box is by far the most down to Earth. Tie that in with great music and the dark & moody blackout/LED lighting and it's a triple threat. read more

This was my first time doing a sort of class like this & had an amazing workout. I will definitely return to do another class, it was a clean gym and very easy for a beginner to try! Awesome workout and sweat. read more

Absolute BEST new yoga studio with amazing sculpt and flow classes! I've been practicing for a couple of years, and have been to many sculpt classes and I can honestly say these classes are hands down the best I've taken!! The teachers bring a such value to each class in their own unique way. Each class is challenging, unique, and there's an electrifying energy that motivates you even on the roughest days! If you're looking for a new place to practice, looking to try something new, or simply want to get challenged and actually feel like you're making progress, check out YogaBox! read more

Welcome to the neighborhood, YogaBox, we are so glad you are here! The space is clean, open, and the music is great. With the 3 class free trial I've joined two Sculpt classes and a 75-minute Sunday restorative yoga class that set me up for my week perfectly. The Sculpt classes are a really fun way to have a great workout. It's like HIIT in a hot yoga room. They are a challenging experience, and I love that they require me to focus on small muscles and building balance. I'm looking forward to my unlimited membership so that I can give some of the other traditional flow classes a try, and experience classes with all of the instructors. TL/DR: 11/10 recommend giving a class a try :) There is something for everyone. read more

I found yoga box while I was looking for some hot yoga studios near my house and I'm so happy that I stumbled around this place. The teachers are all genuine human beings that can guide you through either a relaxing flow or a challenging practice. Whatever you are looking for. Depending on your mood and how intensive a workout you want, you'll be able to find something that will work for you. Just be prepared. You will sweat and then afterwards you will feel absolutely incredible. Bring plenty of water and a towel and an open attitude and you will be pleased with your experience. read more

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. My account was frozen and I was still charged. I haven't been able to get ahold of anymore. These people only care about getting your money and clearly don't prioritize customer service. read more

I've tried out a few hot yoga studios in Denver and Yoga Box is my favorite. Highly recommend the power vinyasa flow!

THis is the best studio I have ever been to. It is similar to the yoga sculpt at corepower, but WAY better; classes are more consistent in quality and intensity, even a totally full class means you have some space around you, cheaper. I have gone from no regular fitness routine to three yoga sculpt classes a week, and it's been a massive change to my life. So grateful I found this place! read more

I've loved everything about my experience at Yoga Box! I was looking for a good workout routine I can commit to, and their sculpt classes have been perfect for me. All of the instructors are super nice and helpful and you can tell they know what they're doing! I'm so glad I found this location close to me right after I moved to Denver. So excited about this studio, a wonderful addition to our ever improving highland hood. They are truly welcoming and their vibe is amazing. A unique experience with the best music and lighting system. Sort of a immersive yoga experience. The sculpt class kicked my butt, and still left the place giddy for my next session. Amanda's energy is unmatched, the best sculpt class period. read more

Recently moved to Denver and was looking for a studio that offered heated vinyasa. The factor that matters most to me is strong instruction. "Strong" to me is clear communication from knowledgeable instructors who curate challenging flows with sensible progressions. Yoga Box checks that box for me and many others including being clean and organized. One full side of the room is mirrored for form monitoring and the lighting style adds a uniquely Denver feel. I'm looking forward to practicing at the Capital Hill location once it opens in a few weeks. read more

Great little spot. Affordable with great teachers and a variety of classes on the schedules at accessible times. Thank you Jackie for a wonderful class. read more

The best yoga studio in Denver! I had a long break from yoga and getting back into it felt intimidating. I felt welcomed and the instructors were helpful and kind. The studio was clean, the music dialed into the the type of yoga we were practicing and every instructor I've had a class with is fabulous. The whole vibe of the place is wonderful. I started with restorative yoga and there is nothing better on a Sunday. The membership options make it easy to commit to regular classes. Keep up the great work, Yoga Box! I'm so happy to have found you. read more

If you're looking for the coolest, most welcoming, warm and home-y feeling yoga studio, you've come to the right place! The best way for me to describe Yoga Box is a yogi's Disneyland (or Disneyworld, whatever your preference). For me, it's the happiest place in the world! =) Every time I experience a class, I leave feeling rejuvenated, restored and ultimately ready to take on what's to come. I have had the pleasure of attending classes for about 3 months and have met some of the raddest people I know. The instructors are all AWESOME and make a clearly conscious effort to make sure you feel known, welcomed, and loved. I've been to many yoga studios before but there's something special about YB. Please take my word when I say the Yoga Box culture and studio is unmatched. Thank you to all the incredible YB instructors and staff-- y'all are truly amazing. read more
