Elevate Yoga is now my FAVORITE restorative yoga class!! I found this 75 min class with Reiki and essential oils on ClassPass and I'm so glad I went!! Laurel was so amazing that I was able to not only stretch and align my hips, back, and neck, but felt so rested coming out of class. It is the perfect wind down class for the week as it is offered at 545p on Fridays. This is definitely going to be a routine for me! read more

Elevate Yoga is a warm and inviting place! A friend recommended this studio as we were having dinner across the street. I told her I wanted to start yoga - but, at the super basic level and needed a chill, no judgement and patient, yet vibrant place. Enter Elevate Yoga studio! I am so happy with the yoginis and how welcoming an unassuming everyone who practices there is with us. I am currently taking the Fundamentals of Yoga with Stacy who is a rockstar! Elevate has been my home studio since I moved to Denver over two years ago and it truly feels like home! I love how welcoming and un-intimidating the studio is and I always leave feeling a great sense of community and acceptance. I can't say enough good things about all the teachers at elevate Stacy teaches a wonderful and playful kundalini class on Tuesday nights followed by noelle's intensely satisfying yin with reiki class! There are a great variety of classes, truly something for everyone, and all the teachers I have encountered felt very down to earth and accessible. I love love love you elevate! read more

SO happy to have this studio open up right around the block from me! I have only had the chance to try Toni's Wednesday night class, but it was AWESOME. Toni is very knowledgeable and always has a challenging and ever-changing routine that will make you feel accomplished afterwards. My only request is that the studio add more evening classes during the week (6 p.m. or later) and maybe one or two afternoon classes on the weekends! read more

I've been going here for just about three months now and it is such a blessing to have such a great yoga studio open up right in my hood. I have loved all the classes I've tried. Natalie, a co-owner, is super helpful in suggesting props and making sure my alignment is right, as well as just being friendly, energetic, and welcoming, greeting me by name every single time. I like to go Tues. and Wed. at least. Tuesday, if are looking for a treat, Noelle's Yin Yoga class is awesome. She does "adjustments" during savasana, which are in actuality an amazingly intuitive mini head and shoulder massage. Wednesday, Toni is so sweet, but also super athletic, her class will make you sweat, a good thing of course. I always feel stronger walking out. It's the best deal in Park Hill! My only complaint is that there is a real dearth of classes weekends, evenings in particular. It's brand new though so hopefully more people will find it and support more classes. read more

I took the Yin Yoga class which felt so good with the use of many props and Noelle delivering Reiki to each individual student was an experience like none other. Stacy is one of a kind as well and very knowledgable in using different yoga poses to help alleviate pain and tightness is any area you may need. Very welcoming and warm place to practice yoga. I think I am officially addicted to rose oil now after two classes receiving a scalp massage at the end of class with it!!! read more

I was in town for the weekend to celebrate my friend's birthday and we decided to find a gentle yoga class to get some stretching in on a snowy Denver day. We found Elevate and could make the 11:30 class after a leisurely breakfast and made it over. We walked in a few minutes late and Stacy was so welcoming. The class quickly made room for our mats and the vibe felt inclusive and warm. Stacy walked the class through some basic yoga elements and then we began. The class was gentle and self paced. Lots of emphasis on feeling good, breathing, closing your eyes and leaving ego aside. The hour and 15 min flew by and we finished in a very relaxed shivasana which included an optional scalp or foot massage. We stayed and chatted with Stacy and the overall feeling of Elevate was one of Community, self care, and a way to slow down in this busy world. I highly recommend this yoga studio! read more

i've been doing yoga for 20 years, and was recently on vacation in denver with my mom who had never done yoga but wanted to try it with me. the thing is - she's almost 80! so we needed an adaptive class... not gentle, not restorative, but butt-in-chair adaptive. cause if you're 80 and spend an hour on the floor, it might take a crane to get you back up. i found christina's thursday morning class hoping that mom would like it... or at least live through it. she did! the funny thing about mom is she's a southern lady and everything is always "fine" - so you don't always know how she *really* feels. as we left, though, she said she "really liked christina" (score!) and i did too! it was SUPER GREAT for older people, people with spine or mobility issues - even wheelchairs work in this class - or those that don't feel comfortable on the floor for any reason. christina was great for mom the newbie, as she's also worked with many others who are in need of adaptive styles of yoga. once we let her know that mom was hard of hearing... she looked directly at mom and made sure she was clear in her instructions. she also spoke in english. while i appreciate the sanskrit words in my yoga classes as well as the super detailed instructions about how to move every single little bit of muscle, bone or fascia... mom didn't need that. and christina knew that. so rather than trying to get mom to be perfectly aligned, she met mom where mom was. i loved that. i don't know about elevate overall, but if you're looking for a super inclusive place, christina's adaptive class is wonderful. read more

Wednesday nights with Courtney are wonderful. My buddy Chandler and i go as often as we can because her classes are great. She gives suggestions to make the poses harder and modifications for those who need to take a knee. I've gone to The Power of OM for an Align & Flow yoga class and also one of their Inner Goddess workshops (I don't tend to do workshop style classes, but this one was well worth it!) I had an excellent experience both times. The studio is small, but spacious and very well decorated. You feel right at ease upon entering. Everybody has been super friendly and welcoming, instructors and other yogis alike. Additionally, the instructors are there to help with adjustments and guide you into proper alignment, but they make sure to let you choose whether you're ok with that or not. It's very considerate and great to know that you can rely on them to help you out when you need it. I like that the environment here is very meditative and yogic, and doesn't just focus on the physical aspects, but the mental (or if you choose, spiritual) as well. Each time I went I felt physically and mentally challenged, and left feeling rejuvenated and ready for the day! read more

I've been attending classes for about a year now, and I continue to love TPOO! I've been happy with every instructor and my favorite classes are with Natalie. Always challenging and always varying, which I greatly appreciate. It is clear the instructors try to create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, not meant to intimidate. All levels are truly welcome. First timers get their 1st class free, so nothing to use. I really enjoy the space and people, getting my workout on, and it's a 10 minute walk from my house, so I want TPOO to be successful and stick around. read more

I tend to go to Toni's Power Yoga class on Wednesday nights. She takes you through a flow that will give you that burn you are looking for right before she floats you out the door the rest of the evening. I was visiting Denver and decided to take a yoga class. I am grateful I choose Power of Om. The instructor, Courtney was very welcoming. I really liked her vinyasa class, it was challenging, but not too hard. She also gave hands on assists, and a scented towel for the forehead during savasana. Oh, and your first class is free!
