First time ordering to go at this location. The order was placed easily off the phone. Ordered a medium size half pepperoni and half sausage with mushroom pizza. The pizza was delicious with fresh ingredients. Pizza was a good size and we only ate half between the two of us, and saved the other half for next day's lunch, yummy! read more

Don't waste your time or money at this place. I ordered a supreme pizza and it had a strange taste. After taking a few bites I put it in the fridge. I was on holiday break when I had a craving for some pizza. For some reason Mountain Mike's popped in my head. I haven't had Mountain Mikes in many many years. I ordered a medium Everest pizza which is their classic combo. It arrived via Door Dash nice and hot. Pizza was decent but not as good as I remember from the last time I had it. I was craving a salad and was too lazy to make one myself, so I decided to go to Mountain Mikes on Alamo here in Vacaville to grab a salad from the salad bar to make and bring home. Going into this location, it was very clean and organized inside. I believe it was the owner who rung me up, he was really kind. I told him I wish they had black olives at the salad bar, and he quickly responded by going to the kitchen and grabbing me some. I offered to pay for it, but he insisted on me just taking it with no charge. I'm deeply satisfied with the service and hospitality. Will definitely be back! read more

Dined here tonight with my family. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza light cheese. The pizza was way overcooked. The pepperoni toppings were burnt. Also ordered to have the salad buffet. The garbanzo beans were warm and tasted spoiled. The place was too hot to be inside. Ceiling fans were on but the whole place was not pleasant to eat in being the hot condition inside. It was cooled outside. We wanted to let the 2 ladies know in the back about our food but they seemed to not want to be bothered. No one was at the register. The young gentleman who took our quick order was their delivery driver. My family loves this place but we feel the quality of food and service has gone downhill since the last recent year we've been here. read more

Our second trip to the Mountain Mike's on Alamo in Vacaville and it's already become our go-to! The man who took our order was friendly and fun, efficient and professional. We had a good experience before the pizza even arrived, and when it did, after a very short wait, it did not disappoint! Expectations were exceeded and hopes were met! We will continue to enjoy the service and food at THIS store. There are other Mountain Mike's in other towns we do not recommend, so we're very happy we decided to give the store on Alamo a try. The young man told me he will have one of his workers go out of his way to deliver bread sticks for my kids even though it was out of their delivery zone. It was a 5 minute drive, located in a small shopping center. The left side of the store is facing the parking lot while the entrance is on other side. Plenty of parking. We were welcomed by the owner, Safi. Everything on their menu was reasonably priced. I initially ordered the Combo Plate and lamb & beef Gyro; then after I paid, I saw the Philly Cheesesteak and had a craving for that instead. I asked if I could still change my order and pay the difference in cash, Safi changed my order and told me not to worry about the difference. We dined in, a few minutes later our food came with generous portions and absolutely delicious! We were also given orange slices and complimentary baklava. The baklava was so flaky and not soaked in syrup which, I like. I asked if they make their own baklava and was told that it's ordered from Sacramento to support another local business! Thank you Yelp Fam for the recommendation! I too recommend this place if ever in Vacaville.

Turmeric rice was different since I'm used to the ginger chicken rice, but the poached chicken was very well made. I will not ever recommend this place or go back again. We stopped in for lunch salad bar was some what fresh, first pizza and bread sticks were cooked. The other pizza was not cooked all the way and the other still had uncooked dough. As we were leaving we tried to inform the owner that, and he got loud over spoke us. Since I was in a great mood after a productive day of errands, I didn't think much of it and placed my usual order: two sandwiches, including my son's favorite French dip with extra cheese. The wait wasn't unreasonable, but when my order was handed to me, the bag was tied tightly enough that I couldn't easily verify everything before leaving. I quickly checked that the au jus sauce was included and headed home. That's when the problems started. First, the pickles I specifically requested weren't included separately with the order. My son then opened his sandwich and discovered that despite paying for extra cheese, there was barely any cheese on it at all. As we continued eating, we realized the pickles hadn't been forgotten--they had been placed inside one of the sandwiches instead. What made this even more frustrating is that I was charged extra for the pickles. That stood out to me at the time because I don't recall being charged at the Dixon location. Paying extra for an item and then not receiving it in the way it was requested is disappointing, especially considering the overall cost of the meal. Beyond the order errors, the sandwiches themselves just weren't up to the standard we've come to expect from Sourdough & Co. The quality was noticeably below what we regularly receive in Dixon. One bad visit won't stop me from enjoying Sourdough & Co., but it will definitely keep me from returning to this location. In the future, I'd rather drive the extra few minutes to the Dixon store, where the service and food have consistently been worth the trip.
