Whoever were the two employees, a male and a female, working around 8 PM on Sunday the 29th -- THEY'RE CRAZY. The girl, Alissa, has some serious problems. She was being rude to me and my family all night. We are nice people. We have all worked customer service before, so we try to be respectful because we know how it feels. But this incompetent bitch was rude from the very beginning. We then asked for her name. Mind you, my sister asked nicely. As we were leaving, the male employee followed us outside and got in my sister's husband's face. It seemed like he was trying to fight or something. This store is my go-to place for pizza! The quality of their pizzas is top-notch, and the service is always fantastic. The atmosphere is lively, making it a great spot for dining in or ordering delivery. I really appreciate that their specialty pizzas are all priced the same, allowing me to try different combinations without breaking the bank. Though we occasionally dine in, we typically order delivery once a week. The delivery time is always quicker than they say--what's promised as 45 minutes often arrives in 15 to 20 minutes, which is a pleasant surprise. We've lost our regular delivery guy, who moved on to another career, but we're grateful for his service and wish him the best. The delivery team has always been great! I had ordered from them multiple times in the past and enjoyed the food. Based on previous positive experiences, I ordered a surprise bag via Too Good To Go. The surprise turned out to be a small quantity of inedible fry scraps that appeared as though they just dumped whatever leftover deepfried bits that had been sitting in there for half an hour or more into a box and called it good. We tried to eat about three pieces and then just threw it out. Contrast with other restaurants who give you (perhaps slightly aged leftover) food you would happily pay for, it seems like MM is just treating TGTG as a money grab to get some additional revenue from whatever garbage they can dig up. I have never again ordered (even regular orders) from MM and will never again...there are plenty of good alternatives around. The restaurants who give decent value and treat you with respect on TGTG orders, on the other hand, get additional and repeat business. I encourage everyone I know to avoid MM based on my experience of their (detrimental to the customer) business practices. read more

We've been ordering from this location for quite some time, and unfortunately the pizza quality has been going downhill for a while. We kept giving it chances... until now. This was the last straw. We ordered pizza, wings with ranch (because wings without sauce are basically illegal), and churros with anglaise dip -- which we were even charged an extra $2 for. Got home and discovered: no ranch. No anglaise. Just dry wings and naked churros staring back at us. We called to let them know we were missing items. The woman who answered sounded extremely annoyed, offered to "refund however many cents the sauce was," and then suggested we come back to pick up the ranch if we need it. Yes, let me just take my already-cold wings on a road trip. When we asked for her name, she hung up. Hung. Up. This isn't about the money -- it's about basic service and basic manners. If you charge for sauce, include the sauce. And maybe don't treat customers like they personally ruined your day by asking for what they paid for. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. Go to the Blossom Hill location instead -- same pizza, much better service, and your food actually comes with the things you ordered. read more

Around 9:00 PM on 3/21/26, I entered the store with my friends when an employee in the back said, "look, a whole bunch of young n****s are walking in." This comment was directed at us and felt discriminatory and inappropriate. I would like management to review the footage from that time and address this behavior accordingly. This mountain mikes location is one of my go to spots when I'm craving a good pizza. They remodeled the interior a few years back and it got some much needed updating and looks great now. The customer service is usually great here and it's my favorite location out of the other 3 or so that are close to me. Their pizzas taste great and are always fresh. I haven't been ordering from them as much lately because I do feel like their prices have increased too much and I can't always justify it when there are more affordable options around that also taste good. The best place to eat. I love the quality of their pizzas, service is superb and ambiance always is lively. I like that they have the same price for specialty pizzas because it makes it affordable to get a half one type and half another. We have dined in but mostly we order delivery once a week. They will say on the phone it will be 45 minutes for delivery but most of the time it's more like 15 to 20. We live really close to them though. We decided to order pizza & wings while we watched the Sharks game. Our order consisted of a medium pizza. 1/2 Pikes Peak and 1/2 cheese. We also ordered Franks hot sauce boneless wings. When I walked in to pick up the bill was $46+4 of the 6 slices for the Pikes Peak had tge full ingredients. The "Boneless Franks Wings" weren't. They were small chunks of chicken around 1 inch in diameter and had some dry rub sprinkled on them. Was really bummed when round table closed down there lunch buffet. We are happy that mountain Mike has a lunch buffet.It's very clean, very friendly staff and they have good pizza.we usually see skye he is friendly & his customer service is an A+ asks if there's any pizza we would like that we don't see there on the lunch buffet. We enjoyed their selection of pizza and drinks. The only thing I change I think I'm getting old is TVs speaker are too loud if they turn them down just a little bit. It be perfect. We have been coming to this Mountain Mike's for about 2 years now. Friday night we let our girls (7 & 9) pick when we have dinner and 90% of the time the answer is pizza. We have tried a number of pizza places in the area and Mountain Mike's is now their favorite. That's fine by me because the pizza has been consistently good (we usually get a large half cheese half pepperoni), its always ready on time, the staff is consistently friendly, and they have a mobile app + a rewards program. Though I always get take out, the inside of the restaurant is very nice. There is another pizza place in the area that we used to frequent that would cook the pizza so long (or at such a high temperature) that the cheese would get burnt. They claim their customers like that. Not this customer. That has never been the case at Mountain Mike's. It's not NY style pizza, which is my favorite, but it pleases the family which is good enough for me. read more

This pizza place was along the way to my destination and I knew we needed to eat something so I came in and ordered a simple pepperoni pizza to go. Got the order in and waited the usual 15-20 mins and was on my way. You have to ask the staff at register to give you plates, pepper flakes and parmesan cheese if there aren't any on your box. I have tried numerous locations for the lunch buffet, my lunch is from 11-12. Today I thought I'd try this location. Same as all the others. I live in Campbell and occasionally try the local eateries. Mountain Mike's Pizza at Camden and Bascom is just down the street. What persuaded me to try them was they offered 8 slices for a small pizza. Wow, it must be larger because other pizza joints only have 6 slices. When we have our occasional pizza cravings, we generally will order from this location. Upon pick up of our pizza, the gentleman at the front counter shared that they had accidentally made our pizza in the medium size and not the large sized that we had ordered. He apologized and asked if I was willing to wait 10 minutes to make a new one. I was not in a particular hurry and hey mistakes happen, totally understandable so I told him it's fine. After a quick ten minutes, he not only gave me the medium pizza they had originally made but also the newly made large pizza. It was such a nice gesture and a total surprise! Decided to pick up pizza for the fam and needed to make a purchase for my mileage program. Called on a Tuesday all set with my coupons and they tell me that all speciality pizzas are 50% off on Tuesdays! What? No wonder I was put on hold for so long as they were super busy with this crazy deal. Picked up 2 large pizzas and 6 buffalo wings for just a little over $30! What a steal! Took about 40 minutes even though I called them in at 5 PM, and it was packed when I entered. I also saw signs outside that they have the same deal on Sundays! Definitley will be crazy for them on Super Bowl Sunday! Pizzas were pretty good although their creamy garlic sauce is heavier than other joints. Almost tastes like ranch. Halloween night placed phone order - was told 45 minutes we could pick up our cheese pizza. My husband went there at about 50 minutes after placing the order was told it would be 10 more minutes and asked to pay. If we could have given zero or negative stars we would have as it took over an additional 2-hours to get the cheese pizza. Other people were coming and going out with pizzas (mostly DoorDash or other delivery service). He asked for his money to be refunded because he was tired of waiting- they would not refund his payment. A plain cheese pizza took over 2 plus hours which is ridiculous.
