Over the last 2 months this store has completely down hill. I asked for the contact info for manager and the clerk said the manager does not want her contact info shared! So Manager of Subway on Foxworthy, I turn to social media to get the message to you. My son always wants to go to subway for a kids meal, with a toy, turkey sandwich and Cheetos. Over the last two months 4 times out of stock of Cheetos and 3 times no toy! How hard is it to get your inventory right? The customer service at this location is probably the worst that I have experienced any Subway in the area. I don't know what it is about this crew but they like to chat with each other and simply act like the customer is bothering them or is someone who is an outsider. I've tried being nice and chatty with them to see if that would change their behaviors but it didn't. This past week I visited this location and after ordering my sandwich, the employee wouldn't actually extend her arm to hand me my receipt and sandwich. I had to reach over the counter and grab both items because she started to ignore me and chat with her coworkers like they always do here. I don't think I will visit this location ever again. To get to the point: Standard neighborhood subway. It's tucked back in the corner of the shopping center by the karate dojo... Which can be hilarious around dinner time when you have to navigate through kids with bows and nunchucks to get your sub. There is a small parking lot in the back of the shopping center that is right next to subway that is also an option if parking is an issue in the main lot. read more

It had been years since I last ate a subway sandwich, and being a previous employee at a location when I was a teenager, really solidified why since I ate so many sandwiches there and it would always remind me of 'work' versus leisure. However, one of my friends convinced me to go with her to this location, and it was one of the most pleasant experiences that it definitely changed my mind about Subway, or it helped me break the 'I used to work here' spell! My last time at subway was before I had become lactose intolerant, and a vegetarian. So ordering a vegan sandwich was definitely new for me, but with the cool selection at subway, I had a full selection of goods to choose from! I ordered a six inch sandwich on Italian with a beverage and chips on the side, and my sandwich was covered in nearly every one of their veggies besides olives and peppercinis. It was nearly identical to the best salad inside of a sandwich, and that really hit the spot for me. Since most places aren't vegan within my area (excluding Ike's) this was a great discovery, and really put subway back on the map for me. Each time I come to visit this particular location, the staff is always nice, friendly, and they make a good , clean sandwich with all the product remaining on the sub itself! Been eating here pretty much since they opened, and usually the sandwiches and the service have been OK. Not today. Even though there were not many people there, the scene at the ordering counter was chaotic. Three people were making sandwiches, there was a lot of commotion, and they were very much out of "sync" with each other. This resulted in them getting our order wrong, because they were in so much of a hurry and were failing to communicate effectively, with no apparent reason, and this, further, compromised the order we did get. One of the servers decided to slice our large sandwich even though she was not the person who was making it, resulting in her haste with a fair amount of the inside of the sandwich falling to the floor. Her response was to push it on down the line. We probably should have declined the sandwich, but we let it go. I know this is not fine dining, but come on, how about a little organization and common sense in your approach? Clearly, Subway spends a huge amount of money advertising their product. And yet, a sloppy franchisee can compromise the whole effort. That's what happened to us today. read more

This is quite possibly the worst Subway™ I have ever eaten at. The first couple of times it was just the service, which was sloppy, and half the employee's are as much English speakers as they are "Sandwich artists" which is awkard, but forgivable. The real issue came when I got my sub today and I don't know what the hell was wrong with the bread, but I asked for them to toast it again and then tried another bite and just, gross. I don't think it was fully cooked or something. So I go up and say I'd like a refund since the sub is good. I've had, at this point, one bite that I ended up spitting into the bag, and the lady is like "the bread comes pre-cooked" which is either inaccurate since every subway has that little toaster oven thing to pop the frozen loaves in or just sad that the owner is so cheap that there isn't a freakin oven on site. Oh, and the whole time I'm there this is one other customer, just kind of chilling. This is easily the worst Subway I've ever been to and (this isn't a brag, I used to work for one of Wal-Mart's contractors) been to over a hundred of this franchise. Subways in a Wal-Mart kick the shit out of the one on Foxworthy. Luckily, there is a Sandwich shop inside zanotto's grocery that is kickass, about the same price, and just better. 1/5 Subway, because thats the lowest I can put on this site Poor Service Undercooked Bread Employee argued with me about the disgusting sandwich I bit into before giving me my refund I am never eating here again, no matter how much I enjoy eating sandwiches and watch the martial arts people do moves in the parking lot read more
