Had the impulsive chance to try here because of a trendy video on Tik Tok about their subs! It's close to me in the South SJ area so no complains in the location or the parking because there's lots of spaces. It has a clean interior and was somewhat busy with 3-4 people in line, but I did an online order and was able to skip the line. I placed the order at 3:30 pm but I had to wait about 5 minutes for it to be complete. My family mostly eats subway so this was an interesting take since it wasn't as long as a foot long but a lot thicker. The prices for the size of the sandwich are somewhat steep for $12 per sandwich. The doubled size is $20... Anyways, I ordered a BLT extra bacon mikes way with cherry pepper relish, banana peppers, onions, honey mustard & pickles on rosemary bread. The rosemary bread was quite dense but had a great taste. The sandwich itself had a good amount of sauce and had lots of acidic and slight sour but also spiciness. It was filling since the entire protein was bacon, and it was a lot of bacon. I was so stuffed right after and happy with my order. I would come here every few months if I had a craving. read more

The sandwiches are super tasty and we really enjoy them. We used to love this location but some do the workers are unaware of allergies If you have celiac, you have to be extra cautious though because some of the workers understand allergies and some don't. They do have gluten free udis bread but like I said sometimes the workers, even if you tell them gluten allergy, they use the same container, same area with the veggies that they touched previous sandwiches to, and don't use new containers. read more

Health violation city! I'm really surprised this place hasn't been shutdown for health violations. Female was making a sandwich with gloves today. Came back to take my order with a dirty pen and dirty notepad and then went back to making sandwiches with the same gloves. Saw this back and forth with 3 customers and not once changing gloves. She also just rang someone up with the same gloves and went back to making sandwiches. The guy making my hot sandwich has long hair and only a hat. Much of his hair is hanging out of the back. DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want a shitty sandwich. This is the second time I have been here and they can't seem to follow instructions correctly. The first time I asked to add pickles, instead they also decided to soak it in vinegar and was just unenjoyable. This time the bread was over cooked along with the bacon, and on top of that they also gave me the wrong bread. I order from the Brokaw location all the time, with the exact order and they never disappoint. I'm not sure what's going on over at this location, but everyone there seems to hate being there. Not sure why this place has bad reviews! I love the Italian and club sub here. I love the way they add the olive oil vinegar mix into the subs to add more flavor and make the sandwich more moist. The service is fast, like any casual dining spot. You can definitely dine in - there's enough space and seating available. The ambiance is casual and relaxed. I like the service, which went above and beyond to customize my order (a mushroom avocado-mayo spread steak sandwich) for nothing other than nostalgia for another sandwich place that has closed down. Not a perfect match, but well done. The place is clean and well kempt, with enough seating, albeit I wouldn't recommend it in groups larger than 4. Their Italian sandwich is good, fresh tasting and the bread is the right texture. We decided on #13 Italian- chose wheat, they sliced the meats right in front of us, and we chose our veggies- however and whatever you like. This is probably the WORST Jersey Mikes in the bay. Staff is rude. They are always out of the Parmesan Rosemary bread, produce sits in water so it's not fresh. Definitely won't be back. I rather drive 20 mins in the opposite direction. read more

To start off I am giving a 1 star rating to the jersey mikes on Blossom Hill. All other locations especially in Los Gatos receives full stars. I recently visited the Jersey Mike's on Blossom Hill with my husband to grab a sandwich. Being pregnant, I need my deli meat heated for safety reasons, and Jersey Mike's has always been my go-to because they're usually able to accommodate this request without issue. However, when I asked at this location, I was quickly turned away with the explanation that "it's against corporate policy." This was surprising, as I've been to numerous other locations where they were happy to help. To confirm, I immediately called the Los Gatos location, and they assured me they could accommodate my request--just as many other locations have before. What makes this even worse is that this was my one birthday request. Since I can't eat sandwiches regularly during my pregnancy, I was really looking forward to this meal, and it was incredibly disappointing to be turned away over something so simple. The store wasn't busy, so my husband and I couldn't help but feel that the employee just didn't want to take the extra step. It's frustrating when a basic customer service request is dismissed so easily, especially when other locations are willing to be accommodating. I won't be returning to this location, but I truly appreciate the great service at Los Gatos and other Jersey Mike's stores that go the extra mile for their customers! read more

There is no deception on their listing of the bowl, but it literally would fit in the sandwich so you are paying the same price for no substitute like additional lettuce. Bowl was a little more than 1/3 full. Not worth $13 for one and $14 for the other. Combined they still only fill 2/3 of a bowl. No one can afford that. read more

Don't get me wrong, I love Jersey Mike's, just not this location. The one on Brokaw is so much better! From the customer service, the energy of the staff and the cleanliness of the store. We walked in and there was no one in line. We stood there waiting to be acknowledged and when he finally looked up to take our order, he kept his head down looking at other receipts he had in his hand. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted, I ordered the classic Italian, he refused because they were "busy". To me, that's poor customer service. The counter was messy and look like they don't clean as they go. I don't recommend coming to this location. The consistency of Jersey Mike's never fails to amaze me. I've been to several around the country and have never had a bad sub and this visit was no different. We ordered our usual - Mike's famous Philly but subbed mushrooms for peppers and provolone for American. I like that there is never a problem with changing up the menu items. My dining partners ordered their usual, the club sub. We did carry out. Even though we had a ten minute ride home, our sub was still piping hot when we got there. The roll was a little soggy but that's because the meat was so juicy. The steak was perfectly cooked and was tender and moist. It really was a good sandwich. The club sub was excellent as well. The bacon was super crispy - not that flabby stuff you usually get at a sub shop. Because one of my partners is pretty picky, they asked for several of the accoutrements on the side to which the server gladly obliged. Since Covid hit, it seems like most food service employees are just doing what they need to do to get by and aren't very happy doing it. The employees here were the exception. They were very friendly and even smiling even though they were very busy. It was such a nice change to what I've sadly gotten used to. Thanks for brightening my day! I went to the Jersey Mikes off Santa Teresa last week. It was about 2:00 in the afternoon.... As soon as I could see the bar where the sandwiches are made, I was completely shocked. It was so dirty, with wilted food scrap all over and no effort to clean. The young lady was handling food with what appeared to be latex gloves she wore for hours at a time. Nice sandwiches. Eaten here twice lately and get the veggie cold sub. While I am a bit disappointed that veggie to them means just green peppers and cheese and they charge the same amount they do for a sub with so much meat, I cant deny that they combo of their bread and veggies is tasty. Its very bare basic (even more than subway where you have option of olives) but it just works.
