Amazing Chuck-Fil-A!! Thank you to the hardworking & sweet staff!! I came here hoping for a quick dinner. While I can't say the meal was quick, it was 100% satisfying and very much enjoyed. The dinner rush was bananas and the line of hungry visitors quickly grew out the door. The employees kept their energy up, was courteous, and very patient even with all of those indecisive patrons. Shout out to the staff for being soo chill about my toddler accidentally tipping over my medium soda. They not only hustled to manage the dinner rush but they were so kind about having to clean up our mess!! Apologies to you all, AGAIN!! 5/5 stars but I would give them so much more! We love coming here for a quick bite to eat and whenever we don't feel like cooking! This Chick-fil-A facility is clean and organized. There's a play center at the back for kids. They have some cool decorations out for the holidays like lights on the roof and a lovely Christmas tree. The food is solid. We love waffle fries and the classic chicken sandwiches. There was one time when our order took a long time to come out. They were apologetic when they brought our tray out and included a voucher card for a complimentary sandwich for next time. Surprisingly, this was the first time at this Chick-fil-A location!!! We've shopped at the Whole Foods plenty times and nearby across the street at the Almaden Shopping Plaza. I love Chick-fil-A. It's one of my favorite fast-food restaurants whenever I want something quick and easy. This Chick-fil-A facility is nicely kept. The staff are all really nice and even when they are swamped, they still do their best to help if you have a question, need a refill, or need to grab something from the order counter. You can also drop off any leftover sauces you didn't use at these stations for someone else to grab. They keep the sauce stations filled usually, but you might need to ask for more at the counter during busy times. I appreciate the kids disposable table mats they have to help contain messes and clean up quickly. There's a decent amount of seating inside this restaurant with two rows of booths, one row of taller tables, and one row of half bench half chair tables. There's also a play place for kids, though I haven't been into that room to be able to comment on its cleanliness. The food I've ordered here comes hot and tasty. The deluxe chicken sandwich is always a winner, as well as the chicken biscuit and little hash browns for breakfast. Glad to have this Chick-fil-A in town! read more

When I finally pulled up, they casually mentioned they'd run out of food. At Chick-fil-A. At 10:50PM. My order literally left the parking lot without me. Today when we came to the front desk to place an order, Jocelyn's service was very unprofessional. While we were ordering, she showed obvious impatience and kept sighing. We asked for chicken soup, and she placed four orders, even though there were only two of us. She should think more. She did not confirm the order with us before submitting it and placed it immediately. She is also not fully familiar with the front desk system and needed assistance from others during the process. I believe the manager should provide more training, especially on customer service skills and how to properly use the front desk system. She needs to confirm the order with customers before submitting it and maintain a friendly attitude and a smile while serving guests. The fact that an establishment, who claims they are Christian, would let high school kids come into their establishment and repeatedly yell the R word, and constantly scream across the table "f you" to each other, while multiple families with small kids are in the restaurant is downright appalling. Let's be honest, I love Chick-fil-A! The food, the service, the cleanliness of every single restaurant I have been to, everything. The one thing that I'm meh on is Chick-fil-A breakfast. While tasty, oh so tiny. I expected my chicken breakfast biscuit to be the same size as the chicken sandwich you get on the regular menu...NOPE! It was maybe a third of the size. It was yummy, but boy oh boy was it small. I got the meal, so my chicken breakfast biscuit also came with yummy little hash browns. Like little tater tots but flat. While I eat at my local Chick-fil-A frequently, we stopped in to this location after a flight in San Jose. So ya, this was my first Chick-fil-A breakfast ever. Today I went in to place an order and the location was out of grilled nuggets. Instead, I ordered grilled fillets and they were so kind to cut them up for me. They even brought me over a sample as I waited to see if I liked the way they were cut! I honestly didn't mind how they were cut as long as I could easily throw them on top of some kale side salads on the go. This establishment goes above and beyond. For me, I don't think the actual fried chicken sandwiches are that great and honestly I feel other fast food spots make a more satisfying sandwich. But, I love their salad options. I get the Cobb Salad and I alternate between the grilled or fried chicken. The produce is always fresh and tastes great. I ate a waffle fry on my way home. It wasn't burning hot or crisp but it was a little undercooked. The spicy chicken sandwich was the big disappointment, it was spicy but more heat than flavor. The best thing I tried was the Chik-fil-A sauce. Chik-fil-A suffered by comparison to a recent lunch from Dave's Hot Chicken.
