I just have to say that this Mountain Mike's I have been going here for years on North Main and Harden Ranch Plaza and I have never had a problem with their Pizza or usually most of the time their service is really great but out of the one I'm constitution and Alisal this one here on in Hardin Ranch is the best they put an excellent amount of toppings on their pizza and they always seem to make it perfect for me and their chicken wings I love their chicken wings my favorite of any is the hot wings which of the time I like to have them a little extra crispy but I've never really had a problem with this Mountain Mike's once in a great wall of someone doesn't serve with a smile but I suggest this one overall Mountain mikes hear in Salinas(Harden Ranch)! They even gave me a good deal one time when I had a big party in order to bunch of pizzas which is good business as far as I'm concerned keep your customers thank you about Mike don't change!!!! The ambience in there it's just a typical restaurant but if it were mine I'd probably lower the lighting just a little bit just to make it a little more comfortable and relaxing! I grew up eating Mountain Mike's Pizza and have always enjoyed it for its premium quality and great taste. Unfortunately, today's visit to this location was a huge disappointment. The pizza tasted like it had been left out for three days - after being cooked the week prior. It was stale, dry, and honestly worse than Little Caesars. Yep, that bad! . The chicken wings were also overcooked, tough, and lacked flavor. They didn't even have the churros with chocolate treats I love. When I brought up the issue, the cashier displayed poor customer service skills and was very rude. This experience was nothing like the Mountain Mike's I remember. Just moved back after 6 years and I was SO excited to splurge on some good ol' Mountain Mikes, it was always my favorite pizza place Growing up! and I rarely have extra money for takeout but I wanted to treat myself.... Well, I spent $40 + $6 tip on a small personal pizza, Mozzarella sticks and 2 drinks tonight. Got 1 drink, and completely cold, hard mozzarella sticks AND pizza, which had chicken on it, so nasty cold meat. To top it off, packets of parmesan and red pepper flakes were directly topping the pizza like we're not in the middle of a pandemic. Where do I start I ordered two pepperoni pizzas and asked them to deliver and then they denied me that. I go to pick up the pizzas and they said they didn't have ranch but then another worker went in the back and brought me some after they said they didn't have any. Then when I got home to eat my pizza there was no sauce on any of my pizzas and I tried calling back no one answered. This was the dirtiest Mountain Mike's I have ever been in and I know why. There were two young ladies working that afternoon. A blonde girl and a brunette. The blonde girl was obviously in charge of the back (cooking area was clean and food came out quickly-tasted good too) and the brunette was in charge of the front. The bathroom was empty of supplies and very dirty. There wasn't a single clean table and the seating was full of crumbs. It was not busy- just us and one for their couple. But never posted to give credit where credit it do (which I should do more often) Today we decided to have it delivered, the timing was great the food was delicious. Although there was one mishap they forgot to deliver our drinks. But without hesitation the driver acknowledged the mistake and apologized, offered to give me a credit or come back to deliver our drinks. We opted for the drinks, since we were taking care of a family member and did not want to leave. Within a short period of time I received a phone letting me know he was back on his way!
