We recently went to Wing Stop after over 6 months of not trying it. One new thing I noticed and liked was their digital board that shows the progress of your order. Super helpful knowing when your food is coming out instead of just waiting around wondering or having to go to the counter and ask. We ordered the 30 piece meal with 2 drinks and spent $56.89, which honestly felt a bit pricey, but the food was mostly good. We got the Original Buffalo wings, Honey Hot Rub, and Boneless Lemon Pepper. The meal also came with fries and veggies, but we substituted the veggies with the mini corn instead, which was a pleasant surprise that was an option. I am happy the cashier mentioned we could substitute the sides. The wings were mostly delicious overall. The Honey Hot Rub wings had a really good flavorful coating, but the flavor didn't go all the way into the wing like the others did. The Original Buffalo and Lemon Pepper definitely had more flavor throughout, so we will probably stick with our favorites next time. The fries are honestly some of my favorite fast food fries. They are crispy on the outside, soft inside, and not cut too thin, which is the way I prefer my fries. The ranch is also really good for dipping the fries and wings. I did notice this visit the ranch seemed a little more runny than I remember. Overall, I love our go to wing flavors, extra enjoy the French fries and the ranch! We do enjoy treating to Wingstop once in a while. We will definitely be back! read more

I honestly wish I had saved my money. I ordered Wingstop through Uber Eats and spent nearly $50 on what should have been a simple order. Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing food delivery experiences I've had in a long time. The wings arrived with little to no sauce, and the boneless wings that were supposed to be covered in sauce were completely dry as well. To make matters worse, there weren't even any napkins included. It felt like the order was rushed out the door without anyone taking a moment to make sure it was prepared correctly. What makes this especially frustrating is that sauce isn't some minor detail at Wingstop--it's a major part of what customers are paying for. When both the traditional wings and the boneless wings arrive dry, it completely changes the meal. The issue isn't just the missing sauce. It's the attitude behind it. Someone prepared this order, saw it wasn't right, and sent it out anyway. To the restaurant, it may seem like a minor mistake, but to the customer who spent nearly $50, it's disappointing. When businesses stop paying attention to details and customers stop speaking up about poor service, it creates a cycle where lower standards become acceptable. Good customer service starts with caring enough to get the basics right. People work hard for their money, and when they choose to spend it at a restaurant, they should receive the meal they ordered, prepared the way it was intended. Sadly, that wasn't the case here. Very disappointed. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve quality control moving forward read more

Wingstop - 20 Wings missing mild sauce - Chicken Wings Near Me - Salinas, California

Honestly the worst wing stop in town. The phone line has been down like over a year now. Either the number won't work at all or it starts ringing once you hit 1 to make a order then the line drops. I can never get through to a employee to place an order. But they mess up online orders and refuse to address the problem and fix anything. You select for a certain time but still have to wait another 15-20 minutes. read more

Great service. We received our order very fast. Hot and delicious! The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Came in at about 9 o'clock this Saturday evening and was kind of expecting the worst due to it being 9 o'clock already. The service was actually great. The young lady at the front counter was so freaking sweet. Had an amazing personality and was crazy helpful. The bathroom wasn't tore up And it kind of usually is there was plenty of seating and the dining room was clean. The food was pretty good. I would've gave five stars, but one of the wing choices that we ordered said it was a dry rub and it had tons of sauce and the lemon paper tasted more salty than peppery, but it's all good. Everything else was great. read more

Order was placed on line. When I arrived the lobby was full, there was only one cashier working (she was doing her best and kept her composure) It was basically a huge cluster FFF I asked the cashier if her manager or supervisor was on site because she was clearly drowning with customers and needed some sort of assistance, the cashier stated that the manager was assisting with orders..... I finally got my order and the order was "double checked" by an employee and yet still things were missing.... read more

I ordered online and the time that it said on the app was way off. Half an hour here and I'm still waiting for the wings. It doesn't seem like there is a system. The place is packed. A nice customer service thing to do also is to give the customer a fairly accurate timer for waiting. When I asked the cashier a time estimate I got an "it's almost ready" over and over again. If she would have said, likely another 30-40 minutes I would have returned. Instead we all waited and waited and waited. And to add insult to it all, after waiting 40 minutes, I for a side of original hot and they charge me the 1.65 It's also very suspicious that this locations is not accredited by the better business bureau. read more

Via DoorDash, I ordered and paid for a 15-piece wing meal with fries, vege sticks, and ranch dressing. I did not receive the vege sticks, but I did receive 15 dry, stomach acid burning, and almost inedible chicken wings. I am extremely disappointed with Wingstop as I have always enjoyed their food. I assumed there would be more than one ranch dressing, but only one was in the packaging. This was supposed to be a pleasant surprise birthday dinner for my spouse, but instead, we received the above. read more

Done with WingStop. Takes too long- ordered online- 38-45mins, ok. Showed up and waited another 30mins. No sorry for the wait, etc. Paid extra for fries- soggy and smashed at the bottom of the bag. Sandwich was 2 tenders.. guess they ran out of the chicken patty. Ordered 3 sandwiches, none were marked as to flavor. Ranch was the best part of the meal. read more

The Worst!!!! First off I ordered original and garlic Parmesan wings and fries. Not only did it take forever but the garlic Parmesan wings were just plain wings with a bunch of grease over them. There was not one piece of Parmesan or garlic in the container. I am not exaggerating! We have ordered here before and thought we just got unlucky, but that is definitely not the case. And also they forgot the fries. Luckily, I checked when i got in the car and i had to go back in for the fries. I'm not sure if they either hire a bunch of morons or these employees could care less but never again.! This was a big waste of $40!! read more

Just do better. I got my online order look to see I got the main items and left didn't realize they didn't pack my brownies and I didn't get my dipping sauces at all. Then I checked my wings they were boneless when I ordered classic I ate it anyways because I live far away so I blame myself for not checking entirely. And I don't even want my money back or the items or anything just want them to prevent mistake like this happening again for customers after me because to me it's just annoying to deal with this. read more

Wingstop - Worst fries ever - Chicken Wings Near Me - Salinas, California

This location only takes cash! Their phone is disconnected! Online ordering is broken, regardless of the channel and regardless of the device! Save time, Headache and stress and eat somewhere else. Spent over an hour trying to make an order online through the website! Try using an iPhone and android browser the app, tried using a desktop computer to place an order! They all failed! For one whole hour I sat frustrated, trying to place an order. This store is also removed off all delivery platforms, so I can't even order for delivery. The only way to order at this location is by driving there and standing in line! How primitive for such a big corporation! When I got to this location, they are a cash, only location! I thought it couldn't get worse, but then it did! Had to go find an ATM to withdraw cash so that I can stand in line. Wait there for 20 minutes while they make my food. to top it off it's a bunch of kids working there! Who could care less about Wingstop customers. I tried calling the store numerous times and the phone was off the hook! I'll take my money elsewhere read more

To call this place a restaurant is an insult to any other restaurant. I know, it's Wingstop - not the finest dining establishment. First, leaving a trainee who doesn't even have a grasp of the extensive and challenging Wingstop menu (insert eye roll here), is irresponsible. The poor girl didn't stand a chance. She wasn't yet properly trained, had no knowledge of the system she was working on, and was destined for failure due to her lack support from the manager - who is obviously not good at their job! Second, if there is a line of customers, you help the next customer in line, not the customer after that. That's what lines are for, right? If you ask me if I want ranch or some other side, maybe you can remember to put it in the bag. Ok - you forgot. Not that serious, right. But, when I come back to the register and ask you for it, don't go to the back and start a completely separate conversation with the kitchen staff. I had to ask the same guy again and he forgot that I had asked him in the first place. I get it - it's Wingstop - you are probably high a F! Here's a thought - maybe clean the dining room room? Here's another stretch - if you are out of paper towels in the bathroom and you have a blowing hand dryer, maybe have it functioning. The only saving grace of this place was.... Oh wait... nothing! Close the doors, shut it down, you are a joke. Fire the manager. They are horrible at their job! Keep the poor girl behind the register but, train her right. This place is a total $hit show! read more

By far the worst Wingstop in town. I've waited and waited until a few bad experiences to give this review but honestly I've had over 3 bad experiences from being double charged (with no sympathy given), lack of just basic customer service, cold food and missing food on more than one occasion. The location is convenient but honestly, I'll be making the drive to south main. I enjoy wingstop's food typically, but this location sucks. Take the time and go to one of the others in town. read more

Usually don't review fast food joints but this one deserves a review. The food is fine. No issue there. Service, however, sucks. A lot of people working behind the counter and all with horrible attitudes and no desire to work. You ask for ketchup or forks and they don't acknowledge you and just set them on the counter and leave. Waiting times are long so stick to ordering for pick up. Not enough seating for everyone and no trash cans. Bathrooms are out of order. Would not come to this location again. read more

I'm giving a one start because of the lack of flavor. Absolutely Flavorless. We ordered the Louisiana Rub, Korean BBQ and the Lemon Pepper. The dry rub wings tasted the same. There was no flavor on the wings. I love Wing Stop but I'm so disappointed. I understand they can be busy and I don't mind waiting for my food as long as it's made properly. This location is so slow. It's 11:21 am on a Sunday no one here. I pulled up here with my daughter. She wanted Wingstop so I figured I'd get some. Decided I wanted El Pollo Loco, which is right across the parking lot, so I walked across the parking lot ordered my food then I received my food walked back across the parking lot to my truck and waited an extra 30 minutes for my daughters foodI. 'll never come back here again. Not to mention this place is overpriced. read more

the prices are overpriced compared to the quality , with the same price Buffalo wings is 100 times better . the fries came burned and the garlic Parmesan tenders were literally salt and oil , the mango habanero boneless sure thing they were spicy but you can't even taste the mango flavor. Just order online. I feel so bad leaving this review but my last visit really irked me. The food is spot on but the service less than great. A coworker and I ordered Cajun corn. Only Cajun corn. We were hoping it would be a quick in-and out trip but we waited a pretty substantial amount of time. It was busy, which is more than understandable. What I found annoying was that there was about five staff members just wondering around and loudly joking amongst each other while about 2 or three people actually worked. It was hard to watch. Asked for my fries to be cooked extra crispy and seasoned and they purposely undercooked the fries and placed absolutely no season on both orders of fries. I was surprised that after reading the reviews on service I ended having a similar experience. I called to place an order and was told to hold. I waited 10 minutes on the phone, I then proceeded to the store on Davis Rd. I walked in & nobody was at the counter, an employee walked up & asked if could help me. I showed him that I was still on hold & nobody was answering calls. He offered to call his manager, which he did after taking my order. The manager stated that they had been busy & that he had sent some employees to their break. He offered a 50% discount, which I accepted.
