The Worst!!!! First off I ordered original and garlic Parmesan wings and fries. Not only did it take forever but the garlic Parmesan wings were just plain wings with a bunch of grease over them. There was not one piece of Parmesan or garlic in the container. I am not exaggerating! We have ordered here before and thought we just got unlucky, but that is definitely not the case. And also they forgot the fries. Luckily, I checked when i got in the car and i had to go back in for the fries. Came in at about 9 o'clock this Saturday evening and was kind of expecting the worst due to it being 9 o'clock already. The service was actually great. The young lady at the front counter was so freaking sweet. Had an amazing personality and was crazy helpful. The bathroom wasn't tore up And it kind of usually is there was plenty of seating and the dining room was clean. The food was pretty good. I would've gave five stars, but one of the wing choices that we ordered said it was a dry rub and it had tons of sauce and the lemon paper tasted more salty than peppery, but it's all good. A nice customer service thing to do also is to give the customer a fairly accurate timer for waiting. When I asked the cashier a time estimate I got an "it's almost ready" over and over again. To call this place a restaurant is an insult to any other restaurant. I know, it's Wingstop - not the finest dining establishment. First, leaving a trainee who doesn't even have a grasp of the extensive and challenging Wingstop menu (insert eye roll here), is irresponsible. The poor girl didn't stand a chance. She wasn't yet properly trained, had no knowledge of the system she was working on, and was destined for failure due to her lack support from the manager - who is obviously not good at their job! Second, if there is a line of customers, you help the next customer in line, not the customer after that. That's what lines are for, right? If you ask me if I want ranch or some other side, maybe you can remember to put it in the bag. Ok - you forgot. Not that serious, right. But, when I come back to the register and ask you for it, don't go to the back and start a completely separate conversation with the kitchen staff. I waited 10 minutes on the phone, I then proceeded to the store on Davis Rd. I walked in & nobody was at the counter, an employee walked up & asked if could help me. I showed him that I was still on hold & nobody was answering calls. He offered to call his manager, which he did after taking my order.
