While we were patiently waiting for our order, the manager approached my daughter and told her that she needed to throw her food away or finish it as quickly as possible. We understand that restaurants may have policies regarding outside food, and we respect that. However, the way the manager spoke to my daughter was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. There was no kindness or courtesy in the way the situation was handled. Good customer service is not only about following policies but also about treating customers with respect. This experience left us feeling unwelcome, and because of the manager's attitude, we will think twice before returning.
