Absolutely Awful Customer Service - Never Again I pre-ordered and paid for pizzas to be delivered on Halloween, thinking I was being smart and planning ahead. Big mistake. Two hours past my delivery time and still no food. I called multiple times, got disconnected four times and when I finally got through, I was told they'd "send them right over." Spoiler: they didn't. I ended up driving there myself and walked into a complete disaster. There were 20+ people all waiting for orders that hadn't been made or delivered. Some had been waiting over two hours. My order was supposedly "in the oven" even though it should've arrived ages ago. They promised to refund my delivery fee and tip since I had to go pick up my own food, but guess what? No refund. When I called to follow up, I was told there was no manager on duty and to "call back tomorrow." Seriously? It's one thing to be busy, it's Halloween, I get it but this was a total meltdown of planning, communication, and accountability. Terrible experience from start to finish. read more

I've been going to this Mountain Mike's for over 5 years every Wednesday because my son is autistic and it's all about routine for people on the Spectrum. The employees got to know me and would give me a Pepsi for free for my son. After about a year they started giving me the employee discount since I went there weekly so that savings went towards their tip. I even became friends with the cook we would give each other a hug, always calling each other "Sir". About 3 months ago the owner's wife started manning the cash register and didn't like that I was getting the discount and decided just give me $5 off. I spent over $5000 there over the years and I felt that loyalty didn't matter to this woman, only money. The employees all apologized to me, they felt really bad but there was nothing they could do. So I changed over to Pizza Guys in Cotati and they've been Epic! After I told them what happened at MM they gave me their employee discount and I tip them double. It's not about the money, it's about the loyalty. By the way, my friend the cook at Mountain Mike's went to a different location with different owners because of how I was treated. They still owe him $7500 which last I checked, they haven't paid him. They don't return his repeated phone calls to get paid what they owe him. These are greedy people who only care about their bank account. Do not give them your money. read more

To start, I patiently waited for my pizza to come out for them to realize they forgot to do the churros. So they said it would be five minutes longer. It took 10 minutes. Then I got home to my churros not being thoroughly cooked. And just to add the cherry on top, I got a half and half pizza with the snowy alps and pineapple chicken luau... the snowy alps was supposed to have creamy garlic sauce and the luau was supposed to have bbq. As a single dad, I came in with my two kids who were eager to play arcade games and eat a half pep & half cheese medium pizza for dinner. The staff were super friendly as soon as we walked in and were ready to take our order. The young man behind the cashier was patient, kind and even let me use a store coupon (which for a single dad means more money for arcade games, yay!). While the kids played games, staff let me know when the pizza was ready on our table with plates and cups ready to use. So helpful! We sat and ate our food while the multiple tv's entertained the kids as they ate. At the end, we collected our left over, packed our belonging and left to the park. An hour later, I realized I forgot my leftovers at the restaurant and called to see if it was still available to pick up. I spoke with a kind woman (maybe the owner) and explained my situation. She looked for my leftovers but it had been thrown away by then. She asked me what type of pizza the kids were eating and I told her. She offered to make me a new small half cheese/half pep pizza so my kids can enjoy their delicious left over pizza. Good pizza, liking the new flavors, but I'm gluten free and my pizza was delivered full gluten. Sucks to be 3 slices in and realize you're eating wheat. Sigh. Especially when you pay more for gluten free and end up getting normal price pizza + a stomach ache. :/ Be careful food allergy friends!!! I hope they learn to be more careful about this. I refuse to go back to this place. The owners and management are rude, don't care, and again, are flat out rude. I have interacted with the staff several times and each time they are rude. An example of this is, I came in a little early and my order wasn't ready. I paid and sat down to wait. They ignored me and never checked back with me on my order. Right when I ordered apparently they lost power...I waited for 15 mins a when I asked to get my money back the owner said I would get my money back by them canceling the order due to the fact of me paying by card but to this day I have never received my money back. I live in petaluma & the Mountain Mike's branch here is absolutely trash with no exaggeration. My friends always talked about how they love the one in Cotati area so I gave it a shot and Door dashed some food. Needless to say i'm so happy I did cause their quality is actually very good! I added some mushrooms, green peppers & onions to my pepperoni pizza with their creamy garlic sauce and it was magical, so delicious. Their garlic bread was very on point with a golden crispy dough. What shocked me the most was the marinara sauce that came with the garlic bread, so hearty & rich in flavor! Lastly, My favorite item that I ordered was the churros! honestly didn't expect that! I ordered online for delivery and had a $25 gift certificate. I wrote in the comments that I had a coupon and thought it would be no big deal to use it. Over the phone the staff was always cheerful and friendly whenever I called and asked to speak with the manager, Aamir. Aamir was gracious and took his time since this was my first ever order with them and I was unfamiliar with this particular establishment since I was ordering from out of town. All our special requests were honored, including changing the delivery time (to earlier, with short notice) on delivery day. The pizzas were delicious, as well! My family & I were there last night to celebrate my nephew's third birthday for a few hours and we were so pleased and grateful for the outstanding customer service we had, start to finish. Many thank you's to the staff for their upbeat, friendly and hard-working personalities! 3 hours filled with a lot of pizza, beer, cake and smiles. We didn't have to stress about cooking or cleaning, so this last-minute decision was the perfect choice. They reserved the back section for us and the noise level was low. I ordered a pizza about a month ago and the driver couldn't find my house and I had to meet her on the other end of my street in the freezing cold. The only reason I bring this up is because that same driver delivered my pizza tonight. In fact, she was the one that remembered that she couldn't find it. I had no idea who she was. So I guess she couldn't find it again and she wanted me to drop my location via text and frankly that's just something I'm not comfortable with. After a cumbersome process to find my place.. she walks out with the pizza in a black container and pulls it out with no sense of care having drop the ranch I ordered on my porch. I asked her how much the ranch was because obviously I wasn't going to pay for it and she tells me a dollar and proceeds to ask me if I'm sure I still don't want it and I told her of course I don't want it it's on the floor!! I gave her the reduced price in cash and she walked away, sat in her car and obviously debating on whether she should pick up the ranch container. Eventually she did and drove away. Then I receive a call that she was missing $10 which is my fault in the confusion of the new adjusted price I had given her less than I was supposed to and so I told them it's was okay to come back and pick up the $10. They sent the same girl, my girlfriend handed her a 20 and she just walks away. My girlfriend stops her and tells her that she needs her change and she just stands there dumbfounded with a very rude demeanor, she asks if she wants her to go to the store to get change and my girlfriend says of course "please and thank you". She leaves very snippy and upset - comes back with a few singles and a bunch of quarters. I asked her to go over the cost one more time to make sure everything was an order, and she proceeds to break it down in an extremely disrespectful manner, and tells me the money is for the store and not for her and I respond "of course, I never accused you of trying to steal the money. I just want to make sure everything was square." So disrespectful and so rude for no reason. She developed this demeanor after I handed her the initial cash with zero tip for obvious reasons so it was clear that she was upset that she got no tip after dropping my ranch and being wildly disrespectful and having no change. Not to mention the two times she came back she knocked on my door so hard and loud that I could hear it from the other side of the house. This girl is not fit to deliver pizzas. She gets lost. She doesn't know how to navigate her vehicle or her maps app. I'd say that job is rudimentary at best so I'm surprise someone could be so bad at it.. I would certainly reeducate this girl. read more

If you're ever having a good sized group of people over get the Mountain because hot damn that's a lot of pizza. Here's my main reason for reviewing. As I said, I order delivery quite a bit. So much in fact, that one time I messed up, hazards of online ordering on a phone. They tried to call me to make sure the order was correct but I didn't answer. So when they showed up at my door with the order that I messed up AND my usual order I was blown away. The second time I messed up they caught me on the phone and it was fixed instantly. They have a small arcade for the kids. The staff is efficient and friendly. They always have a game on or a trivia night or something. Its a happening place!
