Half and half pineapple chicken luau and snowy alps

To start, I patiently waited for my pizza to come out for them to realize they forgot to do the churros. So they said it would be five minutes longer. It took 10 minutes. Then I got home to my churros not being thoroughly cooked. And just to add the cherry on top, I got a half and half pizza with the snowy alps and pineapple chicken luau... the snowy alps was supposed to have creamy garlic sauce and the luau was supposed to have bbq. Well they put the toppings on the wrong sauce. As you can imagine, this ruined the pizza. I was starving and just got home (across the street) after waiting so long so I ate it anyways. There's no wonder why there was nobody in there on a Sunday afternoon. I will not be going back.

Wouldn't honor this email coupon either in store. But the website didn't allow me to apply this promo either. Straight scam.

This location will NEVER get my money ever again. Horrible customer service. They mislead you and then don't hold themselves accountable. Don't tell someone you'll honor the coupons on YOUR website when ordering over the phone and when I show up to show you the coupon you don't honor it. If you made a mistake and said otherwise that's on you!! But no you said it's fine had me wait 25 minutes just to drag my toddler in there all to be told your out of Luck sorry. Telling me you can only honor the coupons if I ordered online. Which you could have said from the beginning and been firm on it and I would have ordered online. Not tell me order online but then oh I think it will be okay. I don't really care if the person taking my order was new or not you hold your employees accountable. This place has completely gone down hill. Ever since the new owners took over this place is garbage. You will never see a dime from me again. Shame on you. Not to mention after this I left and tried to order online and there's an error on the website where it won't allow you to apply applicable coupons to the order because the 10% coupon is LITERALLY STUCK on there. When you try to remove the coupon it doesn't allow you to remove it. You're just stuck in this loop of trying to press the x to remove it in order to add the coupon you want. But you also won't honor what's on your website for local deals. What BS! Then you guys just try to give me only 20% off when the coupon online states 34.99 for a meal deal. Plus 49% off for the 49ers win. But you won't honor it. NEVER AGAIN. You guys suck and don't care about your customers clearly. I wouldn't care if they just said from the beginning they couldn't do it and told me to order online. Which at first the young kid who answered said that but I asked if he could honor online and said it should be okay that he needed to see the coupon in person. So that's why I'm upset. The way I was treated was not right and I will never spend money here again. Just didn't feel like they cared at all. I left and took my money to the one on commerce at least they showed me compassion and went out their way to help me after you guys SCREWED ME OVER. They apologized and gave me a bigger discount for my troubles. Even took my food out to me when my toddler was sleeping. That's real customer service. Take notes!

The pizza is alright, not bad but not great. Lots of toppings to choose from. Last time we ordered a pizza with mushrooms, onion, and sausages + we got an extra piece of pineapple :) . They also make it pretty quick so you won't wait long. The staff are nice and friendly. Definitely will order here again.

I live in petaluma & the Mountain Mike's branch here is absolutely trash with no exaggeration. My friends always talked about how they love the one in Cotati area so I gave it a shot and Door dashed some food. Needless to say i'm so happy I did cause their quality is actually very good! I added some mushrooms, green peppers & onions to my pepperoni pizza with their creamy garlic sauce and it was magical, so delicious. Their garlic bread was very on point with a golden crispy dough. What shocked me the most was the marinara sauce that came with the garlic bread, so hearty & rich in flavor! Lastly, My favorite item that I ordered was the churros! honestly didn't expect that! It was crunchy on the outside & ooey gooey on the inside.... So GOOD!!!! Thanks for changing my mind about Mountain Mikes pizza, I will just order from you guys from now on ;)

After phoning in our order, we were told the wait would be roughly 25 minutes -- pretty fast in my opinion, considering we were ordering around peak dinner hour at 6:00 p.m. I really appreciate how generous they are with the pizza toppings here. There was not a single slice without multiple pieces of each unique topping. The crust here is thin, crispy, and holds up well to the abundance of BBQ sauce on the pizza. If you like spicy, you'll definitely enjoy this pizza flavor -- the jalapeño are hot! Moving on to the side dishes, I thought the pesto twists sounded really good, but they fell a bit short in terms of texture: the twists were not as fluffy as I thought and some thought they were a bit too salty. The arugula salad had a solid variety of ingredients. I liked the saltiness the shaved Parmesan provided and sweetness provided by the pears. Definitely a salad I'd get again. Definitely consider getting two salads if you have more than a few people in your group you're sharing with. Last but not least, I enjoyed the outside shell of the cannoli, but multiple people in my group pointed out that the filling had some grittiness to it. As somebody who's only had cannolis a handful of times in their life, I don't feel the most qualified to offer commentary on the cannoli here except that I liked that it wasn't over the top sweet. Overall, I would happily pick up a pizza from Sal's Pizzeria again. However, instead of ordering so many sides, I would probably pick up a second pizza, since their pizza flavors are all so interesting.

I was taken away by the decor, the pool table, and a small arcade. This is definitely a place that you come and hangout with some friends. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their pizza, and they really took care of me when I told them it was my first time there. They told me that they serve New York style and Detroit style pizza. I'll have to try Detroit someday, but for now I focused on New York style. I ordered a spicy sausage pizza and a pepperoni which had hot honey. I only ever had hot honey in Los Angeles, so I was hoping it would be delicious. The spicy sausage pizza was delicious, flavors were balanced and I tasted everything they laid out. The pizza is thin so it's definitely New York style and the crust was so crispy and light. The thing I love about New York style pizza is just how edible the crust are. I feel like you can just have them as breadsticks and I would buy them. The hot honey pizza was an out of the world flavor. If I had to pick one pizza for anyone to try it's this New York Pepperoni with hot honey. This is an amazing balance of sweet and savory. The first bite really took my tastebuds on a ride and I was ready for another. The pepperoni pizza wasn't too greasy and the honey just really brought the flavor altogether. I had hot honey in LA, now I'm glad to say, I don't need to go to LA for that. If you have a desire for pizza, look no further than Acre Pizza!

Art probably established an excellent real Italian restaurant with authentic recipes and hopefully homemade pasta. He has since passed away, and I am sorry to say, whatever authenticity went with him. The vibe is a bar pizza joint, and I hope they serve a good pizza pie. The linguine and clams (I asked if it was a garlic sauce) was loaded with clams. That is where the dish ended. It had linguine noodles and a sauce made up of clam juice butter and lemon. I could not taste garlic, so she brought some raw garlic to toss in. The lasagna tasted like canned meat sauce poured over a bland dish of pasta. The chicken noodle soup had tasty chicken, but the overload of oregano was too much, we couldn't eat it and were not offered to have it removed from the bill. The Caesar salad was mayo heavy, could taste lemon and had sliced Parmesan on top. Tiramisu was not umptious either. For the cost of the meal, I will pass. We will try a pizza in the future, hopefully it is their saving grace. Oh, they should learn how to make pasta as well, instead of buying boxed pre made.

Upon walking in, Fugazi was playing in the shop. That was a good sign. When do you ever hear Fugazi playing at an establishment nowadays, the last time was probably in a record shop in the 90s. The pizzas are displayed, and you choose how much of each pizza you'd like and they will cut some off for you and it is priced by weight. Then, they heat it up for you to melt the cheese, and viola! Served with cloth napkins, pizza scissors, if desired when eating-in. (Truly the most brilliant way to cut pizza!) Immediately, I saw "OG Potato" and that was a must have. It was something like Potato, ricotta, chile oil, mozzarella, dill. (Just to cut to the chase on this one, it was incredible! I am obsessed with ricotta, and there was something about all the combination of flavors especially the dill that gave some freshness amongst the rich taste of everything else.) Others we got were the pepperoni, a 4 cheese, and a vegan one with no cheese, just tomato sauce, roasted garlic, olives (there may have been other stuff on it, but that's what I remember) Everything was incredible, even the vegan one. The tomato sauce was so high quality, and I was glad there wasn't any vegan cheese on it. Just veggie tastiness in its purest form. The sourdough crust was light and fluffy. It was all just so high quality, and you can feel the passion for their food. Oh yeah, I almost forgot a big star: the Kale Caesar. Don't sleep on that one. It's one of the best salads we've had in years. It was flavorful, with bits of sunflower seeds to give it crunch. Dressing was on-point with a mountain of fluffy parm on top. And so here's the thing with the current state of eating establishments. There is so much expensive mediocre food out there. Nowadays, you may pay $12 for a salad that's out of a bag with wilted ends and sorry baby carrots. And so, considering there's a place that's putting beautifully intentional food out there, I'd rather choose to go to the place that is high quality and cares about their food and sustainability. We topped off our experience with soft serve and a cookie. The soft serve was amazing. We got it 'eat-in' and it was high quality soft-serve in a whimsical cup and presidential spoons. (Love the sustainability angle, but also the whimsy) You can get it with olive oil and sea salt and other toppings, but I went pure. It was milky and homey, and just gooood. (My hubs wanted the cookie) Not to mention, service was genuine. There was a slow, no-rush vibe to this place that might piss some people off. But given its name, I feel like it's apt. It's Psychic Pie for god's sake, and the ethereal does not rush. In the ethereal, time doesn't exist!!! (lol) You can feel that every part of this establishment is in the vision of its owner, wanting the experience to be a part of their authenticity and values. And we need more of that in this world right now. (And I don't mean some skewed sense of 'authenticity' as in just saying whatever comes to mind and is 'in your face' that has infiltrated our society today) This is true authenticity I'm talking about - an expression of your own Light essence. (See, I told you I'm woo) Speaking of which, the music continued to be my jam at my time here... likely to be a Pixies radio mix, with awesome 90s punk / indie. Some songs I hadn't heard in decades but love. So, it was like entering into someone's establishment that's part of my soul tribe. So, if any of the above sound like your jam too... give it a try!
