Im reviewing more of the buffet from 11-2pm. Recently they are skimping on the size and pizza slices. The slices are literally bite sized now. My one hand is the size of 3 slices. The price for 2 people is about $35 with tax. You're better off buying a Large pizza than paying for the buffet. I used to come here and enjoy a decent meal with my son. But will no longer frequent the restaurant because of this. We prefer Round Tables anyway. The last honest pizza as they say. read more

I order from her for delivery quite often, the flavor is nice, but the customer service is always low.but they also have a bunch of broken games inside, and they will not help you at all, i sent my kids in with 15 dollars to have fun while i took a call. They went in and the games took the money started, and then reset and did not let them play, they tried another game that just straight up took the money and didnt do anything, so they decided to try the first game again and it did the same thing. They tried telling the people that work there a few times, but they said they cant do anything about it. Our company offers 20% off entire bill perk. The young lady at the counter is argumentative and not friendly. She refuses to honor the discount when all the other MM honor it despite there being no expiration date or "participating restaurants only" disclaimer. We stopped MDay evening after a full day in SF for Giant's game. She was so rude (we ordered pick-up and didn't even take it). I went in and ordered a couple pizzas for our family while we watch the game. When I got the pizzas home, it was the wrong order. It took me three times to explain to the young lady who answered the phone what it happened. She said that they could make us some new pizzas, but I was already all the way home. So I get half off on my next order. What does that do? Nothing. They should've offered to make new pizzas and have them delivered. First I want to say that not all Mountain Mikes are equal. This review is for this particular location, which is the only location I can recommend in Concord. Today I ordered a couple pizzas to be delivered. I saw that they have the spicy Himalayan pizza and I got so excited so I had to try it. I ordered only half with the jalapeños and we also ordered the standard cheese pizza for the kid. This pizza is no joke! There are so many amazing aromas and tasty tidbits. It is a truly delicious pizza cooked to perfection. Our 10 year old who only usually likes cheese wanted to try it and then she wanted to eat several more pieces of *OUR* pizza AND bring it to school tomorrow for lunch. So now I need to defend it to hope to get another piece. The cheese pizza with garlic sauce and extra cheese was also awesome, but in a different class.... As I said, we had it delivered and the delivery guy was fast and friendly, exactly what you want from the guy bringing you pizza. Also, there was something I had never seen before from a delivery made by an employee. They had placed a piece of Mountain Mike tape to secure the top of the pizza box. I'm a regular, I usually get The McKinley pizza, sometimes a salad, always a draft beer. The service is efficient and friendly and the food is delicious and fairly priced. I'd give 5 stars if they managed the beer selection better. A beer menu is needed, with short descriptions. It could be handwritten on a white board or printed on paper so it could be easily updated. I've been to Mountain Mike's countless times whether it was for my children's school fundraisers or classmate birthday parties. Mountain Mike's is very supportive of the community and they make a decent pizza. There was a youth sports car wash going on so I appreciate Mountain Mike's for helping out where they can. However, the pizzeria itself is kind of gloomy, outdated and dark. It hasn't changed much since 2004. That's a long time! I think most people order their pizza to go rather than eat in as there was only one couple there on a Saturday afternoon. We are usually "to go" folks anyway because we enjoy being in the comfort of our own home where we can relax and watch something on Hulu or Netflix. We had a Buy One Get One Free offer so we ordered The Everest (combo) and Chicken Club. I haven't eaten this in forever. You can't go wrong with these two specialty pizzas. They don't skimp on the toppings either and their pizza is consistent. The crust isn't thin or doughy. Kind of in the middle. I don't know how to explain it. And they taste best when eaten immediately. Called to order pizza and put on hold for 10 minutes, hung up and tried again, stayed on hold for nearly 10 minutes again and hung up and decided to order online and pick it up. Placed my order an the confirmation email was for Antioch (I live 1.2 miles away from the Concord store) Frantically call and cancel that order. Well I personally am not a fan of super greasy cold pizza but if you are, this is your place. SO MANY HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS WERE DONE TODAY DURING 1-2PM! Who goes on the phone in the lobby w/ customers around watching videos while suppose to be cleaning off the tables but just take the trash only. Then goes behind the counter (food prep area open to public to see) goes on his phone again and other employees no washing hands. Then proceeds to grab a slices of pizza off the buffet table (STILL HAD PHONE IN HAND) These employees need to be retrained in for food safety violations. Napkin dispensers can also get an easy wipe down when putting more in, 2 inch layers of dust on them. Courtesy water; usually filter the water by letting in run normal but theirs still has other floating stuff in it (pretty gross) didn't drink anything. Couldn't imagine taking off their soda nozzles; thinking of that makes me feel even more sick. Just surprised this particular location hasn't been shut down: No supervisions seemed to be shown there today. read more

I order pizzas to be delivered to my 86 yr old mothers house using the mountain mikes app. It was ok usually no problem, pizza is good enough, nothing special. The last time I ordered from them is the last time ever however. I always order a vegetarian pizza and a 4 pack of bottled drinks to keep in my moms frig or take with me. Last time they showed up with 3 bottles and a fountain drink. Delivery guys says his boss said it was the same thing. No way am I taking a fountain drink over a bottle on a delivery at that. We get his boss on the phone and I send the delivery guy back with all the drinks. They promised to refund the money for the drinks but never did. Plenty of choices out there with better pizza.
