I can only imagine the bad reviews are from entitled, unbearable karens that complain about anything and everything. These people are the nicest, most kind and caring people. On top of that they make THE BEST food. I've never ordered anything that I didn't absolutely love. Milkshakes, fish, burritos, birria, açaí. You name it it's all effing delicious. Good and fast meal! We ordered over the phone and it was ready in about 10 minutes. We had the fish and chips and the chili cheese dog. The fish was nicely breaded and perfectly fried, the fries were a little soggy and not salty enough, for me. The chili cheese dog had a great dog and bun, but the chili could have used more flavor and less spice. I also got the fat burner smoothie and it was great! I was just in Mountain Cravings waiting to order some ice cream, when it was my turn a person cut in front of me, I explained this to the person taking the orders, but she went ahead and help the person who cut in front of me. When i went to pay I was told since there was 2 other orders it would take 10 to 15 minutes for a mike shake. I ask to cancel my order as I had an 84-year-old in the car, I just wanted to pay for the ICE Cream Cone. I was told I was already rung up. This is by far the worst customer service ever.
