The service was great and the food was so fresh and delicious! My kids love ramen and teriyaki bowls. My son said the skin on the salmon was cooked the best he ever had. My daughter loved her ramen, the greens mixed in well with the noodles and the fried garlic was especially good, I took some pieces of the chicken from her.

I can't believe I waited this long to go here. They have great vegan options ! My Poké bowl was absolutely delicious. The employees were super sweet and knowledgeable about the menu items and what was safe for vegans! (Even double checked ingredient items just to be sure) it's also a super cute aesthetic inside and the cutest baby pink table perfect for two. The iced coffee was delicious if you like sweeter coffee. All food items were fresh and made to perfection. I've been unsure about trying a watermelon option for a protein substitute but it was 10/10 and the marinated tofu was delicious too! I look forward to trying more items on their menu

Yum! The food was good, Boba super fresh and YUM, and the environment was pleasant with a clean bathroom. The lady was super nice but TO MUCH PLASTIC. They served the dine in food in plastic to go containers. I don't like micro plastics:/ hot foot + plastic = no good. I will come back in a few months to see if they have changed anything.

I just want to say this place is one of the best spots I've visited. We stopped by while visiting lake gregory and the place is unique I love the atmosphere. I got a build your own poke bowl it was delicious! Not to mention the customer service. We got greeted by staff leaving and starting their shifts the energy they bring is very welcoming. If your in the area definitely check them out.

I was so happy to see this restaurant when I arrive in Crestline. The bowl was so good. Very fresh, generous portion, priced fairly and they were really friendly too.

Gave this place a 2nd shot. Never again. The first time I simply ordered 2 masubis, waited in the dining room for 40 minutes. They forgot about it. I did think hmmmm this is taking a long time, but I waited. They came out of the kitchen and asked what I was waiting for? This 2nd time, ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl with no rice. $15 for chicken in water with "some" steamed veggies. Not very good tasting either.

Yummy food. The workers are always nice. Cute decoration. The owner is great. The fish could be a bit better quality but it's still great. I haven't tried the ramen but I would like to next. Would much rather give my business to them than ripping bowls in lake arrowhead

Great food, friendly staff, totally coming back. The spam musubi was excellent, as were the poke bowls. Everything tasted super fresh and it was reasonably priced. Great vibes.

Waiting for my food. The staff came and brought my food out to my truck.

I went on a Sunday afternoon 2-23 and ordered the ramen bowl. The only ramen I ever had was cup of noodles so I wasn't expecting too much, the chicken ramen I ate was so delicious it exceeded my expectations. There are so many toppings to choose from. I ordered chicken with cucumbers, red onion, cilantro and mango on the side it was amazing and the 2 young girls were super friendly. As I waited outside the staff brought my food out to my truck, now thats great service. I will definitely be going back to try their spicy chicken and beef. Over all the dining area and bathroom was clean, the service was awesome and the food was delicious. I hope it stays like this. Im not sure why some of their other reviews were negative maybe there was a different staff that day.

Squeeze of lemon gives it a pop of flavor and brings down the heat. I also had the ramen, not the tonkatsu or the miso, I forgot the name. But it's one of the 3 most popular ramen. Clear broth. It was fantastic! The broth was delicious, the noodles were soft and tasty, I hadn't tasted noodles like that before. I ordered pork as my protein and honestly, that elevated the already delicious dish. The pork was charred, either by intention or accident but it transformed the ramen. Most other ramen shops have boiled pork, this had a great char that changed the flavor of the pork and ramen. The price is reasonable and I would come back here. The service was excellent as well. Everyone was very attentive, and gave you space as well. They gave suggestions and brought out the spice tray to add as much as you'd like. The Serrano chili salsa in there was delicious. The ambience reminds me of Japan. Wooden chairs and table, very reminiscent of some of the ramen shops in Japan. The place looked clean, even if the exterior looked a tad bit questionable. But that's the great thing about socal eateries. You never know what hidden gem you'll find. Overall, I would return and I would recommend.

The broth had a lot of depth and flavor without being too heavy, and the noodles had a great texture--clearly fresh and cooked right. I went with the tonkotsu and also tried some gyoza on the side. Service was friendly and made sure we were taken care of throughout. Overall, it's a really reliable spot if you're craving ramen. I'd come back and try more of the menu.

As soon as you walk in the beautiful servers greet you with a smile and are so nice! when seated we got our menus and our drinks were brought to us quickly, i got a pink lemonade and a water with a lemon slice. these servers actually attended me the last time i got here and were above and beyond sweet! Food: i chose the Aloha roll ($16.95) and the Baked Lobster roll. ($18.95) The Aloha roll is a Fresh Roll and my absolute fav, actually surpassing my long standing baked lobster. this comes with spicy tuna and avocado and cucumber, although these chefs do not skimp on the tuna! it was packed full and SO good. it's topped with albacore and a jalapeño slice, and a dot of siracha. The albacore literally melts in your mouth! the rice also is the perfect amount! The Aloha roll has a fresh, juicy, decadent taste that i highly recommend! 10/10 would and will definitely order again. The Baked Lobster Roll is usually my go to at any sushi place because it's a familiar palate of mine and this is no different. This roll is deliciously prepared with crab and avocado (again, zero skimping here) and topped with lobster, masago, and green onion. my only complaint about this dish is that i couldnt really taste the green onion, but other than that it was YUMMY. 8.5/10 Next, we ordered the cucumber salad, i personally did not try it but my boyfriend did and he said it was sweet yet tangy and has vinegar in it. he gave it a 9/10 We were also given a complimentary dish, i'm not sure of the name so i apologize but it was VERY good. i would say basic as in ingredients but still very tasty :) ill insert a pic below. As well as a beautifully cut Orange that was the best palette cleanser. We were so grateful for these and loved them! The atmosphere is a college kids dream with it being a casual spot that played good music and the friendliest staff :D In total this meal was $49.86 w/o tip. with a $20 tip, it was $69.86. The sear was perfect, and the green onion topping and sauce, along with the small slice portions made this easy and fun to eat. Definitely try this in your first round! 5/5 - Shooting Star (front) - Very savory and delicious! If you like the cajun flavor with the spicy aioli sauce, this won't disappoint. The crunch from the tempura shrimp with the texture profile of the crab and rice makes this a very satisfying roll! 5/5 - Carpaccio - This was actually one of the best carpaccio dishes I had gotten, and I think it is due to the seasoning. You only get one order per person which is typical of other AYCE sushi places, but definitely something to savor! 5/5 - Bluefin Tuna - This is limited to one order per customer, but it was the first time I had eaten a bluefin tuna at an AYCE restaurant that tasted like bluefin tuna from Japan. This is more toro than chutoro/otoro, however it did have that distinct bluefin tuna taste. Impressed! 4/5 - Dynamite - Interesting baked roll dish. Served under a small flame that dies out, it was a very savory, easy-to-eat dish with chopsticks. However, it felt a bit overcooked by the end of the flame, which understandably can be hit-or-miss. Definitely try it out, as this kind of dish is typically rare in AYCE restaurants. 5/5 - Del Rosa and East Highland - These are both the same No Rice Roll just with different wraps. The fish serving was generous and we were impressed! The sauce complemented both perfectly. 4/5 - X-Girlfriend and X-Boyfriend - Pretty much the same No Rice Roll but with different fish. Kind of tastes the same from the other No Rice Rolls so I would just get one order to try it out. 3/5 - O.M.G., Pizza, and SBD Hill - About the same flavor profile with the creamy sauce with the seafood that is placed on top of California rolls. You can probably do with just one of these rolls whichever appeals to you. Of course, it is not exactly the same, but we didn't really care to figure out which was which as we were eating it. 2/5 - Flying Dragon - Was not particularly impressed with this dish. There was a lot of rice served for a thin slice of eel and white fish. The sliced onion was OK, and it did not seem to complement the dish significantly. It seemed more like a separate item placed on top of the roll. 3/5 - Cajun Tuna Nigiri - Decent tuna nigiri. I thought the slices were very thin, so the sear actually went through the whole fish rather than just at the surface which would have made a two-texture profile bite. However, it just seemed dry due to the seared thin slice. 3/5 - Cajun Salmon Nigiri - Same issue with the cajun tuna nigiri. It was seasoned well with the cajun, but the thin slice of the salmon made the sear more of a "cook" rather than a seared surface. 4/5 - Regular Salmon Nigiri - Typical salmon nigiri flavor with regular portion of rice. I think it is beaten out my other AYCE sushi restaurants that are generous with their fish portion and provide minimal rice. 1/5 - Shrimp Boat - This dish was very disappointing. While it is advertised as shrimp with crab meat, our whole group found that it was an overwhelming amount of crab meat and could barely pick out the shrimp. Difficult to finish especially in the 2nd half of our meal. Granted due to being a tempura roll, it was served later. 1/5 - Lobster Ball - This dish was also disappointing. While it is advertised as lobster with crab meat, we barely found a difference between this and the shrimp boat aside from shape. Even with the pictures, the size was larger than we expected. Difficult to finish especially in the 2nd half of our meal. Granted due to being a tempura roll, it was served later. 3/5 - Calamari - Huge portions but could have been salted more. Good crunch but I would hesitate on finishing this portion because you might get full! 3/5 - Shrimp Tempura - We ordered 4 orders of this and only received one order (2 pieces). Decent fry and could also be salted a bit more.

We tried the Beef Special Pho, the Garlic Noodles with Scallops, and the Sautéed Char Siu sandwich, along with a side of garlic parmesan fries. Not a single miss at the table. I personally had the Beef Special Pho, and it was a winner. The beef rib was incredibly flavorful and tender, and the broth was rich, aromatic, and deeply satisfying--exactly what you want in a great bowl of pho. You can tell real care goes into it. The garlic parmesan fries came out hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, and the rest of the table was just as happy with their dishes. Everyone agreed the food delivered across the board. The ambiance is very chill and casual, making it an easy place to relax and enjoy your meal. It's not a formal spot at all, which works well with the overall vibe. The celebrity murals on the walls are a fun touch and give you something interesting to look at while you're there, adding to the pleasant, laid-back atmosphere. The wait time ended up being a bit longer than what the waiting list initially showed, but once we learned that the restaurant has been going a little viral on TikTok and Instagram, it made sense. Despite the crowd, the experience was still very enjoyable, and the food was well worth the wait. Overall, this was a fantastic meal, and I'll definitely be back. There's a lot more on the menu I'm eager to try next time.

The drinks are solid across the board, and I really appreciate that you can adjust the sweetness level, so it's easy to customize exactly how you like it. You can tell they use real tea and real ingredients, not just powders and cheap syrups like some other shops. The flavors taste clean and balanced, not artificial. They also have a good variety of toppings besides just boba, so if boba isn't your thing, you still have plenty of options. On top of drinks, they also serve food items, and I always get their bubble waffle with my boba--it's become part of the routine at this point. My family are regulars here, and for us, this is the boba shop that sets the standard in Rialto.

There is easy parking as it is in a plaza with other stores and restaurants. I ordered a regular sized Hokkaido Milk Tea with slight ice and egg pudding. I usually also order it less sweet, but forgot to this time. You can order at the self-serve kiosk or with a staff member. The drink came out quickly. As expected, it was too sweet, but that was my fault for not changing the sugar level. The flavor of the egg pudding was good but the texture was off. It was not as smooth and silky as others I have had. The flavor of the tea was solid. The price of the drink was surprising (~$8). Overall, giving Ding Tea Rialto a 4/5. Service is good and the tea is good. The space is small, but there are some tables to sit and hang out at. Would not be at the top of the list to return to, but would return in the future.
