Absolutely in love with this place. The staff were absolutely amazing, my food was absolutely flavorful, noodles made fresh and I was able to customize to my liking. I do not live in the area but this place is worth the trip! Thank you so much for providing a warm, friendly environment with calm aesthetic and amazing cleanlines. Loved the ramen decor! Ordered: Tonkotsu Ramen Black Garlic Oil +$ Corn +$ Chicken & +$ Shrimp Green Onions (comes with dish) Boiled Bean Sprouts +$ Chili oils, and spice paste separate and available for free.

I love ramen Jo ! Their food is so flavorful and always fresh . The restaurant is very clean although it is a smaller location so it tends to get busy since seating is limited . Customer service is always excellent . Definitely recommend it's the best ramen in San Bernardino.

An empty bowl; they all look like this for the after picture.

First, the food is excellent, fresh with fresh seasonings. The service is excellent. The prices are really fair. The ambiance reminds me of a Seattle ramen restaurant. What a treasure and a great discovery. Will definitely be back.

Ramen Jo's is a small and humble location with huge flavor that will keep you coming back for more! The menu is condensed with limited selections, yet you will find something that satisfies. There is a selection of different ramens with choice of protein or vegetarian. You can also select add ons to top your ramen. Drinks are from a cooler. However, they're very reasonably priced and refreshing. The ramen broth is buttery and delicious. The food is outstanding. Request the side chiles. Everything pops in its own way. One taste and you know everything is going to be ok. Because it is small with limited seating, be prepared to wait. Get there early or be patient. It's worth it.

Working in Riverside for years, I still didn't know authentic Japanese ramen was right around the corner in San Bernardino Ramen Jo serves legit, hot ramen you rarely find in this area -- from miso to shoyu to tonkotsu, with protein choices. The chashu classic wins every time, especially with a soft-boiled egg Rice bowls come in big, filling portions, and crispy gyoza, sausage, and wings sealed the deal. Still shocked this gem is hiding in the opposite direction of the LA drive IG: socalhkfoodies

Very good, very delicious ramen, very hearty portions, very good bang for your buck, and a very good place to visit! It can get a little crowded in here with people waiting for a table to open up and we can see why, but it's something to be mindful of when you visit especially during the dinner rush. It's a small and cozy place so seating can be limited but there's plenty of parking outside though. Really glad I passed by, and I'll look forward to coming back again. Totally enjoyed everything!

Full review @itsamandachamberlain Tried this ramen spot recently and it definitely delivered. The broth had a lot of depth and flavor without being too heavy, and the noodles had a great texture--clearly fresh and cooked right. I went with the tonkotsu and also tried some gyoza on the side. Everything came out hot and pretty quickly, even though it was a bit busy. The portions were solid and actually filling. The place itself is small and lowkey, but that's part of the charm. Service was friendly and made sure we were taken care of throughout. Overall, it's a really reliable spot if you're craving ramen. I'd come back and try more of the menu.

My fiancé was feeling sick and she was craving ramen so we looked this place up and decided to call in a phone order and the service was quick and easy. Our food was ready for pick up in less than 10 minutes! We showed up and everything was ready in a bag with nothing missing. The restaurant itself is small and cozy and perfect for late night snack or date night. The food was deliciously, we will definitely be returning.

An amazing ramen place in San Bernadino I couldn't tell from the outside! This place makes their own noodle from scratch and you can see it through the open (glass window) kitchen. The cook was very friendly and they're proud to show the noodle making process from the kitchen. I can feel the difference here from packed noodles elsewhere. The strand was very smooth and bouncy at the same time. It's similar to hand pulled noodles if I were to compare but smoother. Totally recommend for ramen before going up Big Bear!

i can confidently say Ramen Jo is one of the Inland Empire's underrated ramen spots the broth here is rich, flavorful, and super comforting without being overly salty. you can tell they actually care about the quality -- the noodles are made fresh in-house, and the texture is perfect: chewy, bouncy, and so satisfying. i ordered the ramen and a few appetizers, and everything hit: * chicken + sausage + rice cakes (so good together) * gyoza -- crispy on the outside, juicy inside * rice bowls that are surprisingly flavorful and great for sharing the portions are generous, the vibe is cozy, and the service is friendly. plus, prices are really fair for the quality you're getting. if you're in the IE and craving ramen, Ramen Jo is definitely a must-try. i'll be coming back for sure

I honestly don't remember what I ordered to pick up from there, but I gobbled it down because of how delicious it was. The broth was absolutely amazing and the gyoza was so perfectly tasty. I eat ramen from different places often, and this was the first time I ordered from here, and it has definitely made it to the top ramen places for me to go to. I will be coming back. Service was also very friendly.

This is the best place to get Ramen they make their own noodles in the house very bouncy and chewy noodles. The pork broth is the best.

Does anyone know if this place is closed for good or just temporarily?

Do they have SPICY Ramen? Also Takeout option?

They do offer takeout!! No spicy broths offered but a variety of spices, oils, and pastes for you to add your own spice! I love the spice paste at the tables!

Do they offer spinach or konjac noodles?

didnt see those choices on the menu i was looking for it myself after going to kaz ramen i thought they all offered that ..

    How's their vegan ramen?

Their vegan ramen is really good. I've tried Kaz, the place at the food lab and this and I think this one wins. Definitely worth the drive into the dino.

Do you guys have pick up option?

Yes. They pack it up so perfect, you wont have to worry about it spilling all over your car.

    Any chicken ramen?

Yes we do have chicken ramen

My girlfriend and I come here fairly often because it's a convenient place to eat after work, and we've generally enjoyed it. Unfortunately, our last three visits have been disappointing due to missing items we paid for and poor customer service. Today, my girlfriend, her little sister, and I ordered three ramen bowls. My girlfriend is vegetarian and cannot eat meat because it makes her sick. She ordered the vegan ramen with extra noodles and requested that the toppings be served on the side, as I usually eat them. The second bowl was a Shio ramen with grilled chicken, and my bowl came out correctly. While waiting for our food, I watched the cook remove the chicken from the Shio ramen and place it into a separate bowl while wearing gloves. When our order was called, my girlfriend's vegan ramen still had the toppings on it despite our request to have them on the side. We politely pointed this out to the employee at the pickup counter and asked if it could be corrected. The employee responded with noticeable attitude, which was frustrating considering we were simply asking for the order to be prepared as requested. The bowl was handed back to the cook, who then removed the toppings by hand while still wearing the same gloves that had been used to handle the chicken. This raised concerns for us about cross-contact, especially given that my girlfriend avoids meat and can become sick from it. Because of that, my girlfriend only took a couple of bites before deciding not to finish her meal. Shortly afterward, she began feeling unwell. While I cannot say for certain what caused it, the situation was concerning and left us disappointed. We have enjoyed eating here in the past, which makes this review difficult to write. However, after multiple visits involving missing items, incorrect orders, poor customer service, and now concerns about food handling, I felt it was important to share our experience.

There have been times the staff seems high and blown out of their minds. Other times they are too busy chatting up with coworkers to acknowledge or provide even the basic decency of customer service. Then, more often than not you are treated almost as a bother. Due to the service here, I have stopped dining in and opt for calling a phone order to take out. On three separate occasions now, within the last 3 months, they have neglected the phones for orders. They would rather disconnect or turn off the phone completely to avoid any future orders. This comes as a surprise when in about 10 minutes of my first attempted call, I see a staff of four people, yet only one customer. I believe there was no excuse as to why they could not answer the phone. I confirmed they accept take out orders essentially until closing. I have always been mindful to not attempt to order within 30 minutes of them closing. The service here is appalling and truly diminishes their potential for how great the spot could be considering the food they have. Food on the other hand is a total opposite of the service, very flavorful and strong punch of spice at a level 3. My go to is the Wonton ramen with a miso base. Crispy rice is a great starter to share. The garlic ramen is also a great contender if you have a garlic craving. Open layout feels like a mom and pop shop. Overall pretty clean establishment. Occasional tweaker going in for the bathroom closer to the end of the night.
