Ramen Jo's is a small and humble location with huge flavor that will keep you coming back for more! The menu is condensed with limited selections, yet you will find something that satisfies. There is a selection of different ramens with choice of protein or vegetarian. You can also select add ons to top your ramen. Drinks are from a cooler. However, they're very reasonably priced and refreshing. The ramen broth is buttery and delicious. The food is outstanding. Request the side chiles. Everything pops in its own way. One taste and you know everything is going to be ok. Because it is small with limited seating, be prepared to wait. Get there early or be patient. It's worth it.

Working in Riverside for years, I still didn't know authentic Japanese ramen was right around the corner in San Bernardino Ramen Jo serves legit, hot ramen you rarely find in this area -- from miso to shoyu to tonkotsu, with protein choices. The chashu classic wins every time, especially with a soft-boiled egg Rice bowls come in big, filling portions, and crispy gyoza, sausage, and wings sealed the deal. Still shocked this gem is hiding in the opposite direction of the LA drive IG: socalhkfoodies

Very good, very delicious ramen, very hearty portions, very good bang for your buck, and a very good place to visit! It can get a little crowded in here with people waiting for a table to open up and we can see why, but it's something to be mindful of when you visit especially during the dinner rush. It's a small and cozy place so seating can be limited but there's plenty of parking outside though. Really glad I passed by, and I'll look forward to coming back again. Totally enjoyed everything!

My fiancé was feeling sick and she was craving ramen so we looked this place up and decided to call in a phone order and the service was quick and easy. Our food was ready for pick up in less than 10 minutes! We showed up and everything was ready in a bag with nothing missing. The restaurant itself is small and cozy and perfect for late night snack or date night. The food was deliciously, we will definitely be returning.

An amazing ramen place in San Bernadino I couldn't tell from the outside! This place makes their own noodle from scratch and you can see it through the open (glass window) kitchen. The cook was very friendly and they're proud to show the noodle making process from the kitchen. I can feel the difference here from packed noodles elsewhere. The strand was very smooth and bouncy at the same time. It's similar to hand pulled noodles if I were to compare but smoother. Totally recommend for ramen before going up Big Bear!

i can confidently say Ramen Jo is one of the Inland Empire's underrated ramen spots the broth here is rich, flavorful, and super comforting without being overly salty. you can tell they actually care about the quality -- the noodles are made fresh in-house, and the texture is perfect: chewy, bouncy, and so satisfying. i ordered the ramen and a few appetizers, and everything hit: * chicken + sausage + rice cakes (so good together) * gyoza -- crispy on the outside, juicy inside * rice bowls that are surprisingly flavorful and great for sharing the portions are generous, the vibe is cozy, and the service is friendly. plus, prices are really fair for the quality you're getting. if you're in the IE and craving ramen, Ramen Jo is definitely a must-try. i'll be coming back for sure

This is the best place to get Ramen they make their own noodles in the house very bouncy and chewy noodles. The pork broth is the best.

This was the gyoza and edamame

Small unassuming location but HUGE flavors here !! Tonkatsu Ramen w/pork add egg add corn was creamy and delicious , very flavorful. Noodles fresh out of the pot !! Garlic edamame delicious !! Gyozo was so fresh and delicious. Lastly was the wings... talk about crispy !! And the orange sauce was sticky and so damn good not too sweet and not your typical orange "sauce" I would say this was between a sauce and a glaze just get them ! Service was good the man was cooking taking orders and still asking if everything was good. Try it out but make sure you get there early they are getting lots of attention from IG and they have earned it !!!

I honestly don't remember what I ordered to pick up from there, but I gobbled it down because of how delicious it was. The broth was absolutely amazing and the gyoza was so perfectly tasty. I eat ramen from different places often, and this was the first time I ordered from here, and it has definitely made it to the top ramen places for me to go to. I will be coming back. Service was also very friendly.

The noodles , the noodles , the noodles . It was spaghetti noodles , broth was good , will be going back to see if these are the noodles they use all the time but I got the shoyu ramen , the spices were good but the noodles made it like a sopa de Fideo . Everyone was super nice , and price was reasonable ! So willing to give it another chance

    Shoyu ramen with chashu pork

Went first thing in the morning right when they opened. Got the shoyu with pork and everything about it was great! The broth was savory and hit the spot. The noodles however did not fit my palate, which is the reason for my rating. Too springy for my taste, personally I prefer a bit firmer noodles. But the thing about ramen, texture and taste is different for everyone. For San Bernardino this is a good place to get some ramen.

Ramen Jo is a 5 star gem! Looks can be deceiving because of the location but when you take the first bite you will want more! Also, most places don't know how to make a good vegetarian broth. But this was flavorful! Very very good!

Does anyone know if this place is closed for good or just temporarily?

Do they have SPICY Ramen? Also Takeout option?

They do offer takeout!! No spicy broths offered but a variety of spices, oils, and pastes for you to add your own spice! I love the spice paste at the tables!

Do they offer spinach or konjac noodles?

didnt see those choices on the menu i was looking for it myself after going to kaz ramen i thought they all offered that ..

    How's their vegan ramen?

Their vegan ramen is really good. I've tried Kaz, the place at the food lab and this and I think this one wins. Definitely worth the drive into the dino.

Do you guys have pick up option?

Yes. They pack it up so perfect, you wont have to worry about it spilling all over your car.

    Any chicken ramen?

Yes we do have chicken ramen

We were looking for a new place to try, so I ended up finding Osaka House through reviews and it did not disappoint! The only thing that disappointed was that the restaurant had no affiliation to Osaka, Japan. We loved visiting Osaka and were looking forward to practice our broken Japanese lol. We ordered a Dragon Roll for the table, I ordered the Volcano Ramen because I love spicy, the hubby ordered the Eel Avocado Hand Roll and Beef Ramen, my MIL ordered the Miso Ramen. We also ordered a bottle of the plum wine which was delicious! My hubby still raves about that hand roll and we all really enjoyed our ramen choices on that rainy day. All in all, we would totally recommend Osaka House! The food has very good flavor, is reasonably priced and the ambiance was really nice. The aesthetic is on point, it doesn't feel like downtown SB at all! We will definitely be going back!!

Extremely disappointing experience with KAZ Ramen and the way they handled a basic customer service…read moreissue. I originally ordered through Uber Eats, and the order was canceled within about 60 seconds. Despite that, I was still charged around $60. When Uber refused to issue a refund, I called KAZ Ramen directly. The restaurant told me they would remake the food if I could pick it up, since Uber Eats was apparently no longer delivering the order. At the time, I was not able to pick it up, so I placed a second order later that night and paid again. That second order arrived, but one of the items I paid for -- the cake -- was missing. The next day, when I was finally able to go to the restaurant, I went in expecting them to honor what they had promised the night before: remaking the original canceled order if I picked it up. Instead, they refused. They also refused to provide the missing cake from the second order because they claimed they had "no proof," even though it was part of the order I paid for and never received. So in the end, I was charged for a canceled order, paid again for a second order, did not receive everything I paid for, and then was denied the remedy the restaurant itself had offered me over the phone. Mistakes happen. Delivery app issues happen. Missing items happen. But what matters is how a business responds when a customer has already been inconvenienced and charged unfairly. KAZ Ramen had an opportunity to do the right thing and chose not to. I would not recommend ordering from here, especially through delivery apps, because if something goes wrong, you may be left paying for food you never received with no meaningful accountability from either the app or the restaurant.

All the surrounding tables I guess is only for Ramen and non grilling food items as they dont have a grill in them. It was hectic and chaotic in here. Real props to them for still providing excellent customer service with each of their tables. Their food comes out fast, and they all tasted amazing. And their drinks too look visually stunning and tasted great. We ordered the following foods and drink: 1. Gyu set- comes with several meats that you cook on the fire. High quality. Great taste. Extremely tender and flavorful. 2. Short ribs- they were so good we had to get another order of them. 3. Sushi taco- 3 different types of seafood. Tasted really good, ended.up getting 2 orders of them. 4. Spicy tuna crispy wanton- lots of spicy tuna. Love the flavors. The crunch of the taco was really good. 5. Chicken karaage- crispy and tender. The sauce it came with was so good. 6. Tempura shrimp- 3 peices only. It was ok. A great appetizer to start with. 7. Spicy pork bao- bao bun was amazing. Pork was soft and tender. Good ratio of meat to bao. 8. Smoked brisket bao- not as good as the spicy pork. But was still really good. 9. Hand roll was also really good. Drinks: 1. White peach sake sangria- this drink was so light and refreshing. Definitely hit me by the time I finished it though. 2. Yuzu pineapple express- our favorite drink by far. Very pineapple forward. Sweet, tart and refreshing. 3. Tokyo tea- the midori made it look so pretty. The taste itself was very good as well. 4. Rising sun- Japanese whiskey. It was very whiskey forward, but it was also very smooth. I love how they had a little bit of everything here. Pork, chicken, raw fish, sushi, bbq, bao buns, Ramen, a whole bunch of different appetizers. Everything that we tried was really good, and put a smile of happiness on our face as we took a bite and tried them. There's a little bit of everything for everyone here. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and drinks. It was not cheap. Every little thing added up. But we did order a lot of food and drinks. But everything was really good.
