I'm here now. This place is legit. I had the fried chicken appetizer, that came with a lemon and a garlic paste as a dip. It came out quickly, HOT, and super crunchy. Squeeze of lemon gives it a pop of flavor and brings down the heat. I also had the ramen, not the tonkatsu or the miso, I forgot the name. But it's one of the 3 most popular ramen. Clear broth. It was fantastic! The broth was delicious, the noodles were soft and tasty, I hadn't tasted noodles like that before. I ordered pork as my protein and honestly, that elevated the already delicious dish. The pork was charred, either by intention or accident but it transformed the ramen. Most other ramen shops have boiled pork, this had a great char that changed the flavor of the pork and ramen. The price is reasonable and I would come back here. The service was excellent as well. Everyone was very attentive, and gave you space as well. They gave suggestions and brought out the spice tray to add as much as you'd like. The Serrano chili salsa in there was delicious. The ambience reminds me of Japan. Wooden chairs and table, very reminiscent of some of the ramen shops in Japan. The place looked clean, even if the exterior looked a tad bit questionable. It can get a little crowded in here with people waiting for a table to open up and we can see why, but it's something to be mindful of when you visit especially during the dinner rush. An amazing ramen place in San Bernadino I couldn't tell from the outside! This place makes their own noodle from scratch and you can see it through the open (glass window) kitchen. The cook was very friendly and they're proud to show the noodle making process from the kitchen. I can feel the difference here from packed noodles elsewhere. Small unassuming location but HUGE flavors here !! Tonkatsu Ramen w/pork add egg add corn was creamy and delicious , very flavorful. Noodles fresh out of the pot !! Garlic edamame delicious !! Gyozo was so fresh and delicious. Lastly was the wings... talk about crispy !! And the orange sauce was sticky and so damn good not too sweet and not your typical orange "sauce" I would say this was between a sauce and a glaze just get them ! If I can give this place another star I would. I love how to set up is on the inside, it's nice and personal. They have this awesome Ramen machine that makes fresh Ramen from scratch and they marinate their sauce for the Ramen so it taste a certain way. You can taste the seasoning in all of the foods and it is very delicious. The Chinese sausage along with the rice cakes where have you wanting more and they put a sweet sauce over it which takes it to another level. The pork Ramen super delicious.
