We attempted to use them last month and were told it's only 2 max per table even though it says "one per guest" on the back. Fine, we saved the other 2 for next time. The next time was tonight. We were told tonight only 1 max per check, it's "our new policy". I asked her if the back of the card said one per visit and she said "no, it says one per guest, but the cards are our old ones". We literally just used 2 last month. She stated the GM said she would not let us use both cards. In my opinion, management should honor the cards we have as what they state on the back. Regardless of them being "old" cards they still need to be honored as per the restrictions on the back. I'm extremely sad because we enjoy this place, but the decent thing to do is honor our cards that are legitimate cards. If you are refusing to honor them, at least put a sign up that states you are no longer honoring them as per the terms in the back of the cards. Will have to find a new spot. Any general manager could have easily honored both cards to keep loyal customers. Not a good business practice.

For the same food at Red Robin, this comes out to approximately $45, for better food and larger quantities. My burger literally fit into the palm of my hand. The chicken sandwich was dry. The rest was OK, but not great. Overall - Red Robin, Famous Dave's and Applebee's easily win over Shake Shack. THE BOTTOM LINE: We would have happily paid $60 for the food. The problem being that, if you're going to charge premium costs, you had better "bring it" with the food. Mind you: right next door is Sosogu Ramen & Japanese BBQ, Amoi Mok Mok, J Riley and the Redlands Public Market - all of whom have better food for lower prices. With average ratings of 3.5 across the board in all locations, I just don't see Shake Shack keeping up with the competition - but this is merely a personal observation. Sorry - just being honest.
