Before you get up in arms about the food situation, just know that all the restaurants in the food court share the same kitchen. All the food is sold at different storefronts. At Get it Grill, they sell a yard long hotdog for $25 (so fun!). The one we ordered was topped with bacon, bell peppers,etc. The hotdog itself is not all beef, but a mixture of mystery meat which kept it from tasting too beefy and gross. Twas very good and I recommend sharing it. Onion rings were good and so was the Philly cheese ($18). read more

Another day at Yaamava Casino. For this trip we decided to take the free bus that Yaamava Casino provides at no cost to the customer. This time for lunch, we decided to try the $25.00 Mega Hot Dog from the "Get it Grill" in the 909 Food Hall on the second floor. To us it was just ok. I don't think I would try it again. It wasn't the best hot dog I have ever had. As far as the price, it's a pretty good deal because it is large enough to feed a family. I'm pretty picky about hot dogs so give it a try. You might have a better experience. Also, try the free bus the casino provides. The buses are very nice and it's so relaxing. The process of getting to the buses is pretty easy. I recently visited Get it Grill inside Yaamava Casino and was very disappointed by the customer service. While waiting for my order a little after 2:00 PM, I overheard one of the employees who was taking orders at the computer using very inappropriate language. She was loudly saying things like, "Why the f*** are they still ordering?" and "What the f***?" in front of customers. Not only was it unprofessional, but it made the dining experience uncomfortable. Several other customers appeared to hear her as well. As a paying customer, I expect employees to remain respectful and professional, regardless of how busy or frustrating their shift may be. The food may be good, but customer service and attitude matter just as much. Experiences like this make me think twice about ordering from there again. Management should do a better job training employees on professionalism and customer interaction, especially in a public setting where guests can clearly hear everything being said. read more

On the second floor in the 909 Bar / sports and food court area . Tried the Mega LA Dog , OMG! It sure is Mega size !! Can feed 3-4 people . My husband and I personally did not like the Mega Dog , it was way too salty for me, and my husband stated it had an off taste to it not a great taste hot dog. ( to compare with Costco dogs, we personally like the way Costco hotdogs taste better. ) We did like the American Classic burger , this will be our 3rd time having this burger. The new sports bar area at Yaamava is called The 909 and it's got a few places to order food. Get it Grill is one of the options and the food and portion is not bad. You order on kiosks and you'll receive a text when the food is ready and the area is self seating. As far as the food goes I liked it and thought it's reasonably priced. Plus you get a discount if you use your players card. The Chicken Sandwich and chicken wings were good! We look forward to trying out the other spots in The 909! read more

I understand the casino is busy and the days are long but the young woman who is behind the counter on Thursday night at 10:45 PM and has absolutely no training or temperament for customer service. The pitcher for the hot tea had a dangerously broken handle that could have fallen off. I asked for Tabasco and got a little syrup container filled with Tabasco so that o needed to borrow someone's spoon to put it lightly on the potatoes because it was weird that it was to be poured on. The food doesn't look like the pictures if the food in the elevator doors. Disappointingly mid.

We have had the pleasure of being seated in Jenny's section several times now, and she is simply the best. Buffet service can often feel rushed or impersonal, but Jenny is the exact opposite. She incredibly warm, friendly, and kept our table completely clear of empty plates without us ever having to ask. Our drinks were always topped off, and her upbeat energy really elevated our night. Jenny provides true 5-star service!

Ordered a chicken teriyaki for the kiddo, and I swear, the chicken tasted like it was cooked yesterday, and reheated today. Miso soup was luke warm. Tell me this, how is it they can't even get the rice right? Literally one of the most important components of anything sushi? Ngl I think they're using regular rice and the water:rice ratio is off (too much water); and on top of that I don't think they even put vinegar or seasoning to create the sushi rice. Anyway sushi rolls come to the table and the waitress walks away. Then she candidly realizes, omg they might need plates and sauce trays (!). We were lucky enough to get them finally and by a miracle of god, could now begin eating. The rolls were mediocre at best, and only seemed decent when drowned in sauces, to mask the textures we're used to experiencing in sushi. The crunch roll (one step above the most basic roll) tasted like the panko was old (either that or the oil used was terribly old). The eel was decent, and I think the scallops are making my stomach hurt rn. This place has come a long way, and not in a good way. You can tell it's about to shut its doors any day soon. Whoever Mr lee is could give a rats ass about this establishment. Atleast under Mr yu it was running well, inviting and decent enough to be called a restaurant. Clearly the result of greedy/stinginess. Can't tell which is more dominant here but I can tell you this much, I'll never come back.
