When booking, I disclosed that I would be using a gift certificate purchased and paid in full in 2015 and was explicitly told that their policy is that gift certificates never expire. Upon arrival, staff claimed the certificate was "too old," blamed system changes, questioned me about my daughter who gifted it, and delayed my scheduled service. After the service, the gift certificate was refused, referred to as a "coupon," and discussed loudly in front of other customers. Instead, we were offered only a 20% discount as a substitute, forcing us to pay again for a service that had already been paid for. I was a long-time customer but will not return due to the lack of professionalism and failure to honor their stated policy.

From start to finish, the entire experience was truly wonderful. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff. Misa introduced herself and showed me all the colors I could choose from for my pedi. The seating area is not a regular seat like at a nail salon. It felt like a queen's throne! It was wide, cushy, and had enough space to put my purse, phone and items. What really stood out to me was Misa's attention to detail and genuine care for my well-being. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience and even provided tips and recommendations. I recently moved to the area so it was helpful to learn about her experience as a mom of a middle schooler and activities through the parks and rec programs. Overall, I had a fantastic time at this spa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I think a shirking attitude and greed has taken over this establishment. $110 plus a 20 or 25% tip for a 45 minute appointment with too much down time? Time to find a more positive place.

We both enjoyed our massages very much! It included a hot stone massage which was lovely. The only thing that surprised me is they don't include footwork in the massage so if you want your feet done, that is extra. My masseur really focused on my tight neck and shoulder area and I really appreciated that. The price was reasonable; they charge $5 extra if you don't pay with cash. Definitely would come back.
