After reading a ton of reviews about local tire shops in the area, I found that this is the only shop that had all positive reviews. I called around and priced tires for my harley, Danny beat out everyones prices. Not only that, I was in and out of there in no time at all. As I sat there waiting for my bike to be finished up, There was 2 or 3 other customers that just stopped by to say thanks again. Listen up riders of any toys! Regardless of where you live (I live 23 miles from this place and worth every mile), or what toy you have (I have a maxi-scooter), you can stop looking and head to this little gem of a shop for ANY tire need. I wasted two days calling and checking every place in town for a place that I could afford to fix my back tire on my maxi-scooter. Every other place wanted $$ just to diagnose, and most of them tried to convince me (over the phone) that I needed a new tire (it has only 1500 miles on it). Danny, the owner here at Mototire, checked out both of my tires and gave me the full low down. I opted for the $10 plug option and I was soon out the door and lovin' the ride home. The only bad part...I didn't have more cash on me to slip him for the bang up job he did, and the peace of mind I felt afterward. I am now a customer for life. You will be too. I called Danny at around 10am on a Wednesday asking whether or not he had a tire in stock. Not only did he have it in stock, but he'd be able to get it on the bike later that afternoon. Awesome. He told me it would take about 40 minutes, which based on my experiences with other shops, I thought it was going to end up being more like 1-2 hours. I showed up during my lunch hour, right at 12. He was there waiting for me and waved me right into the bay. I parked and left my bike with him, asked for a lunch recommendation, and he told me to come back in 30 minutes. Awesome. I showed up 30 minutes later and the bike was parked out front and ready to roll. Also, the restaurant he told me to go to was really good. Not only did he have the tire I wanted, but the prices for the tires and service are more than fair. Danny is very friendly and will exceed your expectations. These guys are phenomal! Only 1 would have the luck to drive from Chandler (30 miles) for an early 9 AM front tire change and get there at 9:05 AM to find out their system is down and that they cannot change my tire because they could not consult pricing. Well Danny worked something out and I drove out of there with a big smile on my face. Danny keeps things real and really turned me into a customer for life. Called just after they opened to have a new set of tires put on and was told to head on over there was no wait. Sure enough, after finding the shop (it's a bit hidden but Yelp/Google have the right location on the map) I am the first one there and before I can ask where to find coffee to clear the AM fog, my bike is already lifted and the rear axle is on it's way out! Pleasant gentlemen to deal with but the prices seem high. $100 for less than an hours work. And I didn't even get them balanced. Been buying tires from Danny for years. My last purchase was very unpleasant. The guy Danny had doing the job was challenged by the rear speaker disconnect (took a long time), was rude, ill tempered and nasty, like - he was mad at me for having rear speakers. Price with installation fee seemed higher than usual, service itself was OK but this jerk he hired was so nasty, I don't plan on going back. A biker friend, by coincident, told me about a similar experience he had with this jerk before I said anything about my experience. He doesn't plan to go back either. Danny and Eric are great!!! These guys are fantastic working as a team. I had both front and back tires replaced on my 2005 Harley Davidson Heritage Classic Softail. I got right in. I was in and out in just over an hour, they were finishing two bikes in front of mine or I would have been out sooner. Try getting two tires installed at the dealer in an hour. They are very professional and make the customer feel right at home. Danny gave me a great deal on my Dunlop tires and there was a manufacture rebate to boot. I would give them 10 stars if it allowed! Best shop in town and I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. I bought a set of pilot pro's for my Honda cbr600rr a couple months ago. The staff there is very friendly and informative as soon as I arrived. My bike was immediately taken in the shop and worked on. I don't think I was there for 20 minutes. Compare that to other places I have been where I waited for 3 hours or more! With sh#$%ty service to boot. At moto tire you feel like you are important. A couple months later a found a bubble forming in one of the treds. Like the rubber was too thin or something in that area. I called Danny back and told him what happened. I brought my bike back down there the same day I called and was greeted with the same friendliness as my prior visit. They inspected the tire and said it was a manufacturing flaw. I was only charged for the labor and he replaced it on the spot. Once again I don't think that I was there for more than 20minutes. Don't waist your money on other place! Moto tire has a great staff and you absolutely will not be disappointed!!! read more

I have a slightly different story of praise for these gentlemen. I am a rider from out of state. Michigan far enough? My wife and I have come to Arizona every year for the last ten years for the Winter. I had a new Avon tire installed just before we left Michigan and towed the bike here in my trailer as we do every year. With less than 2,000 miles on the tire I got a nail in it. Knowing Avon has a road hazard guarantee I called Danny at Mototire. Right away he said he would help me out. He ordered a replacement tire and mounted and balanced it. Which naturally I had to pay for, I expected nothing less. Danny submitted my tire and followed it up for me and got me a warranty refund. I did not buy the original tire from them and had never been there before. As everyone else has said, you are always greeted with a smile and given an experience from them that you know full well that they truly appreciate you being there.
