After working on our atv quad taking several trips each time getting paid, paid what he asked, even though he stretched the time, he still couldn't start it up, so he took the carburetors off, to go through them, and return saying that should finally get it started. He suddenly just leaves the carbs on our doorstep, no explanation, no response, no phone answering. He took us for $470, but couldn't get the Atv started. First off when Mark did show up he was late not to mention he brought different friends with him ,whom like Mark stood around and talked about everything but the job at hand.you could tell he just isnt in to it, yet wants to charge you for doing nothing at all but shoot the poop. I called mom mobile mechanics about my 2006 Honda Accord because it was not starting. There was not a check engine light on nor any previous issues with the car. When I went to start the car it sounded fairly normal but it just wouldn't turn over completely. My father and I performed the basic engine fixes for this issue. We got a new battery and then determined wether the fuel injectors were working properly and they were. This lead to the call to the mobile mechanics because we didn't know what it could be after those fix's. They told me that it was most likely a sensor and I felt that could be logical. They arrived and said they would check my spark plugs first and told me go grab some baking soda for some corrosion, I said I would deal with it later but they insisted I do that. When I came back they said they had bad news and that my car was ruined. They tried to start the engine and it made a horrible knocking sound. The sound is new and no warning lights of any kind which is unusual. They also never checked any spark plugs or cared about the baking soda. I'm unsure what to do or how to get my money back. No answer on my phone and never left any receipt. read more

I am yet another dissatisfied customer I paid these clowns 600$ to shim my valves and all they did was break my cam cap cover and strip the bolts that hold it on. And to make matters worse they didn't even shim the valves. read more

Diag ability was spot on. All repairs done professionally and considering the work environment, was done in a decent time frame. Furthermore I would like to make another comment, if people are going to give a bad review tagged with accusations, I personally would like to see documentation backing up the accusations. Just had work done yesterday morning. I had dead clutch pedal so I figured it was Master and slave cylinder. I bought both parts including a whole timing kit. He called me while I was at work and told me it WAS NOT the master cylinder but it was the slave cylinder. He said he would install it but in his opinion; it did not need to be replaced and it would save me over 100.00 in labor cost. Saaay what! I have never came across such an honest mechanic. He also told he my timing was off drastically when he went to change all the components. My HP felt like it doubled! I will never look for another general mechanic long as I live in the valley. Used these guys to "repair" 2 motor mounts... from the moment they got to the house Mark said he didn't think the mounts were broken and didn't need to be replaced. I insisted they were broken and needed to be replaced so he did it anyways. Go figure the mounts were both broken. Test drove the car for less than a minute afterwards since it was late at night by the time they were done. The next day on the very first drive the engine overheated and we pulled over to find out we had fluid leaking everywhere. We tried calling and texting the owners to have them come look at the car and fix their wrong doings of which they stated wasn't their issue. Had the car towed to the dealership and learned Mark's job cracked our radiator, and the hose, as well as disconnecting a couple other things when he jacked up the engine to reach the mounts. So our relatively inexpensive job from Mark went to extremely expensive to have it fixed. We had the car looked at right before having Mark do the work to confirm what needed to be fixed. The dealership at that time said the car was in great shape and only the mounts needed to be replaced. These guys are very unprofessional and were texting me very unprofessional, unkind things afterwards I still have the text as proof. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! Very professional and quick response time. They are reasonably priced while having them work in your own driveway, which for me is a bonus!! I didn't have to tow it anywhere else and cost me more money. Worth trying. I definitely recommend and will use them again. read more

The absolute worst experience I've ever had.. It's worth EVERY penny to use someone else who is a reliable and trustworthy mechanic.. Not only did he make matters worse by causing more damage to car, but afterwards when reaching out to advise of the damages he caused and see if he would resolve the problem and asking him to take ownership of the damags he caused, I instead was given a complete run around and was given one excuse after the next blaming everything but himself and his faulty workmanship and basically told its " my fault" and granted I just had my car in the dealership for exception around 1 week prior and was told everything is fine minus the engine mounts that needed replacement... Hence the reason I even reached out to him in first place and thinking I would "save money " compared to the dealership costs.. And to make matters worse after all the damages occurred being put down by his so called "customer service" aka wife , with one nasty text message after the next. So what ended up happening in the long run is he came out and caused more damage to my car. So upfront the company comes across sincere and ones who want to help at a affordable price, but heaven forbid you end up with a problem after they "so called fixed it".. Good luck to you if you choose to use them truly as they will just turn it around and blame you instead for their damages cause along the way...Honestly it ended up costing me about three times the amount in the long run having to go elsewhere to a reliable mechanic to fix all the damages caused to my vehicle opposed to their " repairs".. so be ready for more money in repairs to fix everything he breaks along the way rat:her than the problem at hand if you decide to use them..
