Went to buy my SxS here after going somewhere else first because my brother was buying his the same day at a different dealership and the customer service there was horrible, we got to concord Polaris and were helped by Jeff who was great, everyone there was friendly and they even loaded the machine up for us unlike where my brother go his, they gave him the keys and walked away, here they didn't leave our side till we were loaded and ready to go, not only do they have the best prices but their customer service is top notch!

I wouldn't spend another dime with this place. They like to give you a song and dance until they have your money and then your yesterday's trash. The wiring on the trailer that they installed for the trailer brakes was shotty and dangerous! While hooking up the trailer for our second trip out the wires caught fire and the break away battery exploded. Instead of terminating the wires on the wire terminals the factory box provides, they used household wire nuts. They also did not seal the housing and a lite rain was able to penetrate to those crappy connections and short the system out. You might save a couple bucks going with these guys, but is it worth the safety of you or others on the road?

I came in and talked to Richard and he is knowledgeable/ honest about the bikes. He isn't pushing you to buy a bike, he just wants to give you all the details to make you feel comfortable in your purchase. Most of these bikes are bought at auctions and then brought to this shop to go through their inspection and then resold. The first bike I bought was a 2006 Honda CBR1000 w/ aftermarket OEM fairings. Had the bike for just little over 60 days when the lower fairing flew off when riding down the freeway. Went back to J&M and said that I don't feel safe on this bike if parts can fly off the bike while riding without any warnings. The shop mechanic Daniel said he is willing to take the bike in on a trade and since they treated me fair I accepted and got a 07 Suzuki GSXR 600. This bike was mechanically and cosmetically sound. I was beyond excited to have the bike and put almost 1000 miles on the bike before another safety incident happened. My clutch cover engine case cracked and the clutch was completely inoperable. By the grace of God, I was only pushing the bike in neutral out of my garage when I heard the crack. I reached back out to the shop mechanic Daniel and he said he'd take a look at it. There was a bolt that wasn't properly loctite glued in place and that's what caused my clutch to give out and case to break. He had a spare cover and bolt in stock and once again came through to help me. After test riding the back and making sure everything was safely operable he gave the bike back to me. He did let me know that this wasn't caught by him nor his team because it isn't apart of their safety inspection. I'll admit when it happened I was highly upset that I had a second safety issue with a bike I bought from them. But Daniel and his team at J&M were empathetic and still made sure that I was taken care of. Overall, I still can firmly recommend J&M Motorsports to anyone. What happened to me with the bikes I got from J&M could have happened to anyone who got their bike elsewhere. Just look at Harley Davidson. They just had a recall on the 2017 bikes they made because the oil line came apart causing people to crash. So the fact that I got a preowned bike from J&M and they still took care of me even after I purchased the bike is what I call excellent customer service.

In my opinion he went above and beyond to make my purchase easy and he's still there to answer any questions that I may have. Yes that's correct. Still there after the purchase, that's very important to me Mike the owner is a great guy as well. He actually delivered my bike to Manteca at no charge. These are the personal touches that make a difference. I had a small issue with the service department and I think it was more of a misunderstanding than anything else. Mike is working with me now and I believe we will get this figured out. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a high-quality machine at a reasonable price thank you Cal Moto for all your help and also for being there with any future problems that may occur Tony ( from Manteca)

Jeff is always a pleasure to deal with in person or over the phone. It is usually pretty easy to get in for service, even on short notice. I have never had any issues with my bike after service is completed. It is a bit pricey, but I think that is pretty much anywhere you go these days. However, you get what you pay for here. The sales floor doesn't have the biggest selection of street bikes. They typically have a few BMW GS & RT models on the floor, but you will most likely need to order the bike you want. They do have a large selection of KTM dirt bikes on the sales floor if you're looking to get dirty. They also offer a fairly large selection of riding gear for both street and dirt. When having service performed, there is a waiting room on the sales floor. In there, you will find seating, magazines and coffee by Keurig. They have also some cool historical photos of different riders over the year. If you're looking for a quality BMW service provider, CalMoto is great.
