The service in person was good, then I contacted them on the phone for some short screws they gave me for some mirror clamps, they asked if it was okay to wait 2 to 3 weeks for them to arrive and I said that was fine, I called back within the 2 weeks to get an update and was told they were going to check real quick in the back to see if they got them then they were going to give me a call back to confirm and haven't received a call since then. read more

So I visited the shop a couple of months ago and being new to the SXS world, they explained a lot. Then I reached out to Kevin to ask a question and before you know it, he was giving me advice, prices and answering all of my questions. I quickly scheduled a time to come in and drop off my SXS. Then trouble happened on my end, I rolled the SXS and it needed to be repaired. I reached out to Kevin and he assured me they would take care of it after I dealt with my insurance and they did. I just got back from dropping my SXS off and Jeff, who handles insurance was awesome. Easy to talk to and went over everything. Went to buy my SxS here after going somewhere else first because my brother was buying his the same day at a different dealership and the customer service there was horrible, we got to concord Polaris and were helped by Jeff who was great, everyone there was friendly and they even loaded the machine up for us unlike where my brother go his, they gave him the keys and walked away, here they didn't leave our side till we were loaded and ready to go, not only do they have the best prices but their customer service is top notch! read more

I wouldn't spend another dime with this place. They like to give you a song and dance until they have your money and then your yesterday's trash. The wiring on the trailer that they installed for the trailer brakes was shotty and dangerous! While hooking up the trailer for our second trip out the wires caught fire and the break away battery exploded. Instead of terminating the wires on the wire terminals the factory box provides, they used household wire nuts. They also did not seal the housing and a lite rain was able to penetrate to those crappy connections and short the system out. You might save a couple bucks going with these guys, but is it worth the safety of you or others on the road? read more

This place is a total joke if you need work done on your vehicle. They had our Can AM for 5 months for repairs, all covered by insurance. When we finally got it back, the frame hadn't been replaced, which was one of the major repairs. The gusset kit wasn't put on, and they broke one of the fenders. Jeff, the service manager, lied to my husband multiple times about work that was being done. When pics were requested, none were sent. We finally got the vehicle back and realized that most of the work that was paid for wasn't done. It went back to them for another month to have the repairs done. They kept postponing the pick-up date, and again, no pics or info sent when requested and promised. They finally dropped it off to us, after a trip we had planned to Pismo, and they knew we needed it back by then, causing us to cancel the trip at the last minute. If you want reliable work and no bs go anywhere but. Especially if you don't want Jeff making false promises and lying through his teeth. Would have been zero stars if I could have. read more

I purchased a Polaris ATV from this location in 2004. Since the time of purchase I provided proper maintenance, with the unit running well during that period. I finally had some problems with the unit not starting. It may be something as simple as a spark plug, clogged fuel line or bad fuel pump. I however, am not a mechanic. I just took my ATV to this company for repairs. I was told that they do not do repairs on units older than 10 years. They did not even look at it to see what the problem might be. Good spot nice people good prices but the 1 star review is for how Jeff for bad business ettiquite. I had a discrepancy on the wheel style I requested Jeff said he would take care of it no problem then disappeared. I would recommend working with Jason he was way more attentive and specific with sending pictures before and following up after purchases. Jeff seems like he just wants to make the sale then will disappear. I never got my problem fixed or heard back from Jeff after he said he would "take care of it no problem" multiple calls and texts unanswered. This could have been easily resolved with just a text or call back whether something could have been done or not. read more

I bought a new Polaris razor XPT. Drove about 1.5 hours from hollister. Found concord Polaris on Craigslist. Their pricing was much lower than my local dealer in hollister. My wife and I drove up before purchasing to check out the dealership. The staff is mainly family and friends. No hassle pricing and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They sell a high volume to keep the pricing low. They sent me a detailed quote online beforehand with a link to apply for financing. Picking up was a breeze. All the paperwork was ready. Just a quick signing and once over on the machine and I was on my way. They have a large selection of aftermarket goodies for Polaris and can am as well. Just purchased a new Polaris RZR XP 4 Turbo and couldn't be happier w the entire buying experience. I saw their listings on Craigslist, hit 'reply', and within minutes received a VERY good 'out the door' price (which ended up being $1000.00 (yes, thousand) dollars less than the BEST anyone else could do). They are not the closest dealership to me as I live near Fresno, but I could tell from the start that they were extremely competitive and would be honest throughout the transaction.
