They waited until after all cyber Monday deals and black Friday deals were over to tell.me they were out of stock on the two items. They only offered to sell me another two for $476 more. They didn't care att all about the predicament I was in and now I've got nothing, sales are over, and less shipping time. I found a go cart I wanted to purchase on Gokarts USA website for my granddaughter. I chose my go kart, paid with my Bread Financial Account and placed order. I recieved an email confirming my purchase from Gokarts USA and a text from my Financial institution (Bread Financial) confirming the payment. I was sent an order number of G20248074 by Gokarts USA. I wanted to get an estimated date of arrival due to the go kart being a gift so I confirmed my order by going back to the website, puttingin my order number. No order number was found. I tried several times to contact the company to finally speak to a extremely rude lady that could not tell me why my order was canceled and that if I wanted to wait 30-40 more minutes then I could speak with a manager. I chose not to wait that long and have a supervisor call me back. I then again attempted to use the websites chat option. I messaged back and forth with a person that finally asked if I assumed I was actually paying $299.80 for a go kart. I replied I never assume anything since the website during checkout gave me an order summary with a discounted price clearly shown. I will attach all documentation if requested later showing everything. I believe that the company canceled my order because of the price. At the end of the chat texting I was advised that Gocarts USA advised their security department of me. was looking to make a Go Cart purchase, and started a live chat to see what the shipping time would be to southern california for a item that they showed available in stock. they gave me a time frame for the new upgraded model, that isnt available yet. I asked again about the product that shows in stock, and again, they tried telling me the new updated model info. I asked one more time, and then they said it was not in stock. They have a section directly dedicated for items in stock, called INVENTORY, which shows the product "in stock". When I questioned this, and asked if they want my business, or if I should go somewhere else, the reply was "we would love your business if we had the product you wanted. Otherwise not much else we can do and we'll survive with our without your business." I purchased 3 pit bikes and purchased warranty's for all of them from Go Kart usa. 1 week after the purchase all 3 bikes had issues. They've had 1 of them in the shop for 4 months and is still not fixed. They then tell me after all that time that the warranty does not cover the malfunction with the bike. I ordered a Taco Frijole mini bike in early December, I was afraid based on previous reviews that I may not receive my item in time for Christmas, I called customer service & was told I would get a call back with ETA on shipping & tracking info. Within an hour I received a call from Ruly, who promised the bike would arrive prior to Christmas & provided the tracking info. When we received the item, several parts were on back order & again Ruly promised they would be shipped free of charge as soon as they were in stock. Sure enough, within a week they were shipped & Rulu provided tracking info. When I had technical questions about parts Ruly got the info I needed & followed up with me. I don't know what GoKarts USA was like in the past, but they've completely turned things around & I wouldn't hesitate to order form them again and recommend them to others. That lead to a real upsetting experience with a total lack of any constructive assistance. In fact the Live Agent said they had no time to scour their parts database because they were assisting other customers chat requests at the same time as assisting me. I was shopping for a UTV online and most of the ones that I wanted were available from drop shippers. This particular outfit has two different websites with two different price points. Those price points are radically different like over $4,000 different. Add to that the fact that when you put the item in your cart charges get added. They seemed very responsive at first when I sent a text message they responded. Then when I told them that I had the expectation that the item in my cart that was only $13,000 instead of $17,000 would be sent for the $13,000 price and that I was double checking to make sure that there was not going to be any shenanigans because that's an awful lot of money to purchase something with the click of a button. They stopped responding to me all together. I also had a woman that I spoken with on the phone earlier tell me that if I paid that amount that they would email me and tell me there were extra charges. You will notice also, they say their customer service hours are Monday through Friday on their website but when you call they say they're only Monday through Thursday. I would avoid doing business with this company. They are local to my area. Wanted to see a bike they have advertised before buying. Seemed like a fare thing to ask given the dollar amount. They did wheel out the bike. The two staff where very friendly helpful. While asking questions the owner of the company starts barking at his staff and i. Asking why are you even talking to them, they don't know anything. All your doing is asking questions. I maybe talked to his staff for a total of 90 seconds. I feel bad for the staff. They were visibly embarrassed. If this is how the owner talks in front of customers, I would hate to see what happens behind doors. I brought a part "in stock" and it took weeks of follow up before it was even shipped, to then find out they had swapped it with a cheaper product that didnt even fit (as the original was out of stock). Wish I read these reviews before I made my purchased. Would have saved a lot of headache and probably some money. If you like to gamble then this company is for you! Purchased a "kit" which only needed a couple of additional items to be functional. First the frame I received had several gouges in the paint. Within an hour of assembly I noticed a couple parts were missing that were listed in the "manual" or damaged. Their response was quick and I had new parts in a week. Started to make some progress but then noticed more parts were missing. I reached out again and again had parts within a week. Issue was the parts they sent were not listed in the "manual". It was at this point I realized the information in the manual was merely a suggestion. They could have shipped the correct parts and it would not have mattered. I had to source my own. As the build continued, the disconnect between the manual and what I was given became even more apparent. More damaged parts were brought to my attention as I completed the build which I brought to their attention. I have yet to receive a reply. If I wanted to source my own parts and make my build even more custom I would not have bought a kit. It is baffling how many parts were missing, damaged and/or wrong. Bought a motorcycle from this company. When it arrived it did not have mirrors, an owners manual and the speedometer cable was broken. Took two days to get someone on the phone, they don't answer after 2pm. They sent the wrong mirrors as replacement, the wrong owners manual as a pdf. Next, the title had the wrong VIN and the purchase order didn't have the VIN at all so the DMV will not accept the paperwork. Still fighting them two months later. I placed an order on July 9th. They charged my card the full $1200 the next day. According to their website and customer service recorded phone line, the average delivery time is 5-7 days. It does state on the homepage of the site that they are experiencing delays due to high demand. This is completely understandable so I waited 2 weeks (double the normal delivery time) for them to ship my order. Still nothing. I tried emailing, texting, live chatting and calling and could not reach a human. The emails and texts don't receive a response, the live chat is automated, highlights key words from your messages and replies with generic answers that may or may not apply to your questions. The phone number is even more of a joke. It's also automated and sends you in circles. I also went on to their site to request a callback 4 days ago. Still nothing. I get the production and shipment delays during COVID but an update and a reply is expected. I can't even cancel my order because their systems are a joke. Now I have to dispute it on my credit card. I thought I was going to get help but suddenly I have to jump through hoops. They don't bother to fix the problem THEY created. They want you to have a mechanic assemble the unit but they do not have certified mechanics assembling the units they send. Also, a mechanic will not reassemble what they have assembled & they check just to make sure connections were made. I did more than that. Found parts put on wrong. As I said I had missing parts & damaged unit. The shipping company they use mishandles your product as well & the driver we got was a POS as well. He came only equipped with a pallet jack for a 400 lb+ product & left it at the end of my driveway. What a disgraceful sh***y company! We ordered a go cart in Nov 2020 from them, because it showed as in stock. Then they sent us an email saying it wouldn't be in until January 2021 because of Covid-19 delays. I said ok, since they didn't charge our credit card, and was ok waiting. Then in January it didn't come and I was told it would be another 30-60 days. So at the beginning of March, I reached back out again, and they said it would be soon, so they charged our credit card...but they still won't tell me if or when it will ship, because they are still waiting for one to come in, even though they have charged my credit card. I told them I will be canceling my order soon if it is not shipped. Will update this in the future as events progress...definitely not a fan of this company or the service though. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a go kart and a motorcycle on 10/25 and they said the Go Kart was backordered until November 9-13th. I got the motorcycle but need the Go Kart for Christmas. They confirmed on 12/1 that I had nothing to worry about and it would be here before Christmas. There text updates are terrible. You sit on hold for terribly long times. When I finally got a hold of someone, they had no idea that I received the motorcycle and no idea why my order hadn't been shipped. They said they had just received the Go Kart I ordered, but 2 days later and still no update, no shipping confirmation. Here is 7 days before Christmas, I have no answers. Ridiculous! Buy somewhere else. Update; 3 days before Christmas, still no update, starting the charge back process through Paypal. They are the worst company I have ever done business with. Don't torture yourself, go somewhere else. Make sure you do a charge back on your credit card or dispute through PayPal. Buyer beware I just bought a drift trike for my daughter this last Friday. Not even 1 our later i had my daughter riding it only to have the left rear wheel fall off. I had my wife pick me up in the truck took it home and noticed that the opposite side bolts for the wheel to the axle where also loose. I started checking the rest of the trike and found the seat which requires four bolts only had three. I called and spoke with Miles to express my frustration and Niles replied "what do you want me to do about it?" Never did he show any remorse or offer anything to correct my situation. I have decided to fix the problem my self by having to purchase all new bolts and having to retap and thread both axles and purchase another bolt for the seat. This company is ran by three young men in the office that have no customer service what so ever. When i showed up no one ever greeted me they just sent me to the back to find some guy back there to show me the trike. I just wanted to order a micro mini bike frame for my son. Their web site had issues so I had to call in a total of 11 times. (Over an hour total on the phone) They created a custom checkout link for me to purchase the frame for an agreed price of $199 plus shipping. The shipping was too much at $70 for a small frame around 15 lbs. I paid this as well during the check out. 16 min later I received an e-mail telling me that my order was cancelled. They did not have the frame in stock like they told me. They told me they had 3-4 in stock. They could have one for me in one week but the price would be $279 vs. the $199 they told me. I already paid too. So it was a bait and switch kind of deal. Please stay away from this company. I would give less than one star. read more

I was shipped the wrong part that took about 2 weeks to come in. Not a huge deal. I contacted customer service and was told it was a mistake from the supplier and they would have another one out ASAP. 2 weeks go by and no part. I call and was told I need to ship the old one back on my dime before they could send the correct one out. I was never told to ship the wrong part back and there was no way I was going to out of my pocket. A manager finally got me a shipping label. I went to return it the next day at fedex and was told they canceled the label. I call back upset and was then told I needed to provide them a vin number so they could confirm my part. Again something I was never asked for and I was only calling back to get a label. I finally got a working label and sent it in the mail. A week goes by and I get a refund for less than half of my total. I call up livid this time. I'm now told they need to check with shipping to make sure it's the right part before they can refund me. I explain you already refunded me part of it. Well we need to make sure you sent back the correct part. I explain it's the part they sent me and no it's not the correct part which is why we are having this conversation. I was told there was a process they had to follow and they couldn't refund me.
