I am trying to buy a Suzuki GSX-8R that I saw on their website, went in, no response for 15 minutes, lady comes out saying someone will be with you shortly, there were 2 Suzukis, one was 8s, and the other was 8r, guy come out after another 15 more minutes of wait, asks me to follow me to his office, I ask for a quote for both, gives me a quote for 8r, says the 8s has a deposit, why is it on the floor? asks me what is time line for the purchase, I say if a good deal, maybe today, the guy doesn't know how to speak to customers, comes back with a quote asking me to take a picture, I ask what is the best deal he can give, says this is the best as advertised, if interested call me tomorrow, thanks, and I say thanks!!! They don't know how to treat a prospective customer, not going there again! horrible experience, take your business elsewhere. read more

I wanted to buy a 2024 Honda CRF300L from Tracy Motorsports, they quoted me around 8500. They said I'm welcome to shop around or whatever. I knew the price was outrageous, it's kind of their MO so I made one phone call to another dealer about an hour away. They quoted me 7400. Called drew back and he said he can do 7360. I'm going with the 7400 option. You may wonder why, but I'm just sick of games. Sales guy asked me why and I said the same thing. He said it's not games it's "business". What a joke. WARNING! Do not purchase BRP / Sea-Doo products from Tracy Motorsports. I purchased a brand new 2023 Sea-Doo from Tracy Motorsports and the motor went out after less than one year. Since it was a manufacturer defect, the motor is covered under warranty. However, Tracy Motorsports has now had my watercraft for over two months and they continue to prolong the completion date. I requested a loaner watercraft and they declined. Instead, they referred me to the manufacturer (BRP), and they were of course no help. Thankfully, I happen to be an attorney specializing in this sort of thing, and have no choice at this point but to litigate. read more

I came into this place reluctantly to for a little bike they carry for kids and have to say I was pleasantly surprised! They have bikes outside and inside, some on sale, some brand new. When I walked in a guy named Nathan asked me if I needed any help and just kind of fell back when I said I didn't need any help. Then like two minutes later i asked him for help. HILARIOUS. Nathan wasn't pushy at all! A younger guy, super knowledgeable! I took a gander in their parts accessories department and OH MY SWEET BEGONIAS! HELMETS FOR DAYS!! I need to get the nieces and nephews helmets for their little/big heads when they ride their little bikes! Jesse could tell I was super clueless and helped me out. How embarrassing! He also helped me pick out gloves for the kids too. Such an unassuming guy! Super cool. While I was waiting for the staff members to get the bikes all good and ready to go, I went over to the waiting area and sipped on some starbucks coffee and munched on donuts they had out for customers. I was the only one in the waiting area lounging on that comfy ass leather couch! LOL. COOL POINTS - 1. They give out free snacks/drinks EVERY SATURDAY!! So make sure you come on a Saturday! HAHA. 2. They give out FREE COFFEE everyday. 3. LOTS of parking space AND right across from a WINCO (which we will go over in my next review, lol) WIN WIN!! 4. SUPER CLEAN bathrooms. 0 Stars if I had the option....so where to start, let's see we are in a pandemic, yes that is what we are facing, and how does Tracy Motorsports handle that? VERY POORLY. Called to talk to a sales person about a new Yamaha Side by Side I saw on their website, was given to B*****n. He said he was really busy and to just text him and he would answer my questions, he explained they were short staffed due to pandemic, I said no worries, I understand. So I text him, he replied then went complete crickets on me, a couple weeks went by, I was still in the market so on my way back from a road trip I was passing by TMS and decided to stop in, I called and made an appt. We arrived and low and behold the same B*****n was the one assigned to assist. Their inventory was very low which is understandable due to most manufacturers being shut down. Anywho they had the unit I wanted so I said lets cut to the BS give me the out the door price, he took down my resident info (for tax reasons) and came back with an inflated price, I said dude why is this so high he said we have a markup, told him thats BS, you cant advertise a unit for a certain price then. mark it up, he said "we dont need to discount this to you we can put whatever price on it we want". Told him to stick it where the sun dont shine and my wife and I walked out. So the good part..... we called a few more local Yamaha dealers and got the EXACT SAME unit for $3200.00 cheaper, so Br****n, and TMS you guys are horrible for taking advantage and treating this serious buyer like crap. I went into Tracy Motorsports looking to purchase a Honda Monkey. First time I went in, I didn't want to do all the negotiating having the kids with me, so after looking at the bikes, I went over to the accessories department. I was greeted by Rachael, who was very friendly from the beginning. She walked me through different helmet types, fits and preferences. Even measured my head to ensure the correct fit. She was very knowledgeable, and you could tell she genuinely cared. She looked through both the magazine and online website to find me the products that I needed, even knowing that I wasn't going to purchase them that day. To the day of the Monkey purchase... I walked up to the front door, and before I could make it in, I was greeted by Nate. Shook my hand, introduced himself and asked me what I was looking for. I knew already what I wanted, so it was pretty easy. He was very professional, and my favorite, not too pushy. We visited Tracy Motorsports a few times looking at jet ski's and boats. When we finally made the decision to purchase a boat, our salesman Chris did a great job putting the whole dealer together and was very forthcoming and professional through it all with no pressure. Rachel in parts was a huge help in getting us some extras that we wanted and was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything including lead times. Steven in service kept us up to date when the boat was in for its first service and took the time to go over the specific details of what was done. Last but not least, Noah the Service Director was flat out amazing! Noah took the time to carefully walk us through our boat, both in and out and we never felt rushed. Since the purchase I have reached out to Noah each week and we always get a quick, professional honest response and he even helped coordinate getting some speakers installed and picked our boat up from Modesto himself. Juve, who goes by the nickname of Junior, is the best. There was no pressure in the experience. Junior helped me find the exact model I wanted to meet my preferences. My jet ski arrived a week earlier than expected. Junior called me as soon as it arrived and then he made the financing experience very simple. Junior then spent quite a bit of time, even after closing time explaining exactly how to operate and care for the Sea-Doo. I really appreciated my positive experience with Junior. I have been looking for a CRF110s (well two) for a while. Specifically since late feb 2020. Due to Covid I have been on waitlists at multiple dealers, with no luck. I went on Tracy Motorsport's website last night and saw they had two CRF110's in their inventory so I decided to send an inquiry. This AM Nate gives me a call and says they have one in stock and some buyers had backed out previously. I came down to pick it up and Nate showed me they were still assembling it and got me started on the process. I ended up actually picking both up, one for mother's day for my wife and one for my son who had outgrown the CRF50 he has. Noah helped with the DMV and all paperwork and was nice and helpful as well. Everyone I interacted with was great. Including a previous trip to browse vehicles about 3 months ago when Jerry gave the heads up to check the website inventory as that would include items as they arrive. So why 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Well I can't give partial stars, or at least I can't figure out how. Both of the issues are kind of not their fault. The inventory of powersports products is low due to Covid. They are selling a ton of vehicles and manufacturer supply being low/sporadic (ask any dealer, powersports or otherwise). Also, like most dealers currently there is a markup on the CRF110s. Although I knew this in advance and got the same price I was quoted at 4 other dealers. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again and extremely happy with the purchase. read more

This review is long overdue, so my apologies to TMS. Throughout the 55k miles I have on my VTX1800, I have used 5 authorized Honda dealers and 1 non Honda dealer (tires only) for all maintenance/services. Two of the Honda dealers were absolute disasters, just shockingly bad, 2 were very good - and then you have TMS, which has just been a godsend. My bike isn't just parked/covered in a garage and taken out for a putt around the neighborhood every blue moon - I ride it to the fullest extent the tires allow, and so I need a service dept that treats my bike like my life is on the line, because it literally is. Noah, the lead mechanic, is very knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful, even when it's at the end of the day and they are trying to go home. There is a genuine desire to help their customers, he treats your problem like it's his problem; helps answer questions and find the right solution to your issue - I wholeheartedly trust and put my faith in this team. Angel in parts is another great example of an employee all business's need - very knowledgeable and helpful, and when he doesn't know the answer he is eager to research and get back to you. But the real gem in this dealership is service - yes, I am talking about you Jessica and Steven. Jessica has been the epitome of service, she is genuinely friendly, very knowledgeable and when she doesn't have an answer immediately she works diligently to get back to you. This is a busy service dept, but they always find the time to return calls and really go out of their way to help you - I almost feel reluctant to ask questions sometimes when they are busy because I know they won't just forget it about, they will find the time to get back to you. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this service dept. I have had limited time with the sales dept, but don't you worry Jerry, you'll be next soon, and you have some big shoes to fill!! I wish I could remember all the names of the individuals on the phone who have taken my call and have assisted when others were busy, (Rene? We went here here because we were going to check out TRACY BIKE NIGHT, which is held every Wednesday. It is best to show up around 7pm for this. They serve bbq - hotdogs, chips, water and soda. We went in and looked at the 2010 Kawasaki Ninja 250 for me (Sheila). I got to sit on a few and test them out a bit, so that I could get a feel for their weight, height, comfort and posture. I fell in love with a red and black limited edition bike - it was sooo HOT!!! We were helped by Katherine, who answered all our questions and gave me good pointers and tips on buying my first bike. They also had a selection of helmets and motorcycle gear, I really liked the Scorpian Brand helmet it was pink and white that would match my jacket completely. They also have a good selection of bikes, used and new and a very nice white Ducati Monster which Dave was trying to con me into buying. read more

I HIGHLY recommend this business! I have been stopping by Tracy Motorsports for a long time and always had an excellent experience. I enjoy looking at all the different bikes. Mike and Neal have been my regular contacts, always friendly and wanting to talk about our passions-motorcycles. Today, Saturday, July 23, 2016, my motorcycle riding group, San Jose Victory Spirit Riders, decided to take a ride to Tracy and visit the dealership. We previously called and talked to a very nice lady named Leslie Sowden who told us they would have a not too fancy BBQ for us. When we arrived, all I could say is WOW! The Best Hot Dogs (after all it was national hot dog day) I had tasted, cooked to perfection. There was soda, water chips, unbelievable selection of condiments (several choices of fancy mustard) and I don't want to forget the great chili and shredded cheese. Way more than we expected and the welcome hospitality from the dealership was unbelievable. They had us park our bikes (Victories) right by the entrance in the shade (Temperature was 100 degrees). Our group enjoyed talking to several other motorcycle riders that were visiting the store and answering questions about our bike such as, "How do you like that Victory Vision". One person asked me about my thoughts on the Vulcan, which in my opinion an excellent bike, as several of our riders own them (our riding group is open to all bikes-you do not have to own a Victory). Our group had a great time because of the hospitality Leslie and staff showed us. Even though I live in Campbell, CA, I ride up to Sacramento area 1-2 times per month to visit family. I always make it a point to stop by and always make a purchase between $10-$75 as they have items I can't get anywhere else such as specialty Cell Phone mounts, my Star Tron fuel additive and a special model Battery Tender I can't find. I will definitely be back, as will our group, because this was one of the nicest days we ever had! read more

Bring my quad runner in for a tuneup and repairs in the rear end. I agreed to pay the price they asked for was told it was a two week job ended up being a four month job before I got my quad runner back.it took so long I had to go buy another new quad runner for $11,000 I do not recommend just for my own personal experience I won't be back... I understand sometimes you can have delays, but there was not much communication and I would assume if you're going to say you can have a job done in two weeks with the price you can already get the parts not let's just throw some prices at this guy and hope it works out..... the quad runs rough now. Service tech brings it out with flat tire and they didn't put the seat on correctly. The seat flew of on Byron highway. SMH. Very frustrating to pay for poor service. read more

Went to Tracy to buy a Kawasaki Mule only to find that they add a dealer mark-up from the advertise price online. Online price is $9899 and the price at the store was $12,049. Sales person tried to say margins are low on the Mule (bullshit cover for the mark-up). I even asked why wasn't this the advertise price online and to which he said they don't need to show markups on "power sport" items. To which I wasn't thrilled in the answer he gave. I offered 11k cash and he "went to the sales manager; to which sales manager said no". I was like there is no need to mark up this Mule by $2150 to which he tried to blame low supply to which I said not my problem. I eventually left and went to Stockton Powersports. They had the exact model and got it for the price I offered Tracy Motorsports. Moral of the story don't go to Tracy motorsports. If you want the price you see online not including sales tax and the other fees got to Stockton Powersports. read more

Funny thing, I'm reading reviews and most people are talking about Mark Conrad. When I walked in to this place of business I didn't know I was buying a new motorcycle. I was just looking around when Mark came up and introduced himself. I told him I was just looking and he said that was just fine. He was very friendly and professional at the same time, no pressure on me whatsoever. Looking at the bike I asked him about the price and he figured it out. What can I say, I went home discussed with my wife and we went back to make the purchase. I was happy with the no pressure approach, and I got what I asked for. Plus we got t-shirts, discount on the first service among other things. We also bought accessories and got good prices. Since then I've been back to service and they always greet me as a friend. I've been kicking around the idea of getting back into dirt bikes again. I am unsure if I want to buy something used for the value or buy something new to avoid mechanical headaches . After reviewing a used bike in the area I figured I would stop by and see about possibly buying a brand new one. I pulled up walked around the front several times looking at all the bikes seen a few employees who didn't acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. So I got in my truck and left.
