Came here for the first time today after hearing about all the hype! Super spacious with indoor seating (more limited) and plenty of outdoor seating on 2 floors. The service was good even though it was crowded. Limited outlets outside so either get a spot inside which is tough or make sure to charge your laptop. Free parking underground is a super plus. I really enjoyed their matcha!! It was so good. Perfect sweet level with the cream on top. For food, I got the kimchi carbonara and it was delicious!!! On Thursday, April 23rd, I had lunch with my mom at M Cafe. I had the chicken pasta, and my mom had the avocado toast. I've been here several times before, and every time the food has been so delicious. The staff here are also extremely friendly: I tried to open the restroom door using the code, but it didn't work, so I went to the front desk. A female staff member kindly came over and helped open it for me. The restroom was also very clean, which was good. After placing the order, they give you a buzzer that rings when your food is ready, and you pick it up at the counter. When both dishes were ready, my mom was sitting outside on the patio, and I couldn't carry both trays at once. When I said I would come back for the second one, a male staff member kindly brought the other dish outside for me. I really appreciated how kind and helpful they were. However, one downside is that this place is very popular, so the food took about 40 minutes to come out. It was a really long wait. Since I went during lunch, I had to rush through my meal and hurry back to the office once the food finally arrived. cf 1) My mom placed the order while I was in the restroom and didn't ask me, so we ended up getting chicken pasta. If I had ordered, I would have chosen shrimp pasta instead. cf 2) After my mom placed the order, the staff member told her that the food would take about 20 to 40 minutes and asked if that was okay. Since I was in the restroom, she couldn't check with me, so we ended up waiting the full 40 minutes. The female staff member also mentioned to my mom that if we're in a hurry, it's better not to come here during lunch hours because the wait can be quite long. OMG. So I think this is a place that's better to visit on the weekend when you have more time to relax and enjoy the meal. cf 3) One more thing: you can only view the menu on your phone by scanning a QR code. This place is so cute, I love it. I'm so happy that there's a cafe opened early and doesn't close at 3 PM, so I can study for long periods of time. There is a parking garage here, but it's only 90 min parking and it's relatively small. Mi Cafe is on the second floor and quite spacious overall. There's an outdoor section with plenty of seating, I came during the rainstorm and some tables can't be used, but there's other tables that are usable. The inside has quite a few tables as well. It's pretty spacious and comfortable. The music is a little louder inside, so I'd recommend bring a pair of headphones. I also love the variety of food selection. A lot of cafes I've been studying usually only has pastries and no savory foods. This place has both! I had the vanilla bean latte which is pretty good. Not super sweet. I also had butter salt bread. I parked on the street in a residential area as I got a bit confused where the building was lol, so I am not sure if they have a parking garage inside the building. but keep in mind Mi Cafe is a business inside a large building with other businesses. They recently updated their menu, and oh my god...I'm pretty sure they changed the formula for their matcha lattes, because this is next level. They now have a drink called the Matcha Cream Top, which is different from their Matcha Einspanner. The key difference: the Matcha Cream Top has a cream layer made with matcha, while the regular einspanner uses regular cold foam. And wow... this drink is so, so good. I usually ask for it less sweet, and honestly, it's easily in my top two matcha drinks in K Town, right up there with Rok & Stagger. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend coming here. Coming in hot, Mi Cafe has been the talk of the town. Their spacious interior and exterior is definitely one of the best spots for coworking, studying, and catching up with friends. I love how large their menu is. Perfectly encapsulating what most cafes lack: good food with excellent coffee and teas! The cup was big and it was cheaper and bigger in size than Rok and Stagger. If you get a seat along the window, you have a great vantage point over KTown for people watching. Sit me in front of good people watching with a drink & a friend - goodness I'm set for hours. I liked the clean aesthetic of the shop inside and the outdoor seating? Gorgeous. This may be becoming my favorite cafe for coworking or solo working, it's peaceful. I usually just have a basic black cold brew but it's so satisfying here. Good flavor and served with a friendly disposition. I have yet to try the eats --- next time! It has some of the best views in the area. Came here to catch up with some friends and the atmosphere is great. Ac was running real nice. Depending on where you sit, you get quite a bit of space between you and another party/person. Got the berry blossom here with and without the espresso + breakfast plate. It's expensive here and the portions for the breakfast are not as much as you'd regularly get, but that's most sit down and chill cafes. Berry blossom was decent and my friends mitsugaru was just good. You're coming here more for ambiance and convenience and not hype.
