The pool house didn't have towels and had trash everywhere. The parking lot felt safe as long as you parked near the entrance. There is a Tesla charger in the parking lot. They offer free breakfast daily starting at 6am. But the kicker was the bathroom window actually would not close, and I was basically exposed to anyone walking behind (it was the ground floor) that wanted to hop into the bathroom. So when I went to sleep, I just sort of piled all of the extra furniture in the room against the bathroom door.
