There was room dedicated for the ice machine and even had a water station which was nice! You could tell that a lot of thought was put into remodeling the rooms. This is the only place we'll stay when we're in Willcox. (Try the Black Pigg for dinner)

This has made the room extremely uncomfortable, and we're concerned that adequate pest control is not being maintained. We would appreciate an immediate solution, whether that is moving us to a room where this is not an issue, addressing the mosquito problem, or discussing a refund/adjustment for our stay. Please document this complaint on our reservation and have a manager contact us as soon as possible. There is a significant mosquito problem around the property and our room. We had an adventurous experience in AZ and ended up in this little town after like 9-11 hours of…read moredriving from CA. We needed to spend the night and selected this hotel instead of one of the really shady looking motels in town. Check in was painless. Masks were required and worn by staff as well as patrons. We got our keys quickly, recommendations for where to find chargers at 11pm, where we could get the truck serviced and menus for a complimentary breakfast in the morning. The room was quite comfortable with a fridge, a coffee maker, and a flat screen tv. We didn't expect much in this small town but felt secure and comfy in this room. In the morning, our breakfast orders were fulfilled by a woman in full PPE. With a little salt and Tapatio the blandish food was better. The coffee was good and I can confidently say they're looking out after your health with cleaning procedures, masks and distancing. I do not expect to ever come to this town again but it's probably the only hotel you'd be comfortable in.

Overall, it was a great deal for the price. However, there were a few downsides. Our neighbors upstairs walked a lot, and we could hear every step all night long. Also, putting a plastic ice bucket in the bathroom near the toilet was pretty unpleasant and nasty. These were major turn-offs. On the positive side, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. There were plenty of options, and the food was good and well-prepared. The breakfast attendant lady was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay much more enjoyable. I almost forgot about the ice bucket after that.

Not too bad. $40 for two beds everything seemed pretty clean, it might have even been nicer than…read morethe Imperial Palace room I just left in Vegas, and it was a third of the price! We got in at 11:30pm, rang the bell, the lady working woke up immediately to help us and we were to bed within the hour. The beds were actually pretty comfortable, the shower had great water pressure. If you can get over the fact that you are staying at a road side motel in the middle of no where then you will be just fine here.

This wound up being $38 with all taxes included, for one person…read more The location is less than ideal, as there is plenty of train noise throughout the night. However, I kept waking up with the distinct thought that I'd likely be murdered. You see, after I got here around 11:30 at night, I just paid up front and went into the room. The bedroom itself wasn't too bad, though everything looked stained. The bed had a Santa Claus pillow on it in late February The bathroom had sort of an African tribal theme, with animal print shower curtains and floor pads. There were at least two dead (huge) New Orleans-style cockroaches on the bathroom floor. But the kicker was the bathroom window actually would not close, and I was basically exposed to anyone walking behind (it was the ground floor) that wanted to hop into the bathroom. So when I went to sleep, I just sort of piled all of the extra furniture in the room against the bathroom door. Now that I stayed there once and didn't die, I'd probably do it again, but for the train noise.
