I cannot say enough kind words about them. Mrs. Laura Lynn is the General manager, and her husband ensures that building maintenance and grounds are safe and clean. The support staff are equally friendly, compassionate, supportive and always greet you with a smile. We stayed in a suite. It was complete with refrigerator, hot plate, coffee maker and cabinets for food storag. Bring your own cooking utensils, plates, paper towel, plastic spoons, forks, & knives. The suite was very clean and updated. 2-56" high definition flatscreens in both living room and bedroom. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping is done 1xweekly upon request for extended stay. Breakfast and coffee in guest lounge each morning (bagels, donuts, juice and cereal (complimentary). I highly recommend you make this your main stay while touring Willcox, or on business. You will not be disappointed!!! Jamie & Adrian

When we walked up the Steps into our room my 8YO daughter was ahead of me (I was holding heavy luggage) she tried to use the key to open and she heard a man's voice on the other side. When the door open a man in his boxers and his wife stood in front of us. To our surprise a man and his wife were booked in that same room! We were both shook, we could not believe the dangers both of our kids were in due to this mistake. After all you never know who is at the other side of the door and people react differently if they feel threatened. The man and I walked downstairs, he was visibly upset and rightly so. The man at the counter did apologize but refused to give any compensation for his mistake he said he booked us in room 203 but accidentally gave us room 204s key and wrote it on the envelope. There were also some small bugs in restroom and our fire alarm was hanging off the ceiling. I do believe more could have been done for the family that we frightened so late at night. You could tell we were all shook

We got in at 11:30pm, rang the bell, the lady working woke up immediately to help us and we were to bed within the hour. The beds were actually pretty comfortable, the shower had great water pressure. If you can get over the fact that you are staying at a road side motel in the middle of no where then you will be just fine here.

However, I kept waking up with the distinct thought that I'd likely be murdered. You see, after I got here around 11:30 at night, I just paid up front and went into the room. The bedroom itself wasn't too bad, though everything looked stained. The bed had a Santa Claus pillow on it in late February The bathroom had sort of an African tribal theme, with animal print shower curtains and floor pads. There were at least two dead (huge) New Orleans-style cockroaches on the bathroom floor. But the kicker was the bathroom window actually would not close, and I was basically exposed to anyone walking behind (it was the ground floor) that wanted to hop into the bathroom. So when I went to sleep, I just sort of piled all of the extra furniture in the room against the bathroom door. Now that I stayed there once and didn't die, I'd probably do it again, but for the train noise.
