They have a large collaborative living room and kitchen as well as a shared pool and multiple rooftop balconies for panoramic desert views and mingling with other guests. We struggled to open the keypad to the main living room and within minutes the owners Sarah and Rich were helping virtually and their on site manager Mariah came over to let us in. Im writing a review because I wanted to warn potential customers of what kind of people they may be…read moredealing with. I submitted inquiries for quotes for a few available units looking to stay for a month on the Desert Moon Vacation Rentals website. A one bedroom and a two bedroom as a solo guest. The one bedroom was very small and I saw a two bedroom that had more space also available so I inquired about both. I also asked a question on the website after, asking about mail and food deliveries saying "are we allowed to get mail or food delivered to the apartments?" By saying "we" I simply meant the entire complex and didnt think anything of the wording. I was never implying that as more than one guest. It was just a generalization. After asking that question I got an incredibly weird response back by the owners who seem to think its normal to accuse thier potential guests of hiding something or lying? They stated "your inquiry was for one person but say "we". If you have another person you need to add them to the quote. Please note we live on the property and have cameras so we will know whats going on at all times" - picture attachment. Ummm Yikes. SO unnecessary. Im well aware of the guest policy and know cameras are on the property. That is usually standard when renting airbnb or vacation rentals. The occupancy is for 2 people, so why would I lie about only having one guest? It makes no sense. No, I am not lying. No, I am not hiding another guest. Absolutely no need for you to over analyze everything and say that to me. Absolutely Ridiculous. I was instantly met with accusatory and rude responses from the property managers for absolutely no reason. I simply asked a question. It was extremely bizarre. They seem very odd and untrustworthy of their guests so much so, they accuse you of hiding or lying something right off the bat with no right to do so. Its extremely unprofessional to treat potential guests this way and its a complete deterrent. Why would I stay at a property that is so rude to me immediately? Not ok in the slightest, you have no right to treat people this way. I did nothing wrong! After reading through their reviews on airbnb, I can see this isn't the first time these ladies have been untrustworthy and accusatory toward guests. I screenshotted several reviews essentially dealing with similar experiences about how accusatory these women can be and how unnecessary they act. One lady had a picture of a dog in her profile picture and the owners proceeded to grill her about not allowing dogs in thier rental. She never intended to bring her dog on vacation with her but for some odd reason these ladies made the assumption she was trying to hide it simply because of her profile picture. That is not ok! Just over the top and extremely prying and odd behavior. People can travel without thier dogs and solo travelers can stay in two bedrooms if they choose. JEEZ. I understand if you have had issues in the past with untrustworthy guests sneaking people in but this type of behavior is unacceptable and SO unprofessional!!!! Its a huge red flag. Why be in the rental business and claim yourselves as professionals when you do not trust anyone you rent to and this is how you respond? I was beyond uncomfortable while exchanging emails inquiring about the property afterward and they continued to be very rude and dismissive toward me. Would not give me more information and was just very weird and unwelcoming. They are just mean people. It was so uncalled for. I eventually declined to stay here because I do not deserve to be treated this way whatsoever. I did not do anything and even tried to prove im trustworthy and telling the truth by offering references or letting them read my airbnb reviews to prove I travel solo. I did not have to explain myself but felt it necessary because of how they were treating me. I wanted them to feel comfortable and initially tried to understand why they were suspicious. I have no reason to lie as I have been traveling all year SOLO!!! They declined my offer and continued to be very rude and nasty to me and try to play it off as if they weren't. I was very nice and tried my best to remedy the situation and make it right but apparently that wasn't enough. They immediately did not trust me. So strange..... I would not recommend doing business with these ladies as they are unprofessional and nasty. Beware, they will over analyze everything you do and say. BIZARRE and beyond creepy. I have never had this type of experience when trying to rent a vacation rental before and this was the absolute worst type of behavior I have ever come across. Curtains are sheets hung on wire. Every cabinet door in the place is nearly falling off. There's a great bathtub in the master suite, but the ancient water heater doesn't have the capacity to even fill it with hot water. You're in very close proximity to the guest house and there's not a ton of privacy from them, as there are no curtains in the main living areas of the house and floor to ceiling windows. The cleaning fee is ASTRONOMICAL and gets you nothing. I loaded the dishes, stacked the linens near the washing machine, stripped beds, and took out all trash - things that SHOULD BE COVERED BY A CLEANING FEE - and was left a negative review for cleanliness. Carla is unprofessional and rude. There are a lot of excellent desert homes in the Tucson foothills area. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

I stayed in the Manzanita room and found everything very comfortable and spacious. Finally, the owner is very warm and friendly. She made me breakfast just how I wanted it, gave me aloe for my race-induced blisters, and was generally wonderful company for the relatively little time I spent out in the living room. She was also very welcoming when I arrived despite it being 1:45 in the morning due to a delayed flight and getting a little lost on the way. Note: The front gate has a pretty small sign that can be easy to miss at night, but it's right across from a prominent sign at the entrance to Oracle State Park.

The breakfast was a very delightful mix of Mexican dishes and fruit prepaired by a local chef. As for the accommodations I suggest that there are times when not having TV, WIFI and other amenities are just what a stress releasing weekend is all about. Loved the place

It's a unique way to fill your soul with the beauty of the high desert and uplifting art. It combines stand-alone cabins from another era with an adjacent outdoor sculpture park and art gallery - one of a kind accommodations with a one of a kind experience. We stayed in the bunkhouse and the cabin on our recent girls' trip. You might wonder if you made the right choice when you turn onto the dirt road to the ranch, but this is the true old west without paved roads. Funny how much your heart responds to leaving asphalt behind! I stayed in the original ranch bunkhouse built of adobe mud in the 1880's, restored now with modern comforts. The Old West vibe is still there but so is air conditioning, a comfy king-sized bed, small kitchen, and, of course, plumbing. Also present is the all-important WIFI. The bedside lamps even have USB ports to charge your phones while you sleep. It hits just the right balance of old, quaint, artistic and unobtrusively modern. There's a small couch, rocking chair, and large screened-in porch and more. I don't know how the original occupants kept it, but it was immaculate (this aspect earned high marks by us all). We were busy on this trip supporting our runner in an ultramarathon up nearby Mount Lemmon so we didn't get to enjoy all the many special touches as much as we wanted to such as the many outdoor cozy seating spots under trees. We also wish we'd had time to get to know my neighbors behind the bunkhouse - a couple of quiet but curious goats. Throughout our stay, we didn't hear them nor anyone else staying there. It was like having our own little getaway in the high desert. The Triangle L is also an Art Ranch. The Sculpture Park alone is not to be missed! It would be worth the trip in itself and made a big impression on us even though we did not have time to explore it all. Some sculptures even have special night lighting. You could spend hours here appreciating it as you walk along its path, which lends its own sculptures of uniquely-shaped, high desert cacti. If interested , we recommend checking out the web site for a preview and look for the many special events. They just opened up a "Metal" exhibit in the old adobe barn converted into an Art Gallery and Gift Shop. The Triangle L is located in Oracle - a small town that we found to be full of traditional small town friendliness from its unique restaurants to its shops selling their own art and jewelry pieces. We learned why the new looking Nonna Maria's has been in business for 25+ years - their marinara and pizza are outstanding. I had a great turkey and avocado croissant sandwich at the Patio Cafe and their adjacent Market sells all kinds of baked goods, including more types of pies than I've ever seen before. We enjoyed breakfast at Casa Rivera's but we ran out of time before we got to try the Riot Grill, which we'd also heard good things about. Most restaurants here are owner-operated so be sure to check their hours before going. Oracle is about 2 hours from Phoenix and only 1 hour from Tucson. It sits in the high desert so offers somewhat cooler weather than both of them. There are many nearby trails for hiking besides those our runner was doing in the Desert Peak Ultramarathon event, including those in Oracle State Park. There is also access to the Arizona National Scenic Trail (AZT). We met lots of cyclists as well. In between supporting our runner at the aid stations, I also made a trip to the nearby Biosphere 2. It is also worth a trip. It was created as a completely sealed off ecological system to test out what would be needed to build independent self-contained stations capable of life for future space colonization. In the 90's, 8 scientists were sealed in it along with various plants and animals for 2 years. Now, it functions as an ecological research station. The scope is amazing. For instance, I walked through its rainforest, complete with waterfall and tall tree canopy and even saw its small ocean. So much technology is needed to support it - we have much to learn before space life is possible. The tour is self-guided by well-done videos through an app but there are three additional guided tours. Note: there are some parts that can only be accessed by stairs. OK, I got a little carried away with this review of the Triangle L Ranch. The Triangle L Ranch and Art Ranch seems to be a well-kept secret that I just didn't want people to miss. It and the surrounding area really struck a chord with us. Also, our hostess (and resident artist) went above and beyond for us, accommodating our changing reservations and our late arrival with an inventive sign to help point us to our cabins. We certainly hope we get to meet her sometime as we definitely hope to come back - if it isn't booked for years in advance once the word gets out.

Went here for a family reunion and everyone had a blast. We had a big group with kids and teens up to grandparents. I loved the rooms and furnishing. Bed and chairs all super comfy and sturdy. The activities were all fun and the folks running the activities really seemed happy and helpful. One caveat is some guests seemed to have unrealistic expectations of the activities and their abilities. For instance a lot of people didn't qualify for the lope ride and probably shouldnt have qualified for safety reasons but still seemed upset about it. My kids were too old for the kids club but the kids who were in that program looked to be having an awesome time! It is great to have that option on a place like this. Couple things they could improve on: The online activity signup clunky to the point of barely functional. Everyone, even small kids had to create separate accounts -- i even called to confirm this and was told to reuse emails and phone numbers. A 9 year old doesn't need their own account. One member of our group just gave up on signup and showed up for events. Also you need to have everything signed up for by 8 pm the night before but there is no easy way to cancel and no penalty for not showing up -- so when activities start there is usually space but you have to wait until the no shows don't show. Bathrooms in some rooms were quite small. The toilet in my sisters room i think was built for a child. The food included with the rooms was good but not great. The al a carte menu was better but quite pricey. Also service in restaurant seemed good not great. We would have to flag down a waitress and several times they would say no problem and scurry off to fulfill our request, when others at the table also had requests. Also some of the staff could use some more training. They are clearly reaching for a luxury travel experience but check in, communication and questions seemed to lead to different answers from different people. For instance when the folks before us were checking in they were asked what time they wanted to come to breakfast, while we were told to call 1 hour before coming down -- frankly i dont really want to do either and would like to just show up for the breakfast thats included in price. The staff was all very nice but a bit more training and organization is needed. But none of the issues really affected our trip and as a whole great time and I would definitely return.

It is such a treat to be around and ride the horses. We also went on great walks, hikes. They also have tons of activities I'd like to try next time, like pickleball, tennis, archery, fishing, etc. The pool area and Jacuzzi is so relaxing and beautiful. My husband loved the saloon, and it was a fun watering hole for happy hour. I was doing Dry January, and the bartender made me a tasty mocktail, and we met some nice people. The food was very good. We were there for Friday prime rib night, which was awesome, and loved the salad and soup bar. Looking forward to our next trip and hope to bring more family or friends next time!

If your looking to have a great place to start your long accent the Jeremiah Inn is the place to stay. Location, location, location! Not only that... but Beth is superb. We arrived after 9:00 PM and she was awaiting us. We planned an earlier start than the usual Breakfast time but Beth made sure we had fresh fruit, juice, coffee, eggs and muffins to properly fuel up before the ride. Beth came outside before we left and took our picture on her camera and then sent us the picture and personal note in the mail the next week. Nice touch. To top it all off Beth allowed us to leave our truck at her place and then return for a shower after 3:00 PM. It was 104 degrees by that time. That was the icing on the cake when we figured we would just be cleaning up for the drive back to Phoenix with a few handi-wipes. Our trip could not have been made and better. Perhaps only to have had time to sit and converse with Beth. What a delightful Lady she is. The Inn itself is quiet in it's surroundings, beautifully appointed and spotless. Check before you hike as it's not a great hike if there's no falls. 5. Take the tram to the end and hike up and over to Hutch's Pool. Take the tram down. For the adventurous types. The tram is worth doing if you aren't going to hike up. You'll learn a lot from the headphone lecture. This is a must-see if you are visiting Tucson.
