Unfortunately, the technician used…read moreequipment that had not been properly cleaned, causing the spray to leave drip lines and stains all over our freshly painted walls, the floor, doors and cabinetry. To their credit, they returned and attempted to clean the damage, but they were unable to remove the stains. They acknowledged that the damage was their responsibility and agreed to pay for the apartment to be repainted. Months later, despite repeated follow-up, we have still not been compensated. It's incredibly disappointing that a company would admit fault, promise to make things right, and then fail to follow through. Accidents happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a company responds. Unfortunately, Guardian's customer service after the damage occurred has been far more frustrating than the original mistake. I cannot recommend a company that does not stand behind its commitments.

Our home in North Kingstown became infested with bedbugs as I transported them from one of those cheap motel rooms. My wife and daughter where complaining of getting some sort of bites. We didn't even think of the possibility of bedbugs until Mike came out from Pest Assassins and confirmed the dreaded news. We had them treat the bedrooms and hallway after throwing out the mattress' and box spring's just to be on the safe side. When we came back to the house the next day and spoke with Mike, we felt the job was done and he re-affirmed that they would come back as many times as needed if they had to. So far so good, the bedbugs are gone and it was done right on the first visit. I would use and recommend Pest Assassins for any pest control problem that ever came about. Period!
