I recently had my roof replaced. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed a…read morereplacement. I started out with Gregg "the salesman" who talked me through the entire process, and to my surprise everything he said would happen indeed happened. Shingles and crew arrived early in the morning and away they went. I did not expect to see or hear from Gregg again after the sale was done but he was at my house several times throughout the day as well as his project manager Michael, and another supervisor visited while the install was in progress. They made sure the crew was aware of all that needed to be done. Once the demo had started my existing structure did not meet current code and they worked with my insurance company to install new decking before the new material was installed rather than just doing the minimum and off to the next job. The crew was large and worked like a well oiled machine to complete the install start to finish the same day. About 1 hour before the install was complete two men were on the ground cleaning debris nails, tar paper, shingle material and everything else that was a total mess from a demo. The dump trailer was full to the brim and I have not found a single nail or anything that could injure my dog or flatten a tire. They provided supervision from start to finish and Michael did a final walk of the property before the crew and trailer left. Hopefully it will be many years before I need another replacement but if I do I will be calling CRS.

The quality is great. The prices are reasonable, and best of all he is right on top of the project. He made good suggestions. Has a strong network of quality specialists for electrical and plumbing (although I'd like his paint guys to be a bit more affordable). He is also super responsive and works well over email. We did a loft remodel that included dry wall, flooring, plumbing and electrical. We're planning on doing more work with Ryan and recommend him highly.

When concerns were communicated to the company, we felt like our concerns were not taken seriously. The actual work was very average and we've already had to fix/do better some of the work they did ourselves. To end the poor experience with this company, over a dozen nails fell off the roof underneath the work areas in the months after work was completed both times onto our driveway, one of which caused a flat tire on one of our vehicles. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, which is why I used them a second time, but I would not use them again. Highly do not recommend.
