When concerns were communicated to the company, we felt like our concerns were not taken seriously. The actual work was very average and we've already had to fix/do better some of the work they did ourselves. To end the poor experience with this company, over a dozen nails fell off the roof underneath the work areas in the months after work was completed both times onto our driveway, one of which caused a flat tire on one of our vehicles. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, which is why I used them a second time, but I would not use them again. Highly do not recommend.

No water ingress, but better to start with a fresh slate. The home was built in 1990. From the start, our experience with CCR was top-notch. From the initial bid, through bill payment, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Office / Admin: Dennise was polite, pro-active, and responsive. The phone and email communication is excellent. I always knew what would happen next. When I overlooked one message, Dennise was flexible and understanding. My initial bid, estimate, and final billing statement were fast, accurate, and easy to pay. The project was scheduled quickly, and finished on time and under budget. Fieldwork: David made our problems into his problems, and solved them. He was courteous, prompt, and patient. He did excellent work, quickly and carefully. I put off doing the roof as long as I could but this spring, I could wait no more. I found Altitude Contracting here on Yelp, but they were also recommended by my Allstate agent as well. I called them and Kyle Schroder the owner got right back with me to set up a time to come look at the house. He came and gave us an estimate and then went to work to help me file a claim with Allstate. As it turns out, Allstate was pretty hard to work with and Kyle went above and beyond to get Allstate to pay what they should. Once we were able to get Allstate on board, Kyle and company went to work. While it took 3 months to get Allstate to pay, it only took Altitude ONE DAY to do the roof from start to finish. They not only replaced the felt and shingles, but also the vent covers, flashing and all the other metal. It looked FABULOUS and when I looked around at the end of the day, you absolutely could not tell they had been there other than having great looking shingles. No trash, no debris, no nails or screws left behind to get in your tires. Perfect job. Now, they absolutely were NOT the cheapest (I had gotten quotes for up to 2000.00 less). However, I have had several roofs done over the years at various properties and Altitude was the fastest and most professional roofing company I have ever worked with. I hope not to need a roof again for several years, if ever. However if I do, I will definitely use Altitude Contracting again. You will not go wrong with these guys!!

What a joke. I told him to get off my property, and as he was leaving, him and his body guard used the f-word at me right in front of my 7 y/o and my 5 y/o. My 5 y/o learned that word for the first time today, from your salesman. Cool eh? I called the police immediately and they were out in the neighborhood talking with your hoodlums within 5 minutes. Your reviews are FULL of poor people having the same experience. Clearly this is how you do it. How you run your business. I have the whole interaction on camera from multiple angles and I plan to post it wherever I can for the world to see. Maybe your company is full of good people, but with tactics like this getting repeated all over town, y'all deserve nothing but the worst reviews possible.

This one however, had the best rating on BBB, best feedback on Google. Donny was efficient and understanding of the need for immediacy. Start to finish was a week. He even offered to wait for the house closing to get paid. He does not rush the selling/contract process and explains the typical steps from start to finish based on the roof style your home has. No detail was too small. No question was too mundane. He took care of the permit and inspection too. Donny is very professional and personable. I would love to use him again but glad I don't have to...that's why I give him this five star review instead!!

Do Not do business with this company. They charged me $1000 to remove and replace a very small…read moresection of heating tape. When they finished the roof repair they left the heating tape hanging off the roof and did not put it back on. I had to call them back out to finish the job but by then it had snowed and it couldn't be put back properly. I was selling my house so the work couldn't be fixed until this last summer so I agreed to pay $650 of the bill then even though they hadn't finished the job and the rest when they finished. It is now November, 1 year since they replaced the roof and they are now billing me the $350. In addition, when I expressed my displeasure for how this has happened, he called me entitled and is threatening to ruin my credit and take me to court. I have no problem paying what I should pay, that is not the issue. The issue is that he sent me an invoice a year later, with no photos, no explaining or any type of details. Just a bill. I never should have had to call them to do the job right that I was being charged for and $1000 for 30 minutes of work is excessive. He is now being extremely rude and refuses to take responsibility for doing such an unprofessional job. I pay my bills and I will pay this as well but I would not ever use them again or recommend them to anyone. The unprofessionalism is beyond reprehensible. How Donny is talking to me is awful
