No water ingress, but better to start with a fresh slate. The home was built in 1990. From the start, our experience with CCR was top-notch. From the initial bid, through bill payment, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Office / Admin: Dennise was polite, pro-active, and responsive. The phone and email communication is excellent. I always knew what would happen next. When I overlooked one message, Dennise was flexible and understanding. My initial bid, estimate, and final billing statement were fast, accurate, and easy to pay. The project was scheduled quickly, and finished on time and under budget. Fieldwork: David made our problems into his problems, and solved them. He was courteous, prompt, and patient. He did excellent work, quickly and carefully. At the end of the day, he returned to fix one small thing that was broken, before we were even aware of it. Thank you very much, David and Dennise, and the Colorado Certified Roofing team!

We used this company twice, and both times had poor communication with the company on the work…read more Workers that came out to my house were unprofessional, didn't seem to know what they were supposed to do, didn't communicate with us, and did not clean up after work was completed. When concerns were communicated to the company, we felt like our concerns were not taken seriously. The actual work was very average and we've already had to fix/do better some of the work they did ourselves. To end the poor experience with this company, over a dozen nails fell off the roof underneath the work areas in the months after work was completed both times onto our driveway, one of which caused a flat tire on one of our vehicles. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, which is why I used them a second time, but I would not use them again. Highly do not recommend.

They worked professionally and respectfully with the insurance adjuster, helping us secure coverage for additional items that might have otherwise been overlooked. A special thanks to Tom, who was incredibly patient, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire project. He kept us informed every step of the way and was always professional, courteous, and willing to answer our questions. The roofing crew did an excellent job, demonstrating quality workmanship and attention to detail. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their expertise and dedication. ACR LLC was truly a pleasure to do business with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional roofing company.

I have owned many houses and have used four roofing companies. ACR was by far the worst roofing…read morecompany of them all. They kept raislong the prices, getting more and more from the insurance company and ultimately the total was three times more than the original estimate. They charged me for things they didn't even do. The ridge was crooked and on a 25 yr old roof, they didn't replace any of the plywood so the rug was wavy. The gutters overflowed with the first rain because they were filled with debris. Ultimately my insurance company paid but then cancelled my policy. ACR is actually in Littleton and not Lodo. Steer clear and save the huge headache. Happy to answer questions but want to save you from the same pain and suffering and terrible news roof that I experienced.

A couple of other roofers took a look and felt that it was a 50% chance to have our insurance cover it. Alex, Altitude Contracting, also thought it was about a 50% chance to have a successful insurance claim , but he said it was worth trying. We were initially turned down, but with a little prodding by Alex, the insurance company changed their mind and honored a full roof replacement. The rest of the process went very smoothly: HOA approval, Building Permit, shingle selection, additional changes, etc. The roofers were pleasant to work with. Very hard workers. They cleaned up every afternoon and upon completion left the area free of debris (nails). Communication from Alex throughout the process was exceptional. Would we use Altitude again? Yes we would.

We used TMD about 2 years ago to completely renovate our kitchen. They gutted it for us and rebuilt…read moreit. They installed cabinets, did plumbing, electrical, demo and laid a new floor for us. Cole, the owner, is very easy to work with. He listens carefully to what you say and makes it happen. He gave us a schedule of work to be finished, and almost always came in on schedule. If there was a change, he was very good about communicating it. His guys and his subcontractors showed up when they said they would. His bid was easy to understand, straighforward, and there were very few surprises at the end. He was also very competitive, price-wise. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. We had one hiccup with our lights and getting them installed (there was a delay), but it got done and to our satisfaction. We had a second hiccup with the cabinet installer (a sub). He was a total ass who thought it was ok to put holes in our walls and dents in our cabinets and screw holes in the cabinets where he knocked on the wall to find the stud and obviously missed. He actually told me it wasn't a big deal to scratch the cabinets or put dings in them because they were going to get dinged anyway with use. Ummm.. hello! You don't buy a new car with a dented bumper because you might run into something down the road! After I complained about him and showed the holes to Cole, he simply removed him from the project. His guys finished the cabinet hanging and did a fabulous job. Cole even came back out about 6 months after the job was done to adjust our dishwasher which had come loose from its moorings. He obviously stands by his work. Overall, TMD did a great job on our kitchen and we were super pleased with them and the results. It was our first experience with a contractor and Cole and his team made it effortless. I definitely recommend them!

We had Apex Roofing and Restoration replace the roof for us. It's a big roof with lots of angles. Apex did an amazing job and it only took a couple days. Douglas County apparently has a few building code items that must be included that other counties do not require. Over all I would say it is an easy 5 star job. Thanks Apex.
