Used Kufner twice in the past two and a half weeks and had good experiences on both occasions…read more First was a tow of our big 26ft Hino box truck from Ashland to Medina. Dispatcher was awesome and polite. Said he could be to our truck in 45min. Ended up being about an hour and a half but they showed at got the job done. We used them again today to upright a turned over forklift. We called yesterday and asked if they could be here today at 2pm to meet with our Crown Lift Truck guy, no problem. They showed on time (Crown Lift never showed lol). Cowboy got the unit back up on its wheels in less than 5min. Took longer to get the truck set up for the lift. Price wise is to be expected for a larger well known Cleveland tow company. It was however about $500 more to upright the lift which was only 9k pounds than it was to tow a 26ft box truck an hours distance. That's the only gripe I have. Good company and reliable. Will definitely use in the future

God forbid your drivers drive safely.
