We absolutely loved it here! They have a great menu with tons of options. The atmosphere is so fun and very kid friendly. They also brought us a coffee cake upon sitting which was awesome. The servers were so kind to my sons and they truly enjoyed their time. They loved their pancakes, I loved my crab cake Benedict, and my mom loved her lox plate. The Mo-mosas are made right too - only enough OJ to blend with the champagne! The Moco Loco is all about the gravy and they've got it figured out. It's delicious and so hearty. Updating just for this visit, it was super crowded on a rainy day like usual which made it extra loud. It's a great family-friendly place, but not somewhere to have an intimate conversation or barely any conversation, for that matter without having to speak really loud to be heard. Quoted 15-20 minutes, but we were seated in less than 5 which was really awesome. Not so awesome was that our food took over 40 minutes for 5 breakfast orders and I understand how busy they must be, maybe even short handed, but not fun when you have littles who are crying that they are hungry. Our waitress, Ginger was the best we've had yet. Super kind and made sure to check on us and ask if we wanted refills. I ordered a Loco Moco for the first time here and asked for the patty to be medium. Not sure if it's frozen or freshly made, but I received a raw patty (pics attached). Due to the food taking so long, I couldn't send it back as we were running late for an appointment at that point. I ate a little around the edges and felt immediately sick. The patty was as thin as can be so not sure how I got it raw. I brought it up to Ginger who said she would have her manager work out something which ended up being 10% off the bill ($5...the cost of the patty I was told) although I feel like my meal should have just been comped at that point as all I ate was a little rice and the eggs. We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon (right around 12 after a hike). It was a bit busy, so the wait was around 30 minutes. We got seated and it was fairly packed. Our server helped us out fairly quickly and got our orders fast. I didn't realize that we get coffee cake for free, which was pretty nice! The only con is that they came in right before our orders, so our table got really full. It would've been great to get them earlier while we waited. The food was delicious and more than I expected. I personally ate the seafood omelette, and it was really packed and delicious! I got it with home style potatoes which matched perfectly with the hollandaise sauce. My second time visiting Mo's Egg House. The first time was a few years ago and it must say it was not bad. This round I would say it was much better. First, the YELP check-in To put your name on the waiting list is great. We were 15 minutes away and was able to add our names to the list before we arrived. This took 20 minutes off the wait. All business should have this for there customers as it saves time and keeps the outside area clear of pedestrians. The staff was professional and our waitress was very attentive. The food was also really good. I ordered the chicken fried steak and it was crispy as well as tender. The menu choices were also a plus as they seem to have a lot to offer in breakfast and lunch. Once we had a chance to look at the menu we wanted to try something new. Great breakfast spot near downtown Temecula. Good size and ample parking. Showed up Sunday at 830 and didn't have to wait for a table. Left at 945 at least 30 people outside waiting. This place is equipped to handle lots of people but waiting for servers or food may be a little slow. I went with country fried steak and it didn't disappoint, breaded nicely. Bacon here is way better than anything you get a main stream breakfast spots. Pay cash if you can as you get a discount. Portions are a good size and with the prices a good value. I really hate writing a poor review for this place because the people that work at this establishment are so darn nice. Truly lovely! Unfortunately, the food was pretty terrible. Im from NY and we have diners all over. I don't know how you can ruin standard diner fare but everything we tried was not great. The complimentary crumb cake should've been my first clue that the meal was going to be lackluster. The cake itself was dry and flavorless, the crumb topping was not really sweet or cinnamon flavored, and the "icing" tasted like it was from a container that had expired. My eggs were lukewarm and greasy. The French toast tasted like something was wrong with the batter the bread was dipped in. They did take the French toast off the bill without argument when they noticed it sat uneaten. read more

We ate at here a couple of weeks ago. The food was good. I had the meat lovers omelette (I don't recall the exact name but it had all the meats). My wife had an omelette as well and my daughter had the kids pancakes, no complaints from either one of them. The service was good as well, they start you off with some cake/bread with a light glaze. Our waitress was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The ambiance is cool. It's an old school dinner look, owned by mom and pop feel. The food is priced right.
