Wow this place is fantastic. The food is really got the tried and true it was huge and a good price. It tasted really good. The environment is very sharp. I would recommend this place if you are here for a USU event. read more

Wow. I have been back, as well as had the chance to eat at their "Food Truck." Lets just say service is worse, the wait is always extremely long and food is still cold when you are served. And to beat all, prices have gone up. $10 bucks for a burger off of a food truck? If it was something that had high end costs (buffalo, etc.), I would get it, but a greasy high high fat content burger? Nope. I will not say where it was eaten, but the place (of employment) where it was parked has 400+ employees and 90% of them will not be returning to Morty's because they feel it is a rip off. And the food was super greasy. This is a bummer, because local food is the best. But it has to be good. Not just "local." read more

Haven't updated their hours. They close at 8pm not 9pm. So couldn't eat. It's 2021. You have to update the yelp/google on basic things like hours. read more

If you are a burger connoisseur then this place is for your taste buds. Delicious burgers and great shakes! I love it!

Best burger I've had in Logan. I ordered the Hawaiian burger and substituted the beef for chicken. I would have loved a Turkey burger option because I do not eat beef, but I love the different varieties of burgers to choose from and the fries are amazing. The shakes are a little too sweet for me, but all in all it's a cute space with indoor and outdoor seating. The parking can be challenging if it's packed, so think about the time of day/day of week. read more

We loved the salads, cheddar beer soup and chicken fried chicken dinner. We ordered takeout and took it back to our hotel. The food is tasty and high quality. read more

Fantastic place to get a burger. Their burgers compare to something you would order at a sit down restaurant - much better than a fast food burger. The french fries are also fantastic. The shakes... not so much. I'll stick to the burgers and go elsewhere for dessert. read more

I would consider the iconic burger the best burger in cache valley utah. I consider myself a semi-pro burger connoisseur. So if that counts for anything, you will likely deeply enjoy the classic iconic burger. Enjoy. :) read more

Logan needs Morty's. Let's lay that on the line straight away. Logan is a town that thrives on chain restaurants and has seen a slew of locally owned establishments struggle. Morty's very likely has what it takes to survive the struggles some other local-owned restaurants have faced thanks to its eclectic-but-simple menu, a prime university location, and the chutzpah of the people running the place. Morty's wants to be seen as more, but it is currently being branded a burger joint, and on my initial visit, a burger is precisely what I ordered. I had Morty's "Burger of the Month" for November, which was a molé burger -- beef patty, mole, avocado, sour cream...The burger was good, the fries were really good, and I'll be back to eat more (specifically the Iberian burger). Morty's offers a range of quinoa salads, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and more in addition to its burgers, and the burgers can be modified to chicken or bean patties at no extra charge, so there's plenty of room for variety. The burgers are inspired by various locations around the world, and thus Cache Valley is being introduced to some flavors it might otherwise not have experienced. The crown jewel of Morty's is the rooftop view of Logan and the Wellsville Mountains you can get by ascending to the second and third level of the restaurant. Unfortunately, these patios will be a little cold to enjoy in the winter months, but I suspect that come spring they will be very hot study locations for USU students. I loved Morty's and it is a great entrant on that Cache Valley culinary scene. This is really a 4.5 star review because the only improvements I would suggest would be superficial on the insides. The interior of the restaurant is a little small and while dining on a Wednesday afternoon, even without the place being super busy it felt full. I imagine a super-busy night could feel claustrophobic inside -- but even that will be relieved with the wealth of patio seating. Don't let that nitpick dissuade you though. Morty's is a must-eat and I hope Logan supports it. read more

I don't see Rick or morty in here I'm highly disappointed but burger was straight I was just expecting more of a show.

I was very excited that Morty's Cafe finally opened last week and could not wait to go and try it out today! Unfortunately, everyone on campus appears to share my enthusiasm and they were all there, waiting in line in front of me this afternoon. Morty's Menu has a little something for everyone. Vegetarian sandwiches, Crumb Brothers pastries, quinoa salads, shakes, and, of course, an excellent selection of burgers. I am unadventurous and picked the Iconic Burger, which is just a regular cheeseburger. It was great, and well worth $6. I ordered a side of onion rings as well, and I don't think I'll order them again. They were cooked well, but the batter was really underseasoned. My friend ordered a peanut butter shake that he really enjoyed. The frequent diner's card makes me nervous in the most pleasant way possible! Instead of just getting a certain number of stamps, you must try 8 out of 10 of the available sandwiches! AND when you do get 8 stamps, you can choose whether you want a free meal or a free t-shirt. I'm excited to break out of my comfort zone in the name of savings. I am going to have to think long and hard before returning to Morty's between classes. Seriously. The line moved quickly, but I waited for about half an hour to receive my order. It was a little nuts. Hopefully they get more efficient as they go along. read more

After my triumphant return to Logan I spent a some time merely marveling at all the new offerings. Morty's boasts a stunning location as you round old main hill, and I am only just now learning I have missed out on the upper terraced seating. I had the turkey and bacon sandwich with potato fries. No, I didn't, because the fries aren't merely a side but rather an event. Each little peace treaty for my stomach took away the grumps I had gained dealing with layers and layers of USU bureaucracy. Let me take the thought away -- go here. It's not a big dog special, but it's the closest thing you're gonna get on Darwin. read more

Mortys fries are delicious. They are battered and crispy and the best fries in Logan. I just had a straight up Cheese Burger and was not disappointed. I am craving it again actually. It's hard to find a good burger in Logan, and this hits the spot. Can't wait to go again. read more

Classic! As a USU student, it would be a sin if I didn't get Morty's the credit it is due! Great fries, great sauce, great atmosphere and great burgers! I love the freestyle machine and the awesome upstairs views you can go sit out on and look out at all of Cache Valley. Logan's guilty pleasure! read more

DELIVERY ORDER CAUTION: The food is very good, if you pick it up yourself or eat-in. But if you order delivery, be prepared for some disappointment. The on-line ordering option asks you if you want to add things to a particular item (e.g. fries with your burger), but if you use this option, chances are the item won't be delivered with your order. This has happened to me three times. I give them three stars because they do their best to make it right, making a second trip out to bring the forgotten item. But this is something to be aware of. Don't use (or if Morty's staff read these, offer) the option of adding things to an item, and just order things as separate items from the menu. read more

The food here is fantastic, definitely well above anything I've come to expect from Logan dining establishments. Despite being a burger joint they are truly vegetarian AND vegan friendly. Their non-meat patties are definitely some of the best I've had and they can make them in any of the styles you can get their regular burgers in. I've seen some of the complaints about pink burgers but my dining companion ordered a burger and it was a perfect medium. I expect the pink burger issue arises from people not truly knowing how to order meat and being used to chili's charring their burgers to an inedible hockey puck. The location in proximity to campus is fantastic and the atmosphere in the restaurant is bright and sunny. I can't wait to utilize their outdoor seating come warmer weather. Additionally, the staff was far better trained than most food establishments in Logan. They are friendly, too the point, and they don't blow you off like I've encountered so many other places in the Valley. read more

Fantastic food. You have to try the scone fries!!! Had a breakfast burrito that was very fulfilling.

Great location if you can find parking. Love the deck. I'm not a huge fan of burgers and that's what they serve but I had the portobello sandwich and it was pretty decent. Burger lovers should be happy. Fries are good. Scone fries are good. Eat them while they are hot, even if it means dessert first! read more

I grew up here in Logan, and was going to USU when this restaurant opened behind my sorority house. The food is REALLY good, and quite reasonably priced in my opinion. There are occasional issues with order timeliness and service, as well as it's often very crowded during the school year, which can lead to some problems with cleanliness, but I mean, that's college students for you. I still LOVE Morty's and make a point to visit frequently when I'm back in town!! read more

Great burgers! Great staff! Great Frysauce! We sat outside and enjoyed the weather and the view.

So glad I came back! The place is super clean, and the service and staff are awesome! Thanks for a much better experience, I will surely be back again! The food is unbelievably good... read more

It used to be better. Their prices feel a little high... like they are exploiting the local student population. They get two stars because the environment is okay. If you go there at night, remember it is across from a rapey fraternity house and do not walk alone. read more

Waited forty minutes over my pickup time on an online order, not worth the wait smh, no wonder they have 1 location

My favorite burger joint! The meat is perfect. It isn't greasy. The bun is great quality and holds up. The toppings are unique and flavorful. The produce is fresh. The Hawaiian Burger is crave worthy. The itallian is great too. Good fries, not my favorite though. They do a good lettuce wrap, as well as offer exciting healthy options. My only complaint is that multiple time I have ordered, they have forgotten something on the burger (one time they left out the bacon, and the other time the special sauce). Consistancy is important to me, especially with delivery orders, so this took it down to four stars. Parking is horrendous, but I'll walk for the Hawaiian burger! read more

Moved to the valley from a bustling city with SO many options for great food. It's been hard to find places I enjoy eating out at here. But Morty's is IT! As good if not better than anything I found back home. Absolutely delicious. Love the Hawaiian burger and the desserts are insane. read more

First off, Logan needs more places like this, that embrace modern cooking and aren't afraid of flavor. That being said, Morty's burgers are fresh and taste good. For a 'gourmet' burger they're a little light for the price. And flavors could be more imaginative. Considering that, price could include fries or be lowered some. But I do enjoy that crispy, caramelized sear they do on their burger patties. Plus all of the sides here are very tasty..the beer-battered fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings and scone fries, I dig 'em all. But there are other issues...they need a busser, to clean tables and empty their trash. Tables are always dirty and trash often overflowing. And if you already have a busser, keep them in the dining room. Also, parking can be a nightmare, which is nothing new near USU. And the main dining room is too small, meaning in winter you're often waiting for a table at lunch. Also, orders get screwed up too often. It can be frustrating if you're on lunch and pressed for time. Lastly, the workers could be friendlier. Smile more :) Overall, it's good, but has potential to be better. Be bolder, more daring, give us more value, more substance, tweak a few things, and you've got yourselves a real winner. Ps..a cold draft beer goes great with a burger and fries. For us gentiles. read more

This place is great, just what you'd expect within walking distance to a college. Get the bison burger when it is available, it is delightful, still juicy, they cooked it to a perfect medium without asking. Their burgers are great as well. Nice change of pace from your regular burger joints. I would go as far to say Gourmet burgers. Service was slow, and parking is atrocious.

The food is okay, not really worth the prices. They raised the prices so they could pay the employees more but the employees aren't getting paid more. When I was in I heard the manager completely tearing down one of his workers and belittling him. I'm not going to support a business that can't respect the people that keep it running. read more

It seemed a little pricey to me, until I downloaded the Pocket Points app on my cellular. Now I'm hooked on their $5 combo. It's as delicious as spending the money to go a sit down diner, but with the price of one of the faster food options. It sometimes gets a little crowded, and their water is undrinkable. The food however is worth it. read more

The best part of our meal was the raspberry shake - it was super creamy and delicious. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The regular fries were fine but the burgers were overcooked and dry and my sweet potato fries were burnt. The Utah scones (they are a version of fry bread) were okay, but kind of tough and chewy. Overall, it wasn't a great meal. read more

Burger was overcooked and dry. Wife's chicken was OK. Bun fell apart while trying to eat it. Tables were dirty - the restaurant was busy as we arrived. We ordered sweet potato fries but they gave use regular fries. They happily gave us our order of sweet potato fries. The plates used to hold the burgers and fries are aluminum. Metal sucks the heat away from the food on winter nights. The fries quickly lost their heat. Burgers were fine but were on their way to being cold. Great selection of burgers - can be replace with chicken or veggie burger. A big plus. read more

The food was good but the place is very dirty. The back of the chairs are black with grease and the tables were all dirty. It looks like they haven't cleaned in forever.
