Found this local breakfast spot on maps. The staff was nice and friendly. I got the ham, egg and cheese sandwich. I was not impressed. I thought I read all sandwiches come with lettuce, onion, chipotle Mayo.. to name a few but it didn't have any toppings. I'm not sure if I had to let them know I wanted the topping indicated on the menu but their was none. I asked for scrambled eggs but I got fried. I also do not like the saltiness of country ham, that's not their fault but the sandwich was not good to me. (Gave it to my son and he said it was Ok) I would try the place again, maybe a different sandwich and a cinnamon roll. I think there's potential with better communication on my part. read more

OK but not great. Very heavy on the sugar at the exclusion of good taste. Sugar on outside, a little dry on the inside. Finally got to try one after two years of working nearby. One time is enough for me. I only ate half of my cinnamon roll. I didn't even want to take the rest home. It wasn't that good. read more

Unfortunately, I have to give this place one star. We went early on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago- excited to try cinnamon buns with the kids. We're talking like right when they open early. They told us they didn't have cinnamon buns and it would be an hour and a half (in a less than friendly way). Why open on a Saturday morning if you aren't prepared to be open. We got lackluster breakfast sandwiches that ended up being replaced with cereal at home. Disappointing. read more

The food is amazing. So fresh. It's how an egg sandwich should be. I love that you can choose the cheese and how you want the egg cooked. The roll is large and so soft. I didn't want it to end. The cinna-rocks are so tasty and I love that the frosting is on the side! They are so easy to eat in the car while driving. The atmosphere is so quaint. You can eat inside or at the outside patio I loved this place. They also sell take and bake cinnamon rolls to make at home hot and fresh. Another incredible item is their homemade jams!! Stopped by here on a whim while visiting the Butchers Market. Had one whiskey glazed roll and a cinnamon roll. I can't even describe to you how delicious they are. They melt in your mouth. What a delicious surprise! I stopped by for the first time in the afternoon about na hour before they closed and as pleasantly surprised that they offered their 'breakfast' menu all day long. I must have passed by this place 100 times but never noticed or stopped in, but I'm glad I did. The bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich was delicious. It's HUGE an a great price (less than $7) for the size of the sandwich. It wasn't anything complicated but all of the elements were done well and the sandwich was stuffed with perfectly cooked bacon. The hash browns are perfectly snackable and well seasoned, also a great side item price. The regular cinnamon roll didn't disappoint either. While it was a traditional cinnamon roll, it was soft, not overly, sickeningly sweet, and was also huge. 10/10 on value here. The space itself is very small with only a few seats if you want to dine in. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Not a bad thing too ay about this place aside from the fact that I wish I had known about them as a local breakfast option sooner! read more

It was pretty quiet while we were in but we came in a little late. However, even though we came in late the service was still amazing, the person I assume is the owner was very nice! read more

I was influenced to come here by the offline restaurant club group. I got the original cinnamon roll. The featured one of the month (strawberry shortcake), a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, and their tater tots. It was actually for the most part, underwhelming. I got there at 9 on a Sunday morning. It all came out crazy fast. The original roll was moist but didn't taste gooey, fresh, or warm. The icing was minimal and seemed like it was made probably the night before. The strawberry shortcake roll was just a baked cinnamon roll with some strawberry compote on top. It didn't really have a lot of flavor and a bit dry. The tater tots were honestly the highlight. The seasoning was amazing. The breakfast sand which bread was like a slightly sweet hamburger bun. The cheese wasn't melty. It was meh. Overall, Cinnabon is better in my opinion. read more

I came in this morning very excited to try Raleigh's best cinnamon rolls. i walked in and noticed they had a Lemon Blueberry seasonal roll which looked delicious, so thats what i insisted in having. The cashier gave me a roll that was partly uncovered with toppings and not my ideal pick so i asked for one from closer to the center instead of the roll from the corner and was told " no, sorry we serve those last" i just feel as though if me as a customer wants a certain roll i should be able to choose the roll while spending my money. read more

I'm still coming here a year later , getting the exact same thing lol. However, I noticed in my most recent visit 4/16/23 , they are using powder or some different kind of eggs than previous visits , that I personally feel brings the quality down a lot. I removed the eggs completely from my sandwich because it wasn't good. While all the staff is nice and provides good customer service, my last 2 visits I have watched people come in after me and order , and somehow get their food before me while mine is waiting on the counter to be bagged. So maybe they could go in order of the receipts especially if the made to order food is ready. Ambiance 5/5. read more

This place has amazing breakfast food! I got a Bacon, Egg and Pepper Jack cheese sandwich with Chipotle Mayo and it was delicious! I got a side of tater tots with Cajun seasoning and it was fantastic! I caved and got a Cinnamon Roll for dessert and I'm glad I made that decision because it was one of the best cinnamon rolls I ever had! Even the coffee was pretty good! They ran out of creamer, but refilled it right away when I asked about it. The service was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable! It's a small restaurant, so there's not a lot of places to sit indoors, but they have a nice patio for outdoor seating. I want to come back over and over again to try out every breakfast sandwich on the menu! Definitely one of the best local breakfast spots in Raleigh! read more
