This morning Rafael, Josh and Arturo showed up, the nicest guys you could ever meet. They checked out the location of the unit and immediately set out to work. I couldn't believe how fast the old one came down and the new one went up. My roof is slanted with solar panels up there, there is a 4ft wide space in between but it requires care when maneuvering around them. Several other men came just to help swap the units and then they were gone. Again really nice young men. There were lots of things concerning the old cooler, I didn't know it wasn't installed many years ago correctly so while we had lots of air in our attic was very cool LOL They made sure it was perfect, I'm so happy with the installation, Rafael, Josh and Arturo are truly professionals but more then that they are a pleasure to have do the work. We recently had a small leak under one of the bathroom sinks. We are on their Sierra Reward Program. So we called them on Wednesday before 5 pm. and were able to get an appointment for the following day. Now, that's customer service. The next day, they called us in the early afternoon to inform us that one of their plumbers was on the way. He arrived about 20 minutes later. His name was Alex Church. He asked to see the bathroom and to explain the problem. He took it apart and looked at all the components. Found the problem and fixed it. He informed us that we will need to replace the faucet soon. He was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. He fixed our problem. I write this in hopes that his bosses see this and he gets KUDOS for his work. We are very pleased to be on the Sierra Reward Program and recommend this company.

They're busy, it's a local small group, they did respond within 3 to 4 business days. When it came time for the job, they were communicative and let me know when they were set to arrive. I needed to make some last-minute adjustments to the projects that I had initially ordered, and they accommodated without any issues. They were super professional, and my nephew was with us, very kid friendly. They also had protective carpet booties. We will be using them again in the future! The only hiccup was when they were cleaning up some sheet rock dust with the shop vac there was no filter on the on it so sheet rock dust went everywhere in the room LOL. They identified the problem, installed a filter and cleaned the entire room from top to bottom. To be honest it was cleaner after they cleaned it from what it was before. He took the time to study the unit, consult directly with LG, and stayed with it until everything was fully operational.
