I needed to make some last-minute adjustments to the projects that I had initially ordered, and they accommodated without any issues. Very happy with the service I got a couple of weeks ago to replace an overly long dryer vent hose that was annoying me since it had several turns that collected lint that were impossible for me to reach over time even though the dryer is right near the outer wall. They responded to a FB message request very quickly, made an appointment and Tristan texted me in plenty of time in advance to see if he could come earlier. They just came out and did my service today and were great! I requested a quote via Facebook about a week ago and they responded very quickly and got me scheduled and a quote right away. The tech who came out, Mike, was super friendly and did great work. The photos showed that the vents were NASTY and so built up before, and I'm so excited now that they are cleaned to see how much better my dryer works. I hired this Dryer Vent Superheros to come fix my dryer... it took almost three weeks to get an appointment. when they finally showed up, they did a quick 20 minute vent cleaning... handed me a bill for $250 then told me my dryer still doesn't work and then decided to tell me they dont work on dryers.
