They're busy, it's a local small group, they did respond within 3 to 4 business days. When it came time for the job, they were communicative and let me know when they were set to arrive. I needed to make some last-minute adjustments to the projects that I had initially ordered, and they accommodated without any issues. They just came out and did my service today and were great! I requested a quote via Facebook about a week ago and they responded very quickly and got me scheduled and a quote right away. The tech who came out, Mike, was super friendly and did great work. The photos showed that the vents were NASTY and so built up before, and I'm so excited now that they are cleaned to see how much better my dryer works. Very happy with the service I got a couple of weeks ago to replace an overly long dryer vent hose that was annoying me since it had several turns that collected lint that were impossible for me to reach over time even though the dryer is right near the outer wall.
