I needed to make some last-minute adjustments to the projects that I had initially ordered, and they accommodated without any issues. Then even gave us a chance to run to get a new dryer vent hose and they put it on. The other one was crimped bad and so the dryer was not getting much airflow. Glad we got it cleaned out and we saw a photo of the clean vent. With lint in the vent or hose you can get a fire. I would recommend this company. I called and asked about their special for two rooms and a hallway for $125. The gentleman on the phone told me that rooms larger than 200 square feet would cost more (I forgot the actual price) and any special treatments would cost additional as well. He helped me schedule a time for the following week. About 15 minutes before the scheduled time, I received a phone call letting me know that they would be arriving soon. I wasn't there but my partner was there and said everything went well. We opted for the basic cleaning and didn't expect all the stains to be removed (for example, some chalk paint in the hallway). The carpet looks much better! The invoice noted the stains that couldn't be removed and the traffic wear pattern in the hallway. We had reasonable expectations for what carpet cleaning could do and are satisfied with the entire experience. Would definitely hire again for future carpet cleaning needs.
