Imagine a new rental with so much hair in the vents it was very nearly a fire hazard, and 1 company didn't respond/answer at all and another was over 2 weeks out - ma'am, the place would be ashes by then! Jorge checked the vent from outside the house, explaining what he was seeing as he cleared out whatever he could find. Since that didn't fix the dryer issue, the dryer company sent out a (pretty lazy) service person, who took a brief look and said it was still the vent. Jorge offered to come back and take another look, even going down in the crawl space to disassemble and reassemble the dryer vent to see what else he could find. Nothing. It's actually the dryer that has a wonky sensor--thanks to Jorge's genial hard work, we now know this definitively. Thanks guys. They're busy, it's a local small group, they did respond within 3 to 4 business days. When it came time for the job, they were communicative and let me know when they were set to arrive. I needed to make some last-minute adjustments to the projects that I had initially ordered, and they accommodated without any issues. They were super professional, and my nephew was with us, very kid friendly. They also had protective carpet booties. We will be using them again in the future! I mentioned to Chris that something went awry after we tried to secure the cover of the Nest thermostat (it was loose from the wall). The AC had worked before but after doing something with the cover, the AC stopped working. Chris quickly found the problem (a fuse had blown out). Chris was very professional, gave me some ideas on a Honeywell thermostat (we're not BIG fans of the new NEST thermostat), showed me how to read the error codes on our furnace (watch the number of red light flashes and compare it to the brochure left with the furnace). It was easy, peasy, even someone like me who has no HVAC experience could do this. I can't thank Chris enough for his great personality, true professionalism, answered my questions, taught me a few things (learning something new is always good) and even loved on my 2 labs (turns out we both love animals). They then would not certify that my AC unit was working correctly. Within an hour of departure the unit stopped working. They sent same man back that evening, he got it to work then an hour later, no longer working. Next they sent someone else out who said it just had to be our breaker which I doubted. Still I updated new breaker and the AC unit stopped working again. I have asked to speak to manager. The operator takes my messages and I have never received a returned calls, two weeks later still no call. They were suppose to send out an emergency tech. No one has showed up. Called and couldn't get any response other than the woman who answer phone. What a joke. **Update** I am revising my score. I finally received a phone call this morning to discuss my situation and we agreed on the next steps. They were very apologetic but its sad it had to come to this to get a response.

No extra charges to move the dryer out and back in. They had a special going so I figured I would give them a try. They came equipped to do the job and it only took half and hour. Then even gave us a chance to run to get a new dryer vent hose and they put it on. The other one was crimped bad and so the dryer was not getting much airflow. Glad we got it cleaned out and we saw a photo of the clean vent. With lint in the vent or hose you can get a fire. I would recommend this company. They do a lot of other cleaning and restoration work. I only tried them for the dryer vent cleaning but would try them again on other jobs. Give them a call.

Anthony from Cool Breeze came in and immediately went the extra mile, not only checking out our existing units but also taking the time to go up into our attic (very hard to get to) and down into our crawl space to make sure that any new equipment we bought wouldn't be compromised by bad insulation or ducting. We were immediately impressed with the effort and with the clarity of the info he provided, and he also had a very easygoing manner that made us feel comfortable/unpressured in considering the options Cool Breeze presented. After Anthony's on-site assessment, we spoke with James at the main office, who took a ton of time providing us with very clear and sensible options.
