I'm writing this review in gratitude to the service department of Morehart Murphy, particularly a fine fellow named Keaton. As I was driving my 2008 Chevy Silverado into Kayenta, Arizona, I had 3 service lights come on at once, Service 4-wheel drive, Service Traction Control, Service Stabilizer. I called the service department at my local Chevy Dealer, and they advised me not to drive my pickup any farther and have the truck towed for service. I started arranging for towing through AAA, who provided me with exactly 0.0 options. Then I called the closest Chevy dealer's service department, Morehart Murphy Chevrolet in Durango, Colorado, for advice. That's where Keaton came in. He asked if my pickup was "hopping" when I made a sharp turn. I told him it was, just like when it was in 4 wheel drive. (The dashboard control did not indicate that it was in 4 wheel drive.) He checked with a mechanic, came back with the advice to take the Silverado out of 4 wheel drive. The "hopping" stopped. He then advised me that I could continue to drive my pickup home and to my local dealer for service. Thank you, Keaton! Your advice saved me hundreds of dollars and got me home for the weekend. When I arrived in Durango on the way home, I offered Keaton a generous tip which he could not accept, but I'm happy to thank him by writing this review. Customer focus is sadly lacking across many service industries, e.g., AAA. Happily that is not the case from my experience at Morehart Murphy Chevrolet. read more

In July 2024, I took my Ram 2500 to Morehart Murphy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Durango, CO for a serious safety issue: the engine was intermittently revving on its own, sometimes causing the truck to aggressively lurch. I had video evidence, but the service advisor dismissed it, saying he couldn't diagnose from a video. I explained the videos were supplemental, yet he authorized a repair unrelated to my concern. He praised himself for a quick fix, but the issue persisted immediately after I left. I sent another video showing the problem continuing. He told me to bring the truck back, but I had already left Durango for a prior commitment. I expressed frustration that he had confidently claimed the issue was resolved without addressing my actual concern. He tried calling, but I missed it due to poor service. He then texted, "I'm not playing this game," implying I was avoiding him. His tone was condescending and dismissive. I filed a formal complaint with Chrysler. When the service advisor and I later spoke, he opened by referencing my complaint -- a comment that felt like an attempt to guilt or intimidate me. He emphasized how hard he'd worked to return my truck quickly, as if speed mattered more than resolving a safety issue. He said it bothered him that I didn't appreciate his efforts and told me not to return to the dealership. Since then, I've heard multiple similar stories about this service advisor, and about others being banned after raising concerns. The fact that he had the authority to ban me -- and that the dealership backed him when Chrysler investigated -- speaks volumes about Morehart Murphy's leadership. It's troubling that the Chrysler Corporation doesn't seem to have more oversight when safety is involved. I then took my truck to Advantage Dodge in Farmington, New Mexico. Their team took my concern seriously, reviewed my videos, observed the issue firsthand, and acted immediately. It turned out I needed a new engine -- it was dangerous to be driving the truck. Advantage Dodge provided a loaner vehicle, while Morehart had made me pay for a rental. Chrysler later reimbursed me, recognizing Morehart Murphy's mishandling. The truck was still under warranty, so the full repair was covered. The contrast between these dealerships couldn't be clearer. Morehart Murphy dismissed a safety issue and punished me for speaking up. Advantage Dodge listened, acted, and ensured I was safe. Morehart Murphy never followed up, apologized, or acknowledged the severity of the issue. Their refusal to take responsibility and decision to ban a customer over a safety concern shows where their priorities lie. This wasn't just poor service -- it was reckless disregard for customer safety. I strongly recommend avoiding Morehart Murphy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Advantage Dodge earned my trust through integrity, responsiveness, and doing what's right -- the kind of dealership every customer deserves. read more

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! The employees here must be trying to get this place closed permanently. The misery and suffering is evident in their faces and how they approach customers. We will be dumping our 2025 Grand Cherokee after our experience here. 2+ weeks for an oil change is an embarrassment to the entire industry. The snarky response of "take it to the quick lube around the corner" while I PAID for a maintenance plan with this $50,000 truck but you think I should go to a quick lube instead of doing your jobs? speaks volumes. Avoid Morehart Murphy sales and service for Ram, Chevy and Jeep. They are terrible to work with. Their General Manager, Greg, is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He has no sense of customer service. I bought a new Ram in October that has been in for service 7 times in 5 months, and the truck now has the transmission going out. Greg and team will not fix the Ram or coordinate the return with the manufacturer. Avoid this dealership at all costs!! These folks are garbage!! read more

July of 2021 we purchased a brand new Jeep rubicon it was a Saturday evening when everything was finished. We drive off the lot and began our drive home to Lewis, CO. As we drive up the canyon just out of Durango the Jeep lost all power and we couldn't move. I turned off the engine and turned it back on. We were able to go again, but turned around and headed back to the dealer only to find them closed. Steve the sales manager was there and we told him what happened. He gave us a loaner to get home. The dealership called Monday morning and said that it appeared the tech that put gas in didn't tighten the gas cap. Come and get your Jeep nothing is wrong. I had an appointment in Salt Lake City and drove up, on my way back going south of Moab the Jeep lost all power again. Like it was out of gas, but I had just filled up and the gas cap was on correctly. I called the dealership they said bring it in. This was day three of buying the Jeep, I took it in and they said it had a faulty fuel pump. We could not drive it and they gave us a cheap loaner. The fuel pump was in back order and the new Jeep was in the shop for 28 days. As part of our purchase we had three free oil changes. This is an important part of our story. Anyway after 28 days and missing a Jeep safari that we had signed up for, our Jeep was done. The sales manager Steve gave us a complimentary oil and tire rotation for our miserable month. In November I had a oil change done, Aaron the service person, not sure what his role is, would not believe me on the free oil and tire rotation and was very rude. I got Sean our salesperson to verify it and it was processed correctly. Aaron is a young, cocky male with not a nice attitude. He stated that the tech found a leak in our oil line and to bring it back after 1,500 miles. In February I took the Jeep in for further probing on the oil line. Aaron came and got me from the waiting room and stated the oil line seemed to be okay. He said they didn't do a oil change due to the synthetic oil and not to pay attention to miles on the sticker. It is very hard to get an appointment for an oil change her and it is always a month out. Anyway I went in on Wednesday October 26th for an oil change and tire rotation. I also had them put in a new air filter. I knew I was paying for the air filter. So far I've only used the complimentary oil and tire rotation from the hassle of the fuel pump. Aaron goes off in me at checkout and tells me we have used all the oil changed and he isn't going to argue with me and I'm paying for this one. He shows me on their system I had an oil change July 31, 2021 to which I responded that isn't true the Jeep was here in your shop awaiting a fuel pump. It had not even had any miles on it. Then he points to Novembers oil change and I say yes I had it changed and used the complimentary oil change from the hassle of my Jeep and the fuel pump. Then he says look here in February another oil change. I said that never happened it was brought in to check a leak in the oil line and you told me it was to soon for a oil change due to synthetic oil. Aaron starts yelling that I'm always trying to get s free oil change and very unprofessional. An old man comes out of the back and it is the owner. I'm trying to tell him what is going on and Aaron continues to yell at me and tell the owner I'm always trying to get a free oil change. Well I'm not I had three negotiated oil changed coming. Aaron continues mouth of so I tell him to be quiet I call my spouse to explain to Aaron but Aaron would not listen. It was decided I'd get this oil change for free, but I'd pay for all future oil changes. That means we were not getting two oil changes as part of our negotiation. Sean the salesman is totally not there to back his customers. I tried to talk to Steve the sales manager and the director, the son in law to the owner. They were ready to sit down but the owner makes the remark why talk to them I'm the owner. Anyway the owner stated let's get you and that dirty dog out of here. My dog was very clean, he stated he was being funny. Well it wasn't funny. I do not plan to ever go back this is a horrid place. read more

I had to have my GMC Canyon (diesel)repaired in Denver at Foundation Chevrolet, where they said that my oil was 1.5 quarts overfilled and that the result was damage to the NOX sensors. I notified Morehart Murphy GMC service of this, since they had done the last oil change, and they responded saying that the engine oil had been topped off or diesel was leaking into the engine causing an increase in oil volume. I know that the oil was never topped off and I decided to see if my oil volume increased after Foundation Chevrolet changed the oil several months ago. Go figure, their BS excuse was false as the oil level has remained constant. The Morehart Murphy service said that they weren't able to overfill oil in an oil change and the dipstick was checked after an oil change. Well I strongly disagree and see that they would never admit their probable culpability. On top of that the Morehart Murphy Regional Group provides no way to file a complaint beyond the shop that has no incentive to respond to problems. I have to question the overall quality of service, responsiveness to problems and ethics of at minimum the GMC service segment. read more

This review is strictly about the service department, I have not purchased a vehicle here before. First let me just say thank you to the service team. You guys went above and beyond to help us get our Jeep back on the road, on New Years eve of all days. On NYE we were driving into Durango and noticed once our speed exceeded 50 mph the Jeep started vibrating excessively. There was no way we were going to be able to drive the 1000+ miles back to Texas the next day. We stopped in at the Jeep service department at Morehart Murphy and despite the team being very busy they did their best to fit us in. Once we dropped off the vehicle, they were great about keeping me updated about the status of the vehicle and what they recommended to be done. They were kind enough to fit in a last minute alignment that completely fixed the vibration issues. Thanks to the the team we were able to safely drive back to Texas issue free. The service staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. I only wish the Jeep dealerships here in Texas had the same level of service and knowledgable employees. I definitely recommend this place and am glad to know we have a Jeep service center we can trust when we come to Durango every year. read more

This review is for the service department. They are HORRIBLE. We bought a brand new stupid expensive suv. The buying process wasn't terrible and we did shop around even into az but this was the option for a large size suv we liked and pricing wasn't any different from other dealers for that type of car. Part of the deal was splash guards. They come in stock, make the appointment to take my new car in (I've had for 2 weeks and hasn't left the garage because waiting for a vehicle wrap and everything), was told over the phone it should take 30 min. We get to the appointment 20 min early, get in the waiting room and 90 minutes later I'm having to ask where my car is and why it isn't done yet. Service manager comes in and tries to give a speech on they are working on it and have 2 of the splash guards installed and it's a tricky job because they have to be aligned blah blah blah. My husbands response was it's 3 torque screws that have pre drilled holes. So we wait and another 30 min. They were just starting the 3rd one so my husband said give me my car we have to go and give me the rest of the splash guards I'll do it myself. To which the service manager was annoyed with. We leave, pick up our son and we're looking at the splash guards only to see they've installed the screws backwards!!! They were maybe a half inch from my tires. My husband then realizes they forgot to put some cover clip things back on the wheel wells so we go back to get them, the service manager ran and hid inside as soon as he saw my husband walk in, the girl pretended she had no clue what he was talking about and then oh look at that she found them sitting right there. When we got home my husband had to take the splash guards off and do all 4 himself. He decided to set a timer and it took him 28 minutes to do all of them! Plus I then see I have a tear in my steering wheel. Fast forward a few months and there's a recall. Take it there since I didn't feel like going to Farmington and figured it's just a software update. What could they possibly do wrong with that? Well then my front camera stopped working and it's not a simple diagnostic test (or probably is and they just kept the car all day for no reason). So drop my car in the am and it wasn't done til almost 5 for them to say yeah you need a new camera. When I had shown them videos and everything of what was going on too. And no loaner car available. Week later the camera gets in. I'm supposed to take it in today and it's a half day job. We'll see how long it really takes and what other issues my car begins to have. And of course they have no loaner car. I know quite a few other people who have also said they never have any loaner cars when their vehicles have needed work, even on the ram side too. So if you need a lot of work done i highly suggest not even taking it here - I won't be after this camera is installed. If you must just be prepared for no loaner car and they'll only drive you within a few miles of the dealership in their shuttle. Plus their waiting room sucks. Esp if you have kids. read more

Don't buy a Jeep from these guys. Anytime you need service, it is always at least a month out for an appointment, even if it is an emergency. If they want to sell as many Jeeps as they do, will need to upgrade their service department to keep up. read more

I recently had some engine work done by the service center on the Chrysler side of the auto center, the work that they did included removing the exhaust manifold and cylinder head. After the repairs were completed I picked up my truck I noticed a new noise and called the morhart Murphy Chrysler service center and talked to the service writer Aaron and told him about the new noise. The service writer told me to run back by the shop when I had a chance and to let him know when i would be there, I made a few attempts calling the service write over a couple day period but was unable to reach him. That weekend I got under my truck and noticed that that where two exhaust pipes came together was loose and figured that was my problem so I made an appointment with the local muffler shop. The following Friday I went to my appointment and they welded the pipes together but unfortunately that was not the problem, the problem was that my exhaust manifold gasket was leaking . Thinking about the work that was just done at Morhart Murphy I decided to call the service writer back and let him know that if in fact my exhaust gasket was the leak that they would be responsible for fixing it sense they were they had removed the removed the manifold, the service writer asked his tech what the procedure was that he used to fix my engine tapits. The service writer got an attitude and said I was accusing his tech of doing bad work which was not my intention at all, I know that sometimes things happen and that's life. After the service writer returned from talking to the tech he told me the the tech did not remove the exhaust manifold or cylinder head ( it says right on my receipt that they removed the cylinder head and exhaust manifold.. I brought my receipt to the auto center and first met with the financie manager that I knew from previous visits , I told him what had taken place and he agreed with me but said we needed to speak with the general manager and so I did and told him what happened, he also agreed but said we need to speak with the service manager. When the service manager got there I to him what was going on and he called me a trouble maker pointed his fingers in my face and basically tried bullying me, things got a little crazy after that and had to leave. I've been saving for over 8 years and had cash on hand for a custom-built Subaru. It took days to even get a response back and it was in text form. For a $30,000+ purchase, I expect a more professional experience and treated with more respect than I'd receive waiting to hear back from my order at McDonalds. This felt like a complete slap in the face and made me feel worthless. Why waste money and provide a cut to a dealership for minimal effort and being disrespected? Traveling from Santa Fe NM to Kansas City returning from a road trip, discovered abnormal uneven wear on front tires. Stopped by to see if they could look at it-wouldn't. They don't stock tires I was told. Ok fine, but I don't think they are wearing right so why put on new tires if the problem causing the wear isn't remedied. Head down the street they do it all is what I was told. Bought new set of tires from the shop down the road and they said they do t do the alignment. Went back to gmc showed attached pic to the service department still wouldn't look at it just to make sure alignment was within spec. What a joke. You'd think they would care that a GMC owner in a jam would hold more value to them. This is a two year old truck (Sierra) purchased new btw. Stay away from this service department they do not care about your safety or satisfaction at all. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Morehart. After my collision I initially took it to Honda and they completely mis diagnosed my car and sent me on my way after a $700 bill. Morehart determined the problem quickly and made sure I stayed safe by deeming my vehicle undrivable. They kept in touch the whole way through the process of claims/insurance, drove me home while they worked on my car and remained professional and kind the whole way through. Anthony especially really cares about his customers and really fought for me to get the best replacement parts possible. My car was returned to me back in alignment and drives great, they even washed the car before returning it and went above and beyond taking my car to get the tires replaced while they had it so that I wouldn't need to get two wheel alignment in a row as bald tires were the main reason I had gotten myself into the accident in the first place. Really just a great company especially Anthony who took great care with my car. Even little details, like locking my glove compartment and my car while it was in their lot waiting to be worked on. When my TPMS light came on a few weeks later, they invited me back to take a look at it. read more

my truck had been in this shop for a couple of weeks to have some engine work done and a few other Maintainence items done , the engine work involved removing the exhaust manifold and head. a day or two after picking up my truck from shop my truck start making a new engine noise so I called the dealer and spoke with the service writer Aaron, Aaron told me to swing by at some point in the next couple of days so his tech could listen to it and give him a call when I could. I attempted several calls but was unable to reach Aaron. I then decided to get under my truck and see if I could locate where the noise was coming from and I thought I had, there is a spot where two pieces of exhaust pipe connect and they didn't have a tight fit or weld. I decided to take my truck to the local muffler shop. the muffler shop made me an appointee for the following friday to get it welded. I kept the appointment and got that fixed but my truck still made the same noise. The guy at the muffler shop told me that my exhaust manifold gaskets were leaking and needed to be replace, I told that they were just replaced the previous year with new manifolds, gaskets and bolts. After give the situation a little thought I called the service Aaron at Morhart Murphy and was able to speak with him. I told Aaron that my exhaust manifold was leaking and asked him if when they did the engine work if they had removed the exhaust manifold and head and said that if they that they were probably responsible for fixing my new exhaust leak, Aaron replied that I was accusing his tech of something and I said no I'm not accusing anyone of anything and just figur out what took place to cause my leak. Aaron said he need to talk to his tech and find out the procedures he used. Aaron was gone for about two minutes and then returned and said that his tech did not remove the head and exhaust manifold to do the work( it says right on my receipt that they removed the exhaust manifold and head). I got off the phone with Aaron and went and retrieved my receipt form my residence and brought it to the dealership, once I was inside the dealership, I first met with the salesman that sold me my truck and the finance manager who I had known from past dealing at the dealership, we went into the finance managers office and I told them my story. the finance manager and salesman both agreed that I was being treated very poorly and wanted to get the general manager involved. the finance manager got a hold of the general manager and i went into the general managers office and told him my story, he also agreed with me but said that we needed to get the service manager involved and so he got ahold of the service manager who showed up a minute or two later at the office we were in. i told the service manager what was going on and he told me that they removed the head and manifold together as one pice and did not separate them, i had previously called a few shops to inquire about the procedures that are typically used to do the same work that was done on my truck every shop said that they remove they exhaust manifold and then the head. I said ok really or something to that affect, the service manager then had his fingers shaking in my face and tell me I am a trouble maker And telling me to never say that his service writer was laying , yes at that point i got a little loud and things went sideways and no the general manager did not say a word in my defense or interviene in what was taking place between me and the others . im sure that many people have had good experiences with this dealership and service center but it's when things go a little bad that Customer service goes out the window along with ethics and integrity. read more

Her dream car was of course a Subaru, so after making one phone call to the dealership, Jonathan Griego in Sales, and Nickie Mestas in Finance made our buying experience so easy and hasslefree. Being that I live in California, I had to do all the paperwork via FedEx. Honestly, it was the easiest buying/leasing experience I have ever had, and I have purchased well over 40 cars in my life. These folks treated me with the utmost professionalism and respect, and made my daughter feel very comfortable and welcome. Bought a new Wrangler Rubicon snd proceeded to hit a deer in the first week. Had M-M body shop do an estimate, insurance approved. Call when pArts were in, scheduled a date, and stopped it off. Dwayne went out of his way to get me to the airport to pickup my rental car. When my Jeep was dine he did the same. Super easy to deal with. And you can't tell I ever took out that poor deer. Carmax Santa Fe sold me a 2011 Subaru. Still paying it off 14 months later, I took it in for 60k service to Murphy Morehart in Durango. Where they discovered that it needed a new engine. Tim, the customer service rep, liaisoned with the Carmax warranty and kept me informed as he calmly got everything the car needed, as covered by the warranty. I never had to do a thing. My next trip to Murphy was to pick up my car, good as new. They even gave our dog a Subaru Forester Squeak toy! We have a 2017 Outback and a deer ran into the side of the car at about 45 mph and right over the top so we need body work. The damage was not that bad but still needed some help. It seemed to take a little longer than we were told. Probably parts but the work was excellent and the crew was helpful. Second visit the rear latch acted up and we were right across the street so we stopped in with out an appointment. Ben in service went out of his way to help us get on the road. We needed a new latch assembly which was not in stock so they snatched one out of a new car and got us going. Nice folks can't thank you enough. read more

I was insulted, threatened to have my car put in the dumpster if I did not pay, charged 650$ for the motor to be removed and replaced, even though they did not touch the engine and I was told that I could not do some of the work myself which was a lie. It started off with the body shop manager telling me that I should just "get rid of the car". It seemed like he did not even want to touch my 05 STI. After going in a few times, even though I felt unwelcome, I finally decided to bring the vehicle in because I wanted it done professionally. I was given a quote for about $3,000 to replace the front end and straighten the frame. I asked if part of it was something I could do myself and was told no because the motor had to be removed. I could have removed the motor myself to save the 700$ i was told it would cost. I decided to let Subaru do this to save myself the time and have the confidence of it being done by "the pros" We had a few parts that we had already purchased and was lectured about how "you don't take your food to the restaurant and ask them to cook it for you" I can respect that but I felt like I had upset them so much that I decided to make cookies and bring them in to make peace. Long story short, I brought in my previously purchased parts, got a bid and was told I would be called when it was done. I had to pay up front, which was fine, but I wonder if they tell all the customers that if you don't pay for your body work then they will "take a forklift and put your car in the dumpster". I had done nothing to make them think I could not pay. My family owned a car, boat and plane dealership and they are telling me to contact my attorney and deal with Subaru Corporate directly. I decided to give them a chance to rectify this first. I can deal with being insulted, but being charged $650 to "remove and replace" the engine, later finding out that they never touched the engine is unacceptable, shady and downright thievery. I know they did not touch the engine because the bolts are still covered in mud, their are cobwebs between the motor and frame and when I last put the motor in I was not able to get one of the bolts to seat perfectly. When I went to pick up the car, I saw that the bumper was hanging down a bit on one side. This was fixed by a $16 part that I just went in purchased and installed myself because I did not want to have to deal with them again. When I went in to buy the part the manager laughed. He didn't ask how the car was or if I was happy with the service. He just laughed when he saw me as I walked by. Not only am I upset about being charged $650 for work that was never done and being disrespected but I am doubting the quality of the work they did do and asking myself if some of the work that they did charge me for was ever even done or done properly. I own a business in this town and do right by people. The people and businesses in this town are my community and I do whatever it takes to have integrity in my dealings, to treat people with respect and give people the benefit of the doubt. Morehart Murphy Subaru as of now has failed me and I would strongly deter anyone from doing business with them unless they can rectify this mess. read more

This is why I'm happy to make the trip over from Pagosa Springs to Durango to have any service done on my Crosstrek. I bought my first Subaru Outback from Morehart in 1995-6...these are tough times for auto dealerships, and I'm glad to support Morehart Murphy. read more

This is a review for the service center. Like most people I have a deep suspicion of mechanics. I have had too many experiences with shoddy work or (most commonly) being charged for repairs I'm not sure were necessary. I recently moved to Durango from SF, where I had the same mechanic for the last ten years, someone who was intelligent, highly capable, and time and again proved himself scrupulously honest. In fact his service business has hundreds of Yelp reviews and five stars! How is that even possible!? So, I was pretty anxious bringing my beloved Ram 1500 EcoDiesel into an unknown service department with no Yelp presence whatsoever. I was rehearsing my push-back for when they began to tell me the numerous things they discovered needing repair. My truck is only a bit more than a year old and I treat it or a baby, so I know the likelihood of anything being wrong close to nil. So I was much relieved when they found nothing to charge me for beyond the basic maintenance I brought it in for. Folks were very nice, seemed reasonably knowledgeable, and appear to be honest. What more can you ask of a mechanic- aside from being my guy back at Golden Gate Jeep in SF who is straight tens on all points. Seriously, I'd drive the 1,500 miles just to go to that mechanic. I'll update if things change, but right now my impression is that Morrhart Murphy service center is legit, capable, and honest. read more

Lindell Chee is a truly awesome car salesman. He is super willing and will help you as he did my get my dream. They aren't about just making the sale but about earning a long term customer. Also their GM service dept is amazing. I have taken 3 of my vehicles there to receive above expected service. The techs are knowledgeable friendly, fast and willing to help you keep your car in top form. Very impressed with the service department,took care of our oil leaks and was able to get home close to our scheduled time. Their prices are generally higher than Denver dealerships. The salesman called me to check in and once I said I was able to get a better price at another dealership, his tone completely changed; he was SO rude to me on the phone and then hung up on me! He said after all the help they gave me, thanks for not giving them a chance and going elsewhere. I did give them a chance, for 2 years! They weren't able to match Denver prices and although I'd prefer to buy locally, I'm not willing to go $5k over budget for the same car! read more

Terrible service department. First of all let me say I will never buy a Dodge Ram again. It has been in this shop at least a dozen times. Sometimes 4 times for the same issue. My 2016 with 40k miles has had the 4x4 went out 3 times in one week before it was fixed. My transmission had to be taken back several times. They have had to fix my driver side window 3 times. My latest issue was, a warning light that told me to get the air suspension fixed. After sitting there 3 hours I was told to the computers were down and I could bring my truck back tomorrow. I live an hour away. You don't feel like you are in the Dodge family there. If you didn't buy your vehicle from there lot, they complain about doing your warranty work or giving you a loaner car. After complaining to the owner I was told "vehicles are like people, some die at birth, and some live to 100" I would think at that point he would have tried to put me in a new car or jeep. But he was just a jerk. Poor service from Erin, Annette and Pat the lying service manager. Out of the 3, Erin was the cause for all the drama. He should get some customer service skills. Like in fast food Pat's complaint to the owner was that he had to deal with me the last 4 times I came in. That's called doing your job Pat! I first called him to complain about the customer service I had received. Then that my transmission problem couldn't be found. If you have to deal with these 3 or their ring leader.
