    Scott R.

I recently had some engine work done by the service center on the Chrysler side of the auto center, the work that they did included removing the exhaust manifold and cylinder head. After the repairs were completed I picked up my truck I noticed a new noise and called the morhart Murphy Chrysler service center and talked to the service writer Aaron and told him about the new noise. The service writer told me to run back by the shop when I had a chance and to let him know when i would be there, I made a few attempts calling the service write over a couple day period but was unable to reach him. That weekend I got under my truck and noticed that that where two exhaust pipes came together was loose and figured that was my problem so I made an appointment with the local muffler shop. The following Friday I went to my appointment and they welded the pipes together but unfortunately that was not the problem, the problem was that my exhaust manifold gasket was leaking . Thinking about the work that was just done at Morhart Murphy I decided to call the service writer back and let him know that if in fact my exhaust gasket was the leak that they would be responsible for fixing it sense they were they had removed the removed the manifold, the service writer asked his tech what the procedure was that he used to fix my engine tapits. The service writer got an attitude and said I was accusing his tech of doing bad work which was not my intention at all, I know that sometimes things happen and that's life. After the service writer returned from talking to the tech he told me the the tech did not remove the exhaust manifold or cylinder head ( it says right on my receipt that they removed the cylinder head and exhaust manifold.. I brought my receipt to the auto center and first met with the financie manager that I knew from previous visits , I told him what had taken place and he agreed with me but said we needed to speak with the general manager and so I did and told him what happened, he also agreed but said we need to speak with the service manager. When the service manager got there I to him what was going on and he called me a trouble maker pointed his fingers in my face and basically tried bullying me, things got a little crazy after that and had to leave. Sample claims court will be my next stop.....

We normally buy new, but Subaru discontinued the manual transmission and CVTs are a no go for us. We really appreciated Precision Imports making this a painless and comfortable experience. The car we bought was a good find. Low mileage, very good condition, and turn key.

I was not offered or recommended a warranty, which was a bad decision on my part. As soon as I drove that lemon Range Rover off the lot is when the nightmare began. Brakes were squeaking at every stop, check engine light came on less than 2 weeks of driving it. A huge hole was in the engine and oil went all over my driveway and the car. It wasn't drivable. On and on the problems, until it finally broke down completely after repeated failed attempts to fix it as this dealership. The dealer told me he had the best mechanic in town. The car was towed to another repair shop and the bad news just got worse. The timing chain broke and when it did, it did a number on the rest of the car. I was told it was going to cost $7k to fix it. The dealer basically told me it wasn't his problem. But the car clearly was not inspected when he took it in because when I researched that issue, it was clear what was going on. Immediately after I bought it, it was right back in his mechanics hands and clearly he didn't look at it or is not experienced. I bought the car at the end of July 2022 and it took over 3 months to get fixed and ended up costing over $8k. The repair shop informed me that my car was not the first car that dealer has brought into them with the same issues. The owner of this business is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered, was screaming at me on his lot and followed it up by a nasty text message. Stay away from this place!!

The replacements seem to have moved here to work for the dealership. The laid-back community feeling of the dealership and the desire to be helpful are long gone. Instead it feels chaotic and high-pressure. I had over ten years experience with this dealership and always felt as if I was among friends. Very sad.

This is FAIR WARNING to anyone looking to do business with Stephanie Morris Nissan of Durango…read more I've purchased 3 Nissans from this dealership. On 6/24/22, I had the occasion to trade-in a Nissan on a purchase. I thought everything was fine until I started getting calls from Nissan Acceptance asking for payment on the traded-in vehicle. I told them Durango Nissan owns that vehicle as of 6/24/22. Well, not according to THEIR records. They say I own the vehicle and I'm responsible for the payments. There's no way I can make 2 monthly car payments. I called Durango Nissan and was directed to speak to Warren (Finance). Warren said everything was fine and Nissan Acceptance would be paid soon. When I later call Nissan Acceptance, they've not heard anything from the dealership and I still owe the money. Over the next 2 months, I make 8 visits to Durango Nissan and 18 phone calls to Nissan Acceptance, trying to resolve this issue. On Friday, 9/9/22, Nissan Acceptance gives me an ultimatum. Either they receive the money in 4 days or I'm going to collections. I call Durango Nissan and I'm told if I really want this resolved, I should talk to the owner (at the dealership for the day), so I come in and speak to Chad Morris (owner). He gives me a tongue lashing the likes of which I haven't had in 25 years. He states the issue has been dealt with. No, I cannot have a receipt as no such thing exists. I should just trust him when he says I won't be sent to collections (*really???*). Turns out Warren's log-in was incorrect, so my trade-in was never "grounded." Has EVERY trade-in since 6/24/22 not been "grounded?" How many other people are going to go through this NIGHTMARE due to dealership error? I'm now waiting for Monday, to see if I've been sent to collections. BUYER BEWARE. You want a Nissan? Drive to Farmington. Leah H Nissan owner

Only the threat of taking my business to auto zone made them self aware and slightly helpful. An American flag stood at the doorway moving with the slight wind, displaying everyone that this place is an American favored business. I came in for a simple tail light replacement bulb. In the low level lighting and overcrowded shelves, I found the light bulb that I needed fault quickly. Upon confronting an employee to purchase, an anorexic female with clothing that seemed two sizes two big immediately informed me that she was not at the counter, I looked left and another employee was looking online at the computer screen, I looked right and saw another fumbling thru a thick booklet admiring the colourful pictures, a third employee was actually assisting a customer. The only other customer that was inside at the time. "I'll bet Auto Zone has better customer service" I announced to the crowd, they all stopped and stared except for the anorexic woman who blindly carried on doing nothing and trying in vain to avoid eye contact. Finally the online looker rudely aghast a breath and checked out the part I picked out. "Debt or credit" she said, i replied with "debt please" she ran it as credit. As I walked outside, the same flag stood at the doorway announcing that this is what America now has to offer. Ugh..
