The local mechanic recorded the transmission being 2.5 quarts short on transmission fluid. $900 and weeks of getting the run around later, I'm still driving on this broken transmission. Now i have three cracks in three directions soreading across the entire windshield. Their response ," sometimes these things hapoen" They are taking no responsibility for the damage or financial. The waiting room is cleanly and offers WiFi, drinks, and popcorn. There is always a coupon online for about $5 off an oil change, plus they vacuum your car and give you a free car wash! They have guarantee that your car will only sit in the bay for 20 min during the oil change, if it goes over you can save another couple of bucks. When my car would not start one of the staff members even came out and helped me out.... seriously the staff goes above and beyond here. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any a business ever. They Cracked my transfer case with an air hammer trying to get a stripped plug out of it for a fluid change. They covered the cracked area of the case in silicone and never mentioned it cracked. When I was leaving I looked under the truck and found the silicone. I asked why they put silicone on it and they said in case of a leak. I had them scrape it off and expose the cracks and they eventually after a lot of back and forth admitted to cracking it. They said would replace the broken half of the case. It took me three months of calls and texts to get them to finally keep their word. They then got the cheapest used part they could find and refused to replace the whole case. Everyone makes mistakes but these guys lied and tried to cover it up. read more

Their automatic car wash must have been bought used from a car wash that went bankrupt in the 90s. For $12 all of the dirt had better come off. Nope. Streaked windows, and brush marks. Plus the key pad doesn't really work and you have to get out of your car and find someone to help take your payment. read more

A very "good" experience with a caveat. I was greeted by a very pleasant young man who asked me what I needed and ran me through their various oil changes and pricing. I opted for the synthetic blend to get some extra mileage out of the new oil. I also requested a new battery. I asked how many months the battery was good for before agreeing to it and was told "usually 72 months". Boy was that inaccurate. After paying and then reading the battery life on the bill it was listed at 2 years. I am not very pleased with this at all. Now I have to get a battery in two years, rather than the usual 72 months (6 years). For a little bit more I could have paid for a 72 month battery elsewhere. I feel I was mislead. So, will I go for an oil change in the future? Maybe. Will I ever get a battery exchanged here again? Definitely not. Buyer beware what you are paying for. I thought with the extensive information I was given about my oil change options that the individual who sold me the services was well versed in what they offered and the battery required no further scrutiny. Top-off service not available at all locations! Service in Durango was exceptable but the price was high. I told the attendants that they didn't need to check either air filter as I had new ones at home I was going to install - well here they come out to show me the dirty filters - wasting my time and theirs. One thing I was interested in was the top-off service between oil changes. I assume it works locally but now I'm in Denver for a month and the first Grease Monkey I go to says there is a $10 bay fee because they are a franchise operation. Searched the GM website to see if it would tell who I might be able to go to but no luck. My wife needed an oil change on her car and I told her to go to the dealer - it was less expensive (gives you an idea of GM cost). I will not go back read more

Wow! This place knows customer service! Businesses should take a lesson. Courteous, swift, thorough service. With your oil change you get your fluids checked and topped off, tire pressure taken care of, car vaccumed, and a complimentary car wash! They keep you informed of what they found while servicing your vehicle with no deception or pressure to add something else to your bill. While waiting which was less than 30 minutes they offer free soda, coffee, water, candy, and popcorn. While all of the employees are friendly Ted (the golden retriever) is the best! I think he might be the manager. He greets you at the door, checks in on customers waiting, and supervises the staff in the service area :) Go Ted! When leaving I found a flower on my dash. Hands down the slowest location I've been to (1:20 total elapsed time). Watched my car get swapped with another and bumped back in the line - I couldn't believe it. Other people arrived AND left before they brought out my filter and recommendations, much less before they were done. I was also told it was vacuumed and it definitely was not. The entire point of paying for an oil change is the time saving and convenience. The guy gave me 10$ off for the wait, but that certainly wasn't worth the wait or that they bumped me back. Dont take your car there it goes in nice n new n comes out falling apart. I took my 2015 Hyundai Elantra in for oil change paid for the top dollar treatment.
