Called them up in the am and asked if need to make appt n appointment & was told come on down, 1st come 1st served & was there in half hour and was 3rd in line :-) Got to chill under shade tree in the outdoor waiting area (there is an inside waiting area with coffee & such) but who wants to be inside on a beautiful day?! Mike & Ron will get ya takin care of with a smile! AND they left me a carnation on the dash!!

Yep, it's spreading across the windshield and in 3 directions. They are taking no responsibility for their actions or financial.

So, a botch small chip repair from a few months back. They said yhey could repair it. Signed nothing and never warned. Now i have three cracks in three directions soreading across the entire windshield. Their response ," sometimes these things hapoen" They are taking no responsibility for the damage or financial. They offered to reemburse me for the price i paid for the rock chip repair. Hmmmm $39 instead of $350 windshield. Might have to rake them to small claims court.

    The times kept changing.

Worst ever. N hour to get my car in bay. Dont know how that happened. They said they were training a new guy but there were so many workers in there. There were only three cars, including mine when i got here. Could have told me it would take a long time to get into the bay. A couple of cars left.

There is always a coupon online for about $5 off an oil change, plus they vacuum your car and give you a free car wash!

Edit: Phil called in response to my review. See the attached invoice. I had already replaced the camshaft position sensor (a ten minute job), which was new. This did not resolve the code, which indicated the connection was intermittent. I had tested the connector with a multimeter, which indicated there was a bad connection at the connector. This was communicated to the service manager when I dropped off the vehicle. The technician stated that there was a broken tab on the camshaft position sensor, and they replaced the brand new part I had just installed. See the attached photo. That the tab could be broken without being filed off is highly suspect. It's a durable part. That the relatively fragile connector was damaged is more credible. In my opinion, as stated to the service manager, it was obviously the part that needed to be replaced. They replaced the connector, which again, I had communicated was the likely issue. They claim to have paid $110 for this part that I can purchase at Napa for $26. So in summary, I paid $685 to have them swap out a $26 connector. I can only conclude they're either dishonest or incompetent. Edit 2: Well Phil, now you're just outright lying. You did not show me the new camshaft position sensor you removed and replaced. Your technician did not perform any diagnostics, and ignored the diagnostic information I provided to you in advance. He just started swapping parts, AND overcharging for the time spent. Even if the sensor needed to be replaced, a $40 part that takes ten minutes to install, to charge me $685 is absurd.
