I knew $65 wasn't accurate but $125 was reasonable seeing that Ram charges $130 but couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. I went to the appointment this morning & the guy checking me in told me that it would be $245 for the oil change. I'm not sure what there labor rate is but I've never heard of a $245 oil change. On my way home I stopped at the Marathon gas station next to Ford & they did the oil change in under 10 minutes for $99. They were super nice & did a great job. Obviously you couldn't pay me to go back to America's Auto & Tire ever again!

They were then able to assure me the light came on due to mountain altitude/thin air. (meanwhile I stopped by a muffler and brake shop and was told they could get me in NEXT Monday). When I returned, CJ got my van in as promised, diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and had me out the door shortly after 5:30 and the price was entirely reasonable. I worked from the waiting room via their free wifi and over the course of the day overheard the way CJ treated his customers... always with respect and honesty. I heard him say, "You don't owe me anything for checking it out, just bring it back when it has something that needs to be fixed." That is how you build a great customer base.
