Post-pothole...as we continued down the main drag at 15 miles per hour the tire pressure was depleting fast. We make a quick u-turn and headed back outta town to the Shell Station. When we finally made it we were at 9 psi...yikes! At first my hubby contemplated replacing the tire on his own, but we've got AAA Roadside Assistance so why not make due on our membership. AAA dispatched a tech from Telluride Roadrunner that was finishing a job in Norwood and said he'd be in T-ride in about 45 minutes. When our tech David arrived...he got that spare tire on in record time!!! Seriously, it took him maybe 10 minutes tops to replace it! Southwest towing arrived 15 minutes earlier than requested and was able to maneuver the truck on to a flatbed from a perpendicular position. I forgot to ask the name of the very personable tow guy but he was an expert at his job and he even dropped my key off in the lock box at the repair place so I didn't have to drive over there. 5 stars. Excellent price. It cost less for this tow than it cost to have my truck pulled 10 feet out of the mud in my driveway, and there was much more time involved with this one.
