Southwest towing arrived 15 minutes earlier than requested and was able to maneuver the truck on to a flatbed from a perpendicular position. I forgot to ask the name of the very personable tow guy but he was an expert at his job and he even dropped my key off in the lock box at the repair place so I didn't have to drive over there. 5 stars.
