Warranty parts are hard to return especially if you dont have the receipt. This store made it right and helped me out anyways. Thanks Ryan.

Great staff and service! Price for an 87 land cruiser starter was close to what I could get off the net and they had it for me the next day.

The dude in there (not Paul but the other guy, Paul is awesome) was incredibly unhelpful. First he asked if it was raining, which it was a little. He told me he can't take the equipment out in the rain. I asked if he could if I held an umbrella. He said yes, grabbed the tool and followed me out to my car. I popped the hood, he checked the battery, showed me the screen that said "low charge" and told me it just needs a charge and that I should drive it around. My dude, I drive my car around all the time! He did not check to see if it was an alternator problem or what the charge is when the car is running, starting, or any other diagnostics. My husband, who is traveling, walked me through checking whether it's a battery or alternator problem using his DCV reader at home. We discovered it is the battery and that I need a new one. The next morning my car would not start again, so I jumped it and took it back hoping it was a different guy there this time. It was, so I asked him to replace my battery and had to spend 5 minutes convincing them that it's definitely the battery and even then the guy didn't want to do the install because he didn't know how to reset the computer. I told him I've taken the same car to Auto Zone before and they did the job with no problems. Finally I said, "I'm spending this money somewhere today; either here or there. If you don't want to do it I'll need a jump to go spend my money there." He finally agreed to change the battery. During the install he complained about not getting paid extra for installing the battery. At the end he held his hand out and said, "$80." I shook his hand and said, "how about a firm handshake for doing your job?" Seriously, the complete lack of help at this place is astounding!

After asking for help 3 out of the 4 didn't even bother to look up. Got my part and left. Came back a few hours latter with the core, big surprises when I was met with the same poor service. Return the core was a major hassle as the employee appeared to have no clue what he was doing. Nobody had a uniform on or name tag so forget knowing who you're talking to. The store is a disaster with merchandise laying everywhere. I even noticed they had to post a disclaimer stating that the prices on the products may not be the actual price. I will never go back, 27yr resident of the area.

Only the threat of taking my business to auto zone made them self aware and slightly helpful. An American flag stood at the doorway moving with the slight wind, displaying everyone that this place is an American favored business. I came in for a simple tail light replacement bulb. In the low level lighting and overcrowded shelves, I found the light bulb that I needed fault quickly. Upon confronting an employee to purchase, an anorexic female with clothing that seemed two sizes two big immediately informed me that she was not at the counter, I looked left and another employee was looking online at the computer screen, I looked right and saw another fumbling thru a thick booklet admiring the colourful pictures, a third employee was actually assisting a customer. The only other customer that was inside at the time. "I'll bet Auto Zone has better customer service" I announced to the crowd, they all stopped and stared except for the anorexic woman who blindly carried on doing nothing and trying in vain to avoid eye contact. Finally the online looker rudely aghast a breath and checked out the part I picked out. "Debt or credit" she said, i replied with "debt please" she ran it as credit. As I walked outside, the same flag stood at the doorway announcing that this is what America now has to offer. Ugh..
