We recently moved to the area and Moran's Grill is my new favorite place! They have a vast menu, including everything from lighter salads and wraps to greasy burgers, fries and pastas. The ambience was very casual and the TVs were playing sports. I can't remember our server's name but he did good, and made sure to keep our drinks topped off. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad and a side of waffle fries which were 10/10! The Chicken Caesar Wrap and sweet potato fries my partner ordered were also delicious. This is a good place to have a hearty meal in a relaxed place!! They have a ton of seating and rooms for large parties. I also loved that they have a salad bar. They have a full menu with a little bit of everything. Good selection of wings, pizzas, calzones, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, and appetizers. My gluten free pesto chicken pizza was crispy and cheesy. The wings were double dipped and charred. It was hard to finish our meal because we scarfed down the amazing pork burnt end nachos!! I highly recommend them; they're cheesy, meaty, and spicy. Prices were very fair. They have a great drink menu and brunch selection. The margaritas were extremely sweet. We ordered the special and it was very deceiving! There were 2 specials and one price so when we got our bill it was twice the amount than we thought it would be! The waitress was very nice but didn't go over the special very well so she had another gal come over to explain it. Still no price was mentioned! I got the pepperoni pizza and it was delicious! Usually I steer away from eating too much crust but it was perfect on this pizza it had me enjoying it! My girlfriend ordered a patty melt which she really enjoyed, and I tried a bite and it was very good! We shared the cheese curds and they were just the perfect amount of crispy and cooked just right! We were seated right away and a server came to our table within minutes and got us started right away. Moran's was pretty good! The inside is pretty typical sports bar vibe. Service was really nice and attentive. I started with a bloody mary and theirs was good- not spicy, so perfect for me, but i will say it was pretty strong. We got cheese curds for our appetizer and those were some really good curds, the breading was light but super crispy! I got the patty melt with fries. The patty melt was good, could've used more cheese in my opinion. The fries were a bit soggy, i would've enjoyed them more if they were crispier. My boyfriend got a pepperoni pizza and that was GOOD! It was so HOT outside but trust me when I say it was COLD in here We met with friends and they were running late, our waitress was so patient with us to place our order. I didn't feel rushed. We had a pepperoni pizza which was really loaded with cheese and pepperoni! Their crust is crisp not soggy which keeps us coming back for more. Solid Sunday lunch at Moran's. We were in the neighborhood (it's far from home) and I went with my son to watch a football game. I had a BBQ burger, very good, not out-of-the-park great. Crinkle fries were good. My son had mac and cheese and was disappointed it had actual shredded cheddar added. I don't fault Moran's for that. He had a coke and the refill was free. I liked that. Service was good. Another table had ordered the All Time Loaded Nachos, and those looked really good and really big. I'm going to have to figure out an excuse to go back and try those. read more

That Reuben Melt yall... heard a LOT of excellent things. Chunks of corned beef (definitely not the thin stripes had in the past from a few other Reuben's), perfect ratio between sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. Bread was NOT soggy (that s*it matters!) and although the fries reminded me of Runzas (which, no shame... if they're XTRA KRISPEE sign me up!! And why did Ketchup taste so darn good tonight??? Snagged the Wednesday dinner deal of Country Fried Chicken with corn and mashed potatoes. Firstly, we did the double (leftovers!) which means double chicken, single servings of the sides. The chicken was a bit of a different texture for me; I am only "assuming" it's not tenderized (?) or maybe it is (?)... and by that I mean it's slender - yet wide - piece of chicken boob, and slightly tough. YALL... their patio faces east, so come summer, leave your fans, umbrellas, umbrella drinks and ice cubes at home... THEYVE GOT YOU COVERED! We REALLY wanted to try Heavenly Waffles's dessert with ice cream, but they were out of the goods. I adore waffles so we'll definitely be back for that oh so heavenly one. read more

I don't have enough space to write about all the good things about Morans! The service is always top notch everytime I go. There are TVs everywhere to watch any game that you want. They have an incredible selection of margaritas that you could request including a margarita flight.I always get their pepperoni pizza and it's safe to say that it's my favorite pizza in all of Omaha. I wanted to love this place. Reviews seemed good, photos online made it look good. I was disappointed. The food was just ok. Nothing was really good. Most disappointing was the kids meal and the burger. 7$ for a bowl of kraft Mac and cheese that was bone dry, and cold was not a good look. There was shredded cheese on top that didn't even start melting because it was cold. The burger was dry and honestly tasted and felt like a premade patty, Atmosphere was nice, actually really liked it when we first arrived but that feeling was soon gone.next issue I had was service. Our server was not very attentive nor helpful. My water cup was dry 2 times and he was non existent once the food came. He was sitting in a corner wrapping silverware, we had to find him to get our check. Overall not very pleased. Not sure I would give it another go. read more

Surprised I hadn't reviewed Moran's yet! We go here probably once a month. It's a great sports bar type restaurant BUT with so many more food and drink options, AND kid friendly. The pizza is seriously 10/10, always great and I'm not a crust person but always find myself eating and enjoying their crust. My picture of the sweet potato fries, don't do them justice, they usually are nice and orange and not as burnt in my picture! I LOVED that the Blue Cheese burger had the crumbles of blue cheese and not the sauce. There's always plenty of tables to choose from, usually about half full restaurant every time we have been in. Food always comes out hot, quick, and correct! They have seating inside & outside on the patio, and do have a private room for parties! This place is pretty good. When they do something right, they really do it right. When they do something mediocre, they absolutely do it mediocre. We ordered 3 appetizers... Jalapeño poppers (amazing!!!), mozzarella sticks (mediocre at best) and pickle spears (sooooo good). I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and added blue cheese crumbles and it was fabulous! My husband got the Moran's a burger and he said it was just okay. The burger itself really packed seasoning. Our friends ordered pizza and they loved it. The service was mediocre. But the thing that really made me mad and not want to go back was the extra 3% service fee that they added to all credit card transactions. Mind you, they don't tell you this when giving you the check, you just all of the sudden see it when they bring you the slip to sign and tip. I know how those services work and I'm not okay with a company that passes their extra costs on to their customers. And not tell them ahead of time! read more

I ordered the Chicken Alfredo Penne Pasta with Blackened Chicken. The waitress repeated my order, "Chicken Alfredo Penne Pasta blended." (WHAT?!) It reiterated "blackened," and thankfully, that's what I received. It was just okay though - the chicken was rubbery and the Alfredo was bland. I met my husband for lunch yesterday and ordered the California wrap. They were busy with a going away from what I could tell. We sat at the bar, and ordered fairly quickly since I only get 45 minutes for lunch. We received our food around 20 minutes later so I had to pack my food to go. My wrap was very good and loaded. Birthday dinner craving wings! With Everretts closed on Mondays we gave Morans a shot. They did not disappoint. Open seating and patio seating for those good weather days. Vibe is definitely a good game day one or even just a family outing. Nestled in Twin Creek there's ample parking. Our server was so sweet and on top of everything. I got the mango margarita with Oso mix and tajin on the rim; I think it might have tested better blended but it was good. The calamari was fresh and so good! The Morans sauce it comes with is perfectly paired. Fries were nice and crispy; while the mozzarella sticks were just right and so cheesy. I live for the garlic parmesan and it didn't let me down. All of the wings were saucy and crisp while still being moist and flavorful. The mango habanero tasted like candy then hits you with the heat! The teriyaki was nice, sweet and savory. The lava cake was fresh moist and delicious. The triple chocolate was creamy and delightful. Overall will definitely be back to try other items. Certainly a hit on wing days! read more

Met my wife for dinner on April 2nd. Service was excellent and the food was ok. It wasn't busy so we were sat right away. Our server was very friendly and attentive visiting often to ensure our drinks were full and asking if we needed anything. I had the Chicken Caesar Salad. It was a pretty big serving, the greens were fresh, and overall it tasted really good. The only negative was the chicken seemed overcooked and rubbery. Perhaps precooked and reheated. It's hard to explain but it wasn't tender, just ok. Wife had the French Dip and thought it was ok but would probably try something different next time. On a diners, drive-ins, and dives scale, I'd put this in the diner category. It was clean and quiet, but not a fancy place if that's what someone is looking for. You can choose from sandwiches, burgers, wings, calzones, wraps, pizza, pasta and even waffles. Bookguy had a steak dinner with mashed potatoes and corn, all of which he thought was delicious. I had the mac and cheese which was tasty but had too much fat or greasy something at the end. It was especially noticeable in the takeaway box the next day. Whatever the fat source was had congealed in the container so I had to pry up the leftovers. Maybe it was cheese, I don't know. They also have beer and cocktails. There's a party room in the back for larger groups. It was a bit loud when we were there, but we'll no doubt go there another time. read more

A few times I've been here I've always sat the bar and chitchatted with the girls behind the bar. They always provide a great service and great tips on what I should order. My food is always turned out just like I requested, and the food has always tasted great in my opinion. I keep saying I'm gonna try their steak special but haven't yet. Their wraps and salads are usually my go to. The one thing that surprises me is their lack of beers on tap. If I hadn't had a group waiting for me I don't think I would have been helped very fast when I walked in I wasn't even greeted even though there were staff at the bar. It's a bit odd to have to walk the length building when there are 3 different doors. The building is spacious, it kind of reminded me of a buffet but from the online website when I was kind of expecting a classier restaurant... although the music bingo was fun and entertaining I had no clue what was going on for the first 25 minutes I was in there all I heard was loud music and My group basically had to scream at my server just for her to hear us, I found it odd that the server did not inform us of what was going on inside the restaurant that night. When they were around they were nice but not very friendly I felt like I was in a rushed line and I was the 500th person that night and they had no personality left. The food let's start there, The menu is deceiving 100% and after looking at the dessert reviews I'm glad I didn't order because it looked nothing like advertised. Since they had a good special going on a Monday night I ordered the wings sweet chili and garlic Parmesan order of 10 each, when the food did arrive I could tell they waited to serve the food after the whole group's meal was complete because my garlic Parmesan wings were cold The chili wings were lukewarm and not tossed the sauce was just poured over the top it left a puddle on my plate. I had also ordered waffle fries but those never came and thankfully they were not included on my bill. I had an appetizer of jalapeño poppers they were tasty, medium size and an OK amount for an appetizer. I'd really like to get this place a second chance but I know I'll have to wait and give them time to clean up, sharpen up their communication skills and perfect their menu. read more

MORANS grill is my top 3 "wing" places by far. The employees really do engage with you, especially the owners Julio and Andrea. And if there is a mistake it's fixed right away, but with the new location it's a lot more open and obviously a lot of more customers to attend to and staff to regulate but has never been a issue. And oh did I mention their wings and newly added item pizza? AMAZING! Had to eat some of my daughters pizza cause it was that good, and the DIABLO wings (charred buff, double dip) are phenomenal. The menu has such a good variety that you could take a picky eater and they would find something on the menu from tacos to pizza to burgers to salads! Stopped in for a late lunch on a weekday at the recently opened Moran's Grill in Twincreek located where Lansky's used to be. Staff are friendly and helpful with the menu. Menu is fairly diverse with something for everyone from burgers, wraps, plates, pizza and wings. Server said they were best known for their wings. I saw quite a few orders of wings coming out of the kitchen while I was there. I decided to try the fish and chips. Fish is Cod. Good crust on the fish, but not a whole lot of flavor. Fries were pretty plain and had no seasoning on them. Acceptable, but not something to go out of my way for. Portion is decent, but at $12.50 I think a bit overpriced for what you get. Menu prices may be a little high. Example is that 10 wings will cost you $13.75. Table service is available and there is bar seating as well. TV's throughout playing a variety of sports. Music playing in the background. Kind of loud even when there are not many people in the place. So, it is acceptable, but not necessarily my go to restaurant. read more

I went to Moran's for my first time yesterday. I ordered their nachos for an appetizer. They were very delicious and filling. Next was a Buffalo chicken pizza. It was good but not as good as the nachos but i think that is a personal preference. We got a 16 inch which was bigger than what I expected so plenty of leftovers. The waitress was very eager to serve us and was very patient, as well. I liked that she had a smile and was very kind while taking our order.
