Seated for 20 minutes, so we tried to order at the bar and the server said they'll be right with us. 20 minutes later, the server seated more groups and proceeded to serve them water and take their food orders without stopping by the table. read more

Disgusting!! I was so looking forward to eating a bowl of Pho after all the NOLA partying. It was the worst Pho I have EVER tasted. I got the beef. The broth tasted like water with a HINT of beef flavoring. NO Vietnamese spices that makes the flavor of pho..::what so EVER! I took two bites and asked the lady if she had tried it?? She was very nice and asked if I wanted something else. I said no and walked back down to shake shack! read more

MoPho - "The beef" pho - Vietnamese Near Me - Kenner, Louisiana

this is one of the worst pho places I have ever eaten at, this is not your traditional pho restaurant. I ordered a beef pho and it came out with four golf ball sized meatballs, the meat balls taste like they where cooked right out of the freezer. Service was fine they where nice The Ambiance is fine read more

Rude wait staff! I tried to purchase a non-alcoholic beverage and sit at a table. Was told I'm not welcome unless I purchase alcohol. Glad to know they're promoting alcoholism. It's understandable if you need to make a purchase to sit down but this policy is ridiculous. read more

For being airport food the pho is okay. But it's definitely no way near traditional pho. I would skip this place and just get fries somewhere. The service is really good tho. read more

This is not a place to hate, but definitely not a place to love. I ordered the vegetable pho with veggie broth and I must say the broth was good. The tofu and mushrooms and kale, not so much. I like my tofu fried or marinated or something and this is none of that. I swear the mushrooms were canned. And the kale wasn't even chopped, I had to pull it apart and it was chewy and not cooked. The eggplant was just weird. So basically, nothing but the broth was good. And the noodles were al dente for pho! On the flip side my waitress, LaTisha was nice. In fact, she was the only bright spot in this meal. read more

The service here is horrific. The wall is literally engraved with lettering saying you can order to go, but when I reached the front of the line I was told by a staff member that they do not accept to go orders. Bummer for an airport! read more

Good Pho for an airport. The server did a great job handling an understaffed restaurant.

We googled "Best food in the New Orleans airport" as we wanted to continue our tantalizing journey through this beautiful city on our way home. We were so excited to try MoPho and went straight to the restaurant. No greeting so I asked the waiter if we could seat ourselves and he replied "yes, but the table is dirty." I told him no problem, we were just starving and ready to order. He proceeded to stand in the corner with a handful of paperwork and ignore us. TWELVE minutes went by while there was only one person in the kitchen and this single waiter on the floor with his back to us. I called to him to ask if we could place our order and he answered, "Sure. In seven minutes" and went back to his paperwork, which he then stuffed into a banker's zip pouch and walked straight past us to the bar. MoPho, your food may be phenomenal but you need a better business model if you want to earn customers. This was a shameful way to treat anyone, especially folks trying to give you money! We will never, ever try your restaurant again. read more

I was to excited to see a restaurant serving PHO at the airport, however, the pho is no where near a Pho. broth is so bland, they added garlic to add "some" flavor but failed miserably. The meatball used was meant to be as an Italian meatball sandwich. The flavor doesn't blend well with the Pho. This is lower than McDonald's burger quality for Burger enthusiasts. Absolutely horrible Beef Pho! read more

Interesting place, fusion pho as it advertise. The appetizer queso was great. Good beer selection with full bar, and somewhat Vietnamese cuisine. Interesting menu items and beef pho was not bad. South of the city park, easy to get to. A tad pricey and the veggies were not the best, but must try place! read more

I love how vietnamese food is becoming more main stream and Mopho does a great job. This place seems constantly busy and finding a spot with luggage space may be hard Traditional Pho 4/5 - Pros -flavorful broth, can definitely taste the cinnamon and aromatics. -Homemade bo vien meatball was an interesting and welcoming addition to the pho. Much better than the over processed bo vien you typically find at other places. Cons -The sliced steak was a little thick and a little difficult to bite through. I prefer thinner slices but more quantity of steak. -Also smaller portions than typical but still filling. $12...about $2 more than other places but expected in an airport -no hoisin sauce visually available. Only saw sriracha Crispy wings 4/5 - Pros -Crispy, large meaty wings. -authentic caramelized fish sauce flavors. Cons -A little pricey at $15.40 for 6 wings. -Messy to eat but delicious Service was good despite being busy Menu listed I could add a crispy spring roll for $1 with my appetizer, but server said they were not honoring it. Strange for being a new restaurant Recommend everyone to try this place. Wish the menu had more traditional items like banh mi dac biet, or bun/com thit nuong. read more

This place is disgusting. Nothing about the "pho" was pho at all. Big slice of meat that is chewy, soup that tastes like the beef flavor pack out of a ramen package. Its honestly blasphemous this is considered vietnamese food. I'd be less pissed if it was called "beef-flavored noodle soup" instead of pho. The meatballs taste like someone grabbed a scoop of ground beef and threw it in boiling soup, which is not what "bo vien" is. read more

Simple, quick , yummy and great customer service! Not your typical Pho. It had a bit of a flare that is Americanised. Yummy especially for airport. read more

Airport food that's delicious and quick, love it! Took my order to go and it was ready within 8 minutes. Centrally located near Southwest Airlines gates, this is easy to grab before a flight or dine at their bar or tables. I went with the Veggie Pho (it's vegan). The broth was super flavorful and I was impressed with how many toppings and noodles were in my bowl. Definitely filling and worth the price. The veggie pho has mushrooms, roasted eggplant and kale. Genius toppings to elevate the veggie entree. I love that the new terminal has this vegan option! read more

I don't typically even leave yelp reviews, but the "pork belly" bowl I had here was nowhere near what pork belly even is. Quite terrible tasting, but I was starving before a flight so made myself eat. The rice was completely soaked with water and the pork was basically the cheapest bacon you could find in a grocery store and "cooked." They added chicken to the bowl I guess to add meat, but that's not what I ordered. Needless to say, after all the great food in New Orleans during my trip, finishing with this was NOT a good idea. The only positive is the staff seemed friendly. But spare yourself the time and just get a carry out sandwich somewhere else. read more

Very disappointed. The traditional pho has NO flavor. Tasted like hot water with oil and noodles. The meatballs have HUGE pieces of whole peppercorn that really hurt. I kept thinking I broke a tooth. The server was accommodating for my daughter who eats like a toddler- they gave her noodles and chicken. The chicken was ice cold. The noodles were steaming hot. There was zero flavor. ... same with the spring rolls. I cant believe I just dropped $40 on this crap. read more

this shit was fire. i didnt expect it to be much because i have has a lot of different pho's from a lot of different places. but to my absolute surprise this pho was very good. i got the beef pho and the meat was very tender and the meatballs were very good as well. service was very good too. quick and sweet. i woulda posted a picture of the food if i remembered but i ate it before i did. i think this is a must if you are ever in the NOLA airport. i will be coming back if i am ever here again. read more

Best airport food I've maybe ever had. Excellent vegetarian options and just delicious vegetarian pho! Wifey had the breakfast hot sausage po-mi and it was excellent (per her) Larry our bartender was a gem. Can't lose! read more

Asked a server at kiosk station where to order to-go and without looking at me she stated "to-go orders can be placed at the bar." There's a food bar and alcohol bar, I asked "at the drink bar?" And very rudely, again without looking at me but pointing to the bar, repeating her previous statement. Waited for bartender to come around, with a blasé attitude. What's up with customer service these days? Acting aloof and rude IS NOT COOL. I watched as my order came out and sat. He finally spotted me standing by the bar, gave me the food, got to my gate and it was the wrong order. Took it back, was brought the correct order and it tastes horrible. The most bland, lifeless pho I've ever had. No meatballs or mushrooms were in the pho as described in the menu. Beef has a funny taste as well. Should've read the reviews first. read more

Pho was pretty bland. Broth was very oily/greasy, and the noodles were over cooked and mushy. I really wanted to like it but paired with the high price (not really mad about that, it's to be expected in an airport) I was left feeling pretty disappointed. read more

Best pho I've ever had. Was a great meal before the flight! I had the sober me up pho, and I absolutely recommend it.

The bartenders were all very friendly and pleasant but I am not sure the person making my dish has ever rolled a spring roll hahaha. I gave up trying to eat it with my hands and the server never brought any utensils or napkins The herbs inside were also brown and the shrimp tasted bad. They also said they "aren't making cocktails" when I tried to order one off their menu...drinking my beer and leaving to try someplace else! The person next to me ordered the chicken entree bowl which looked much better. They do have ample bar seating with outlets, and it's close enough to hear the live music which is nice :) read more

Had a ride share driver and fellow food enthusiast give me a heads up about the wings at MoPho. I gave them a go and could not be happier that I did. Hard to believe four days in NOLA and these wings were the winner winner chicken dinner for me (yea I know, awesome pun). It was so hard to pass on Pho cause it's a fave for me but it looked like the hordes of people who ordered the Pho were pleased. DO NOT pass on the wings for real! Not sure what the prices are at the location in town but as expected the prices were inflated at the airport. read more

I do understand this is an airport spot but it was just lacking. Staff sucked, didn't know half the thinGs on the menu or how to serve it. We were served pho with no bean sprouts, mint , lemon, serache sauce. The pho had no flavor and the location is small and uncomfortable. And note two bowls cost 25 dollars. Avoid this location read more

Stopped in for a quick bite before my flight. All the other sit down restaurants were full but this one had plenty of seats. I should have taken that clue. The food was not good. I got the chicken bowl and had to douse it in soy sauce and sriracha to make it taste like anything. No beer on tap, only cans. They serve water and tour food in disposable containers. The whole thin was quite disappointing. The best thing about it was the middle table had plugs so I was able to charge my phone and laptop. read more

Why oh why do I go to these places in the airport where I know the probability of the food being good or authentic is very low? Why? It's because I continue to look for that one gem;!special place where I can say "I found it". Alas,, MoPho is not that gem. It is in the New Orleans airport in B terminal gate B6. The only excellent thing was the service. I ordered the beef pho and the crispy chicken po mi. All I can say is the pho as hot (heat) and which I like, because how can you eat warm pho? But that was it. The beef was over cooked and the meatballs were tasteless. Noodles were ok but the soup was not pho. I read in one of the reviews that it was a fusion of Vietnamese and Cajun and I can tell you it was neither. Like it negated each other. The sandwich was not crispy and just didn't taste good. It's a good thing this is in the airport because there can't be any repeat customers; not for the food, maybe the bar. Two stars but that's because of the service. read more

The only thing tradition about this "pho" is the rice noodles. This is some Cajun creole bland beef soup with sausages.

Menu for their pho says it comes with a slow poached egg. They serve it with a greasy fried egg. Also their only spoons are tiny tea spoons. QC needed. read more

We Walked in, and asked a bartender "Elaine / Elaina ? " who just happened to walk by if we had were to walk up to the counter to order or wait for the server. By her reaction to this question You would had thought we asked her for a hundred dollars. She stopped, gave us the up and down body scan and flippantly responded "Ask one of them" . We started to leave but our server Tyran, who was awesome and the total opposite of the former employee we encountered sat us and took our order. Okay...We were excited when we learned they served Patton Hot Sausage, but we were quickly disappointed when we received a (1) patty po-boy, it barely covered the bread. I mean seriously one patty!!THEN "Elaine" walks back to the kitchen and starts yelling at the cook ! Yelling in front of the customers to another co worker for whatever reason is NOT OK! MOPHO is a no go for me. I hope Tyran can find himself another establishment to work because this place makes him look bad. He's the reason for the two stars read more

I have been here twice in the morning after 6AM well after they have opened. Both times the grill was not working. The Ban mi sandwich or a pho was all they were serving. Today's ban mi took 25 min and it was served on crunchy stale bread from yesterday. The meat eat mushed up. Lots of workers standing around but no one seemed motivated to make my sandwich. My hubbys pho cam out fast like in 5 min and i finally Alfred the server where my sandwich was and THEN the kitchen stated making it. Seriously guys you are screwing yourselves. Unfortunately, would not recommend. The pho broth tasted like it was made of bouillon and still managed to be bland. I was surprised to see it served with soy sauce but ended up using it since it was so unseasoned. No hoisin sauce available either. The herbs included mint and no basil (wth). I'd say it was the weakest bowl of pho I've ever had. I know it let's not the same as the original but this place hurts it's image. read more
